Vi har precis renoverat lägenheten för att inkludera kakel i sovrummen och nya vardagsrumsmöbler !!! Vår lägenhet ligger perfekt på 9: e våningen direkt med utsikt över poolerna och den lata floden. Du kan njuta av en spektakulär utsikt över viken från balkongen eller genom fönster från golv till tak i enheten. Med över 1 950 kvm ft är enheten mycket rymlig och nyinredda. För din bekvämlighet ligger vår lägenhet på samma våning som tennisbanan! För större grupper har vi också en 3br enhet på denna våning om du vill stanna nära varandra !!



Bekvämligheter finns rikligt på denna lägenhet i Phoenix West: enheten är utrustad med apparater i full storlek, våt bar med ismaskin, 55-tums plattskärms-HDTV i vardagsrummet och en platt-skärm 50 "HDTV i master och en 42" HDTV i 2: a sovrummet och 3: e sovrummet, tvättstuga med full tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns 2 sovrum med king size-sängar och det tredje. Br har 2 drottningssängar med bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Vi har också gott om sittplatser på balkongen med bord och 4 stolar och två solstolar. Vi är också i bunten med lägenheter med en privat balkong ... ingen kan se dig på din balkong, till skillnad från andra enheter i Phoenix West.



Det finns en lat flod, vattenrutschbana, utomhuspool med en inhägnad kiddy pool, uppvärmd simbassäng i dörren, två Jacuzzis, modernt fitnesscenter, 4 bastur och tennisbanor på taket. Vi har också 3br-enheten 905 på denna våning för familjer som behöver två lägenheter på samma våning!



Det finns en 25 år gammal åldersgräns för att reservera enheten som kommer att verkställas utan återbetalning för överträdelse.



Din semester kommer att vara komplett på Phoenix West med alla bekvämligheter, stranden och lyxigt boende. Kom och njut av allt detta nya Phoenix har att erbjuda, maila för att boka en semester att komma ihåg.



Parkering: Du måste köpa dina parkeringspass vid ankomst, de är en engångsavgift på $ 35 per fordon. Varje 3br-enhet som du hyr på Phoenix West garanterar att du kan köpa upp till två parkeringspass, receptionen kommer att sälja dig ytterligare pass baserat på beläggningen på komplexet under din vistelse, men vänta inte att kunna köpa ett extra pass under sommarsäsongen.

There were items in the room (balcony furniture, cutlery sheers,) that were broken and left in place. Also, some of the bathrooms and bedspreads that were not cleaned thoroughly.Overall though, it’s a nice place that offered a comfortable stay.

My only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom was not very comfortable and squeaked every time you would move. The condo was really nice and clean. The property was very nice and perfect for kids.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Phoenix West property, but this unit was below our expectations. Two of the bedrooms have no dresser. Where are you supposed to put a week's worth of clothes? The bed in the Master Bedroom is super loud, meaning everyone wakes up when someone else moves. The bathrooms have motion sensor lights which blind anyone who gets up in the middle of the night. Normally, I sleep well on vacation. This was the worst night sleep I have had for $600/night. The furnishings are basic and there were limited kitchen supplies; we had to go to Dollar General just to make a pitcher of tea. The outdoor furniture was rusting leaving flakes of paint attached to your arm when you got up. On the plus side, the living room furniture was comfy and the location on ninth floor was great.

Great place to enjoy the beach

Everything was clean when we arrived, the beds were soft and comfortable, great location on the beach, just all around we were impressed and loved the condo. Would love to come back again.

This was our first trip to Orange Beach and it did not disappoint. The property was nice and the condo was as nice as it is in the pictures. We highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The view was magnificent! There was plenty of room for our party of 9. An all around grest place for your next vacation!

Enjoying the Ocean

This was a very nice property as it was clean, the furniture indoors and outdoors was very comfortable, the kitchen had all the basic utensils and pots and pans to make a meal, and the beds were comfortable. It was a great location to sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean sounds and breeze.

Perfect family getaway!

This condo was absolutely perfect! Everyone in our group was 100% satisfied! It was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The lazy river was incredible. As first timers to Orange Beach- we will definitely be returning!

Stay of a lifetime!

This stay was amazing! The condo was clean and beautiful. We felt like royalty for the week. The condo has a lazy river, outdoor pools, outdoor slide, and indoor pool and jacuzzi. Also, if you’re into tennis/pickleball, they have courts for that on floor 9 - the same floor as this unit. I would recommend this location a million times. No doubt that we will be back!

Loved it!

We loved our stay at this unit! Our only complaint is that check in is a nightmare if other people are coming who aren’t in the same car as you. Also the pool and Lazy River all close at 11:00.

Enjoyable stay. Unit was as described. Clean and neat. Easy check in and out. Weak Wi-fi makes doing any kind of work in the room very difficult. That is the only detail that could have been better. Overall, a nice vacation.

The description of the property was accurate. The living room furniture was very comfortable. It is a little worn. The beds in all the rooms were comfortable. The furniture was nice in every bedroom. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and extras that we needed to make meals. The condo was clean. My white socks didn't get dirty when I wasn't wearing shoes. The outdoor furniture was comfortable. It was worn as the table had some rust on it and the cushions had stains on them. Overall, this condo was a great choice for us.

Great location, nice unit, some minor issues/cleanliness

The location is fantastic. Perfect spot for younger kids/adults. The property has an indoor pool, indoor hot tubs, workout room & sauna. It also boosts an outdoor pool, lazy river, slide & access to the beach. Very well kept up on all areas! This specific unit is nice, but could use some updates. The grout in all the floors was dark dark brown, almost as if it hadn’t been cleaned or sealed. The curtains in the main living area are stained in multiple areas. Splattered stains of red and brown. The rug has multiple stains on it as well. Just a few upkeep issues. But overall we enjoyed our stay here and it suited all 9 of us well.

Great week

The freezer, probably the ice maker leaks leaving water on the floor. With two small children we experienced a few falls. We learned to keep something in front of the freezer to soak up the water. Also, temperature on the refrigerator needs adjusting. Not cold enough. The hoses on the washing machine are on backwards. When washing on cold, hot water comes out. The last visitors left, put dirty cutting board and cookie sheet and baking dishes back in cabinet. Other than these very minor things everything was wonderful.

Relaxing but in need of refreshing

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the amenities of Phoenix West but was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the furniture and outdoor furniture, the pots/pans and the mattresses especially in the master. Paying a premium price for the week should mean that you are getting premium furniture. The couch is blue but stained significantly in places that you can see it is turning brown. Same for the chairs in the living room. The beds were beyond uncomfortable. The cookware was almost unusable. One pan is so uneven that you have to hold it the whole time you cook and everything sticks in the others. The outdoor furniture is dirty/stained and the table is flaking off everywhere. I am not one to complain but given what I paid, I expected more top of the line than mediocre. I have stayed in cheaper Phoenix and had a much better experience with quality for the cost. *I would recommend Phoenix West to friends but suggest a different condo.

Convenient, lazy river and slide are great!

We were in room 902. It was decorated very nice with the exception of a few broken arrangements that need to be replaced. On first glance it looks nice. The main issue is it needs a deep clean! The floors are all tile and the grout is dark brown, almost black due to ground in dirt. I refused to even walk (barefooted) on the bathroom floors because I felt they were unsanitary to step on. The curtains hanging over the sliding back doors had either stains or mildew streaks. It is such a nice place to stay to be so unkept. As far as the area it’s convenient to many restaurants! The water slide and lazy river are absolutely great to have onsite! Our 2 year old grandson loved it. It’s a good place to stay due to conveniences and fun amenities. In the bedrooms, the cable boxes are shoved behind the tv because there is not a shelf to place then on. This wasn’t an issue for me but our adult children were not happy that the tv’s were not accessible. Also, three different times the fire alarm went off and we couldn’t figure out why except there was a shower in use and maybe from the steam? There was nothing on in the kitchen when it happened. It scared our 2 year old grand and was so random. We will only stay here again if assured it has been deep cleaned.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious and we loved the lazy river and hot tubs. Unfortunately, we had a rocky start to our vacation rental. After spending 9 hours in the car and heavy traffic for the last 50 miles, we arrived at the property at 6:30 pm and no one was manning the guard station. It was open but the guard was not there. We entered the parking garage and went to the front desk where we waited for 30 minutes. We knocked on the office door and finally called Phoenix West office. We were told that the staff leaves at 6 and we had to go to Phoenix III to get our wrist bands and parking passes. We got back in the car and drove over. There was a line of six people. When we got to the representative, she was extremely rude. She said she was managing 14 properties and Phoenix West was not one of them. She said that we should have booked with BrettRobinson. She said the Phoenix West folks were there until 9:30. We got back into our car and went back to Phoenix West. The guard was back at his post and the front desk lady was back The guard apologized for not being there. The front desk lady did not. She gave us our parking passes and wrist bands. We told her that our TV in one of the guest rooms was not working. She said that she couldn’t help us since we didn’t book with Brett Robinson. She said we should not have booked directly with Phoenix West. Obviously not a good start to the trip. We never called about the TV. I would recommend that the pots and pans be updated in the unit.
