Vår lägenhet är idealiskt beläget på 5: e våningen med utsikt över utomhuspooler på Phoenix West. Undvik hissar och parkera direkt på denna våning. Vi har också en fjärrstyrning dörrlås så att du inte behöver hålla jämna steg med några knappar under din vistelse! Du kan njuta av en spektakulär utsikt över viken från balkongen eller genom fönstren i enheten från golv till tak. Med över 1950 kvm enheten mycket rymliga, nyinredda och ny på hyresmarknaden !!

Bekvämligheter är riklig på Phoenix West andels: enheten är utrustade med full storlek apparater, bar med ismaskin, 55 "platt HDTV i vardagsrummet och en platt skärm 42" HDTV i master och 2 sovrum och en 39 " HDTV i 3: e sovrummet, tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en kung säng i Master, två sängar 2 sovrum och två Queen sängar i 3: e sovrummet. Dessa sängar installerades nya under sommaren 2016! Vi har också lagt in en ny sectional soffa i vardagsrummet som kan göra sig en säng bör du behöver extra säng.

Det finns en badringar, vattenrutschbana, utomhuspool med en inhägnad kiddy pool, uppvärmd i dörren pool, två jacuzzi s, state-of-the-art gym, 4 bastur och taket tennisbanor.

Det finns en 25-årig åldersgräns för att reservera den enhet som kommer att verkställas utan återbetalning för kränkning.

Din semester kommer att vara klar i Phoenix West med alla bekvämligheter, stranden och lyxigt boende. Kom och njuta av allt som denna nya Phoenix har att erbjuda, vänligen maila för att boka en semester att minnas.

Excellent property

We have stayed at Phoenix West many times. The properties are fabulous! The only thing I can “complain” about is the balcony tile evidently needs to be cleaned. We had black crud on our feet each time we came back inside.

There were huge dips in the beds, so much so that we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the beds. Also the floors were not very clean as our feet were black from just walking around in the condo. Other than that everything was nice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was very good. The owners may want to upgrade the mattress in the master bed room. It is worn, lumpy and uncomfortable. The complex needs to step up and replace and increase the number of chairs by the pool and lazy river. There are way too few for the number of guests. We first stayed at rhis resort in 2011 and we can say that over allit has been well maintained.

The mattresses on all the beds and the two living room chairs are in dire need to be replaced. They are in really bad shape. The condos appearance when arriving was it was very clean but after walking on the floors barefoot for about 10 minutes your feet were black. Other than the floor being dirty the rest of it was great. This was our second year staying in this unit and we love it. Hoping there will be updates made so we can book the same unit next year for our girls trip.

The furniture is old and worn out: the legs are bent on the couch and chairs, the patio chairs were worn out, etc. The condo was left a little on the dirty side with a bag left from the cleaning crew and a clogged bathtub. (Easy fixes). Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again, and hopefully by then there will be new or fixed furniture!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful condo! In the Master Bath, there was a horrible high-pitched humming sound in the ceiling. We believe it was coming from the condo above, maybe their HVAC system because it would be mostly on, but sometimes quiet. We had to keep the bathroom fan running & door shut to try to drown it out. Otherwise, the condo was perfect for our family. Management didn’t check wristbands all week, then on Friday morning as I was going to put chairs out, a very rude older man would not let me enter the pool area w/o my band. I said it’s one thing to say no, but there’s no need to be rude & he smarted off to me again. Ironically when I came back down with my wristband, no one was monitoring the gate for the remainder of the day. 😂 They decided to maintenance elevators during the peak use time (4 elevators for 27 floors) which created long wait times. Without those 2 negatives, all would have been 5 stars.

After walking around barefoot in the condo our feet were literally black with grime. Everything else was great and no other cleanliness issues. Condo is spacious and has all the comforts of home. The grandkids loved the water slide and the beach was great!

Phoenix West

We love the Phoenix West, been going there for years. The issues we had with this particular unit was that the floors were filthy, our feet were black within minutes of being there. We had to swifter them numerous times, bought the supplies to do so. Also, this unit is in desperate need of new beds and sheets to fit them. Could also upgrade their tv’s. Had an issue with the washing machine and after calling they came and fixed it. Please upgrade kitchen knives!!! We’re use to the 4 bedroom units but the 3 worked well with less family this time, and if your use to having a pantry get a 4 bedroom unit. All in all we made the best of it and had a great time with beautiful weather.
