Ett besök på denna semesterbostad "På en klar dag" - du kan faktiskt se evigt med utsikt över bukten, fantastiska solnedgångar och Destin kusten. Terrassen vid Pelican Beach ger gästerna en exklusiv, komplett semesteranläggning och alla bekvämligheter i en mysig villa. Gästerna kommer att njuta av den nyinredda, avslappnad atmosfären inspirerad av Tommy Bahamas mönster. Förutom anläggningens bekvämligheter, välutrustade lägenhet och bekväma boende - stranden ligger bara 3 minuters promenad längs den privata strandpromenaden till sanden!
Gästerna hälsas till enheten med en öppen planlösning vardagsrum med dubbla dörrar som öppnar för utsikt över havet i söder och väster. Vardagsrummet, med sina öinspirerade möbler, har massor av sittplatser, en bäddsoffa, plattskärms-TV / dvd-spelare och filmsamling och ett bibliotek med bra strand läser för att njuta av under din vistelse. Matplatsen har plats för sex och extra sittplatser för tre längs disken. Ett fullt utrustat kök gör det möjligt att förbereda en gourmetmåltid, stranden-picknick eller något däremellan. Den stora balkongen som sträcker sig bredden på enheten erbjuder utomhusmatsal för 4 eller avkopplande korgmöbler för den solnedgångscocktailen, samt utsikt över kusten så långt som Destin-bron.
Utanför vardagsrummet ligger enhetens Master Suite med en king size-säng, en platt-TV / dvd-spelare, eget badrum / badrum och tillgång till den privata balkongen. Två extra sovrum har en queen size-säng med badrum och ett tredje rymligt rum med 2 enkelsängar - båda rummen har massor av lagring och plattskärms-tv / dvd-spelare. Nya trägolv lägger till ett nytt utseende på hela lägenheten och en tvättmaskin / torktumlare fullbordar listan över allt du behöver under din vistelse. Terrassen har också en privat pool, ett däck komplett med gasgrillar och ett stort träningsrum på plats. Gästerna har också full tillgång till gemenskapens bekvämligheter på Pelican Beach Resort (marknad / café, arkad, 3 pooler, ångbastu, bubbelpool, Tiki Bar). En annan stor fördel är den dedikerade, täckta parkeringsplatsen som varje gäst kommer att njuta av bara några steg från hissen - perfekt för att hålla bilen sval på de varma sommardagarna!

Everything we needed and wanted!

This was the perfect VRBO for the our family of four plus my parents. We watched the sunset from the balcony every evening. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The location can't be beat – near a whole lot of restaurants, five minutes to Walmart, four minutes to Publix. Six minute walk to the beach. Incredibly close to a pool with access to several others. Sandy was extremely quick to respond whenever I reached out with a question. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Perfect Florida Condo

Condo is clean and spacious with an incredible view! Beach access is perfect with an amazing Tiki Bar! Located on a gated area but still able to walk to areas with a short car ride to the Harbour. Fast response along with accommodating our late check!

Love it

This is the place to stay!!! Great location, easy to the beach & the condo is very spacious & nice with a gorgeous view. Sandy, the owner was so sweet & took care a minor issue, nothing major. Our spring break's mothers & daughters' trip was perfect!!!!

Christmas 2024

Space was super clean and spacious. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge perk for our family. Pool, spa l, gym and BBQs at Terrace were great. Plus walk to beach was quick and easy. We also enjoyed the sauna and steam room at the main building. Would definitely stay here again!

Great bday celebration/ family vacation

Everything was great. Beautiful place with great views. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty places to go within a 10 minute drive or less. Will definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Destin.

Beautiful Condo

We chose to stay for a second time in this Condo at the Terrace! We love everything about it. It is so comfortable and clean. We had four adults and two kiddos. There was plenty of room for everyone. The view is fabulous. The management was easy to work with and it is close to so many things. I would highly recommend a trip to Sandy’s place. Patti from Indiana

Great family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was exactly as the picture but even more beautiful in person. We really loved the big balcony with awesome views. I would definitely like to rent this condo again next time we are in Destin

Girls Trip

The condo was exactly what it said it would be. Clean, Comfortable, and plenty of room for 5 ladies. Everything we needed was just a couple miles in either direction and the beach was beautiful and less than a 3 minute walk. We loved going out and having our chairs and umbrella all set up so I suggest you rent those ahead of your stay. If you are traveling with young kids we thought that a wagon would be a great thing to have to get all your stuff from the condo to the beach.

Amazing view

Our stat was fantastic. Although we were on in an oceanfront building, the room was still fantastic. We watched fireworks from our balcony on 3 different nights. The location was great. The beach was a very short walk, and the water park was right across the street. The room is located close to the elevators, so it was easy getting back after long days. Having a parking spot inside the park wing garage was a nice extra. This was also close to the elevator so it was very easy to bring stuff up to the room. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the condo had everything that we needed for the week.

Family vacation

I started searching for the perfect condo last year for our family vacation. Sandy and Mark’s was perfect. From the first time I sent an inquiry Sandy was quick to respond and very helpful. When we arrived at the condo check in was fast and seamless. The condo was clean, stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils, plenty of towels and anything else you can think of. Even beach toys. We were steps away from the beach. Literally, a two minute walk. Close to Target, Walmart, multiple restaurants and directly across the street from Big Kahuna water park. The day we arrived I totally overlooked the wifi password( in the frame on the table against the wall). I contacted Sandy again. She told me where it should be and offered to locate it for me. If you are looking at their place for your next vacation, just book it. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again for your hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our week vacation and can’t wait to visit again.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We first visited Destin three years ago and have owned a condo at Pelican Beach Resort since then. We would enter the property and head down the palm tree lined driveway, passing The Terrace and feeling so thankful that we had a direct view of the gulf & the beach at the Pelican Resort. That was until we walked into this unit at The Terrace - we had absolutely no idea that the views were so spectacular! We could see everything from the white sands, emerald green waters, a private lagoon, fireworks at the Harbor, and our own relaxing view of the sunsets every evening! We love visiting our home away from home and would love to share our new condo with others! Come see us!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We have spent many evenings trying to time our vacation days with a trip to a restaurant or lounge at just the right time to see the sunset. We would cross our fingers that we could get a window seat and ordered appetizers we didn't need or drinks we weren't thirsty for just so we could see the beauty of the sun dipping below the horizon. No more - now we just step outside on the balcony and have a seat! Paradise! An unexpected perk when we purchased this unit was the dedicated, private parking spot in the covered garage - just steps from the elevator!
