Vi är belägna på Pelican Beach Resort i hjärtat av Destin. Direkt tvärs över gatan från Big Kahuna Water Park. Vår lägenhet ligger på åttonde våningen i terrassbyggnaden med fantastisk utsikt över viken och hamnen. Vår byggnad är Strandsidan vilket innebär att den inte sitter direkt på stranden. Det är en kort 3 minuters promenad över parkeringsplatsen till sanden. Inga gator att korsa!
Nära till restauranger, mataffären och shopping. Vi är en kort promenad ner till stranden till restaurangen Back Porch som ligger precis vid stranden och har god mat för hela familjen. Mellow Mushroom ligger precis intill och är känd för sin Great Pizza.

Great location

This is a great place to stay in Destin. The condo is conveniently located in the Pelican Beach Resort. It is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. The condo has two great bedrooms and is perfectly laid out for a family to enjoy time at the condo pool, resort pools and tiki bar, or grab a spot at the private beach.

This property is very clean and well kept. The owners take pride in the unit, and were really nice and easy to communicate with. I can recomment this property with no reservations. One of the nicest condos we have stayed in.

Lovely resort

Highly recommend staying at this unit! The condominium and property were both lovely. The resort is convenient to beach, dining and shopping. Entry onto resort was not as smooth as expected; however, it was a small glitch and only happened the first time. Landlord was excellent at responding to questions!

Destin Oasis

This property is simply beautiful! The views are amazing and the resort is clean and well kept. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was better then home. You can tell the owners take pride in their condo. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. I would highly recommend staying in this unit!

awesome stay in Destin!

views were amazing from our 8th fl patio! very comfortable unit. Amenities were good ( pools, fitness center, cafe and tiki bar. minutes to the beach!

Great condo

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo. Amazing view from the balcony and perfect for watching the fireworks without having to deal with the crowds. The beaches were beautiful and we had a great time despite the blistering heat. We walked to several of the nearby shores and the ice cream shop. The only difficulty we had was heavy traffic when trying to turn left out of the resort.

Fantastic condo

The condo was perfect. It was in a great location that we were able to take a short walk to the beach or even call to get a golf cart to take us if we had too much to carry. Having an on-site restaurant and tiki bar was a huge hit with our family. We had a great time and would rent this condo again!

Nice place, nice location, nice owners, the only bad thing is that it wasn’t clean when we arrived… it needed some cleaning/dusting under beds and floor before we checked in but other than that everything was okay.

Great place to enjoy vacation with the family!!

We joined 20 of our friends for the week who also stayed in the area. We weren't too far from the beach. The view was beautiful and the condo had plenty of room for our families comfort!! We are already planning for next year.

This was a great location for restaurants and other activities. The condo was nicely furnished and kitchen had plenty of dishes/glasses/cookware. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. It’s not beachfront but has a great view of the water. Beds were comfortable. Shower in master bath had great water pressure. Would definitely stay again.

Don’t use a weather app!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. Check in was a breeze! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay! We loved the easy access to the beach as well. I would definitely stay here again! The weather app called for rain all week and although it rained several days, it only lasted for a short time before the weather was great.

Wonderful vacation

Beautiful place with beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise/sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and the access to the beach was easy and at a short walking distance. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed in, is that the condo wasn't equipped with a Keurig (no bid deal, I'm just spoiled!) Other than that we loved our stay here and we will definitely be returning.

Clean and Convenient

Unit was clean and easy to check into - location right off the main (and very busy) highway can be useful, but also terrible. Taking a left out of the property is dangerous.

We fell in Love with the Pelican Beach Resort several years ago when we stayed in my Friends condo on the 7th floor. We decided to buy here in 2007 and we come down several times a year to make sure the condo is in great condition.The view is incredible and the property is well kept.
