such a fun weekend, the house is beautiful and is super cozy. there’s a wonderful spacious backyard with many seating options. this was the perfect place for my 2 night stay!!!

The host accurately described this remodeled, clean, and well stocked basement apartment. It has a separate entrance down side stairs. You can definitely hear the people living in the main house above you so if waking up at 6:30 am does not appeal to you then I recommend looking elsewhere.

Just to note, this is a lower-level unit with its own entrance, priced accordingly and mentioned in the listing, and we include a sound machine in the bedroom to help with morning noise. Great location

Truly enjoyed our stay here. Great location to Old Town FC, wonderful backyard setting for coffee in the AM or cocktails in the PM. Comfortable accommodations with spacious bathroom. Host was kind and responsive.

Quaint and Cozy Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this quaint and cozy little place! Great, quiet location. Short walk to most everything that makes Fort Collins a fun place to visit. Super responsive host as well! We'll certainly be staying here again in the future!

Excellent rental for couple - great location

We are repeat visitors and once again on stay was great. Host is extremely efficient and pleasure to interact with. Location is fantastic antic being walking distance to Old Town. As always - place was spotless.

Cozy space with all the essentials, exactly what we needed! Well thought out remodel, very cool. Location is ideal for exploring Old Town, CSU, breweries and restaurants. We had so much fun!
