Remington Street ligger i hjärtat av Gamla Stan Fort Collins. Det är ett kort gångavstånd till shopping, mat och underhållning. Ursprungligen en gata där mycket av universitetshuset levererades, grannskapet har blivit en övergångszon med hem och företag i närheten av varandra.

Vårt hem ligger nära masstrafikplatser som MAX-linjen - en nord-sydlinje som sträcker sig över gränserna för Fort Collins samt allmän tillgång till Zagster-cyklar i närheten. Hemmet ligger inom gångavstånd till många av de bästa attraktionerna i Fort Collins, men är en kort Uber-resa från nästan alla bryggerier eller annan attraktion runt.

Perfect CSU/Fort Collins Rental

I booked this apartment for a spur of the moment trip to visit my son at CSU. It far exceeded my expectations! It was a solo trip for me and I debated staying in a hotel, but I’m so happy I stayed in this apartment instead. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood perfectly located for CSU and downtown Fort Collins. The apartment is spotless, well-equipped and comfortable. The beautiful yard is a bonus. We visit Fort Collins frequently and will definitely rent from Harriet again. She makes the entire rental process, check-in, check-out and all other communication seamless.

Great place for two people! There are other people in the upper/large part of the house but that is clear in the description. A little bit of noise from that but again, it was not unexpected. The decor is absolutely darling and I’d recommend staying if you want to be close to campus and old town!

Perfect place to visit your CSU student

Cozy, well appointed and super convenient to campus. Loved being in a real neighborhood (in contrast to a hotel). You can walk to campus and Old Town. Amenities were as advertised and easy to use. Price is competitive to hotels in the area. I highly recommend.

Truly enjoyed our stay here. Great location to Old Town FC, wonderful backyard setting for coffee in the AM or cocktails in the PM. Comfortable accommodations with spacious bathroom. Host was kind and responsive.

FoCo two week visit

Wonderful property in an excellent location. Walked to many excellent local diners, downtown FoCo, CSU campus. Apartment had everything that we needed. Refrigerator filter replacement light came on halfway through our stay and Harriet had a repairman over that day to fix the issue. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect all around

We immediately fell in love with the place. The apartment had such fabulous decor and was perfect for the two of us. We easily walked to and from Old Town to shop and enjoy the restaurants. Despite the hot weather, the place was always so comfortable. Loved it!

Pleasantly exceeded expectations in every way!!!

Such a lovely property in an ideal location to CSU and downtown... able to do a lot of good walking with such convenience to Old Town Fort Collins, shopping, dining and exploring. The home is beautifully updated and Harriet thought of everything from additional towels and blankets to coffee available and ready for the morning. The tv offers plenty of options for entertainment and washer and dryer available. Amazed at the level of ease and convenience! This made for an excellent and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend... I think you will be very pleased. Thank you again and will stay on our return to Fort Collins.

Excellent rental for couple - great location

Fantastic Rental for Couple

We have stayed in this unit several times. Always clean, great location to Old Town & Campus, has everything two people would want. Host Harriet is extremely responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. In summer, easy walk to flower gardens.

Perfect spot for a FOCO weekend

This is another great property by this owner. This downstairs unit was the perfect size for 1 or 2 people and surprisingly spacious. It had all of the comforts of home, plus some. Beautiful space was perfect for a weekend in FOCO. Absolutely perfect location. I did not need a car to get to coffee shops, restaurants, campus, and shopping. I've already booked another weekend to return with my husband. Love it!

LCDC IX

Slept at this apartment, using it as a base camp for our 4x4 mountain trail exploring trip. Location is convenient to downtown, and has off street parking. The apartment was just the right size for my wife and me. Counter height was perfect for me at 6’2”. My job was to make coffee each morning. The host left a bag of coffee, nice touch, but we had brought our own so we did not need it. Water pressure and laundry and shower was great. There is a room air conditioner, not central air, but it managed to keep us cool and that was key given such a warm summer week. The mattress in the bedroom was lackluster and the host mentioned she would replace it, which it needs. But in her defense, she does not sleep there so she would not know it unless told. Otherwise great stay and responsive host (via VRBO messenger). PS. There was a little bunny rabbit that greeted us in the back yard every night we got back. 😎

Cute little place

The basement apartment where we stayed was excellent. Sleeps 2 comfortably and was located close to the college and downtown Ft. Collins. All the appliances and kitchenware came in. Wet handy. If you are looking for a comfortable place for 2, no need to look any further.

Fantastic

This lovely Remington residence provides a spacious house and yard in a picturesque university neighborhood. As our family gathered here for a reunion, we were able to walk to Old Town shops and restaurants, have cookouts in the backyard, and sit on the spacious front porch reminiscing. Everyone loved the home and had a wonderful experience.

University Park Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in details were very clear. The place was very clean- and had everything we needed. The kitchen was great and was very well equipped which was appreciated! The entertainment system was awesome- TV and record player. Comfortable bed, nice big bathroom. Freat location walking distance from lots of fun restaurants and bars. Great communication from the property manager. Would definitely stay again!

Our unit had a problem when we checked in but Harriot was very quick to fix the problem and we went on to enjoy our stay immensely. We'll definitely look to stay with Harriot again.

Hi, I'm Harriet! I have three grown kids and now want to share my love and respect of the history of Fort Collins. Sometimes, when I sit on the porch, I can visualize the horse and buggy's riding down the street in front of the house. I feel like a steward of this piece of Colorado history!
