En underbar modern fastighet belägen i ett lugnt bostadsområde med fantastisk utsikt över bukten Cannes. Villan erbjuder fem luftkonditionerade sovrum, designkök och vardagsrum som ger på en platt gräsmatta med palmer, skuggade uteserveringar och 12 meter uppvärmd spegelpool.

Ytterdörren öppnas till en rymlig, marmor golv hall med gäst garderob och designer glas trappa. De fyra sovrummen ligger på denna nivå med en king size-säng, 2 dubbelsängar och två enkelsängar, tre badrum (2 badrum). Ett annat sovrum, badrum och gästtoalett ligger på bottenvåningen. Alla rum är luftkonditionerade och har plattskärms-TV och elektriska fönsterluckor säkerhet. Från 3 sovrum, vardagsrum, matsal och kök finns terrasser med panoramautsikt eller uteplats med havsutsikt. En annan dubbelrum har dörrar på en lugn sida uteplats med bord och stolar och trädgård och havsutsikt. Tillbaka till huvudentrén hallen och förstärkt glas trappor som leder ner till en fantastisk stor öppen planlösning vardagsrum med bekväma sittplatser, TV och öppen spis. Skjutdörrar öppnar mot en täckt terrass och gräsmattan och poolen. Det finns en separat matplats med plats för 10 bredvid ett fullt utrustat designkök med förberedelsesö och bar med barstolar. Bakom finns ett annat duschrum, debroom och verktygsrum med tvättmaskin och torktumlare, andra kylskåp och ismaskin och en vinkylare.
Från vardagsrummet, dörrar glida öppna för en täckt uteplats med bekväma sittplatser bredvid gräsmattan och poolen. På ena sidan är en annan större täckt terrass med en vacker rund mosaik matbord och gas BBQ. De olika terrasserna i söderläge mot poolen och har havsutsikt. Villan har en underbar 12x5. 5 meter spegel pool med elektrisk trygghet och mild steg tillgång. Runt poolen terrass med bekväma solstolar och anlagda platt gräsmatta som domineras av två magnifika mogna palmer. Gräsmattan kantas av en vit balustrad med utsikt över en fantastisk utsikt.
Villan är helt luftkonditionerade och nås via en liten gränd med två uppsättningar av elektriska grindar, och är helt säkerhet förskräckt.

Stunning villa with stunning views!

We spent an autumn holiday week in this fine villa. We had five adults and two teenage children. We had a great time in the house. The furnishings were clean and beautiful. All five bedrooms were spacious and well equipped. The beds were very good and had comfortably soft linen. The bathrooms were very good and functional. Downstairs there was a spacious and beautiful space where it was nice to spend time with the whole big family. The kitchen was really spacious and easy to use. There was a great variety of dishes and cooking utensils. However, we missed the usual coffee maker (Nespresso was there) and the gas grill mentioned in the equipment. However, there was a charcoal grill in the yard. The coals should have been bought for themselves. The house also had a washer and dryer. So the equipment was really great to spend even longer periods of time. The courtyard area was really private, tidy and the views were spectacular. There were even grapes! The pool was large, suitably deep and clean. Our kids enjoy swimming every day! I don't know if it was heated, but we Finns like a little cool water, so it didn't bother us! The patio also had nice sun loungers and table groups. Very comfortable and diverse places to relax. The villa was well located. The bus stop was only a couple of minutes walk. By bus 7 you could get to Cannes comfortably. There were also some wonderful parks close to walking distance. The area was really sheltered and very peaceful. We can warmly recommend this villa and hope we can get there again sometime!

Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet

Would stay here forever if we could!

We have been back a week from our holiday now and the one thing that keeps coming up when asked about our trip is how clean and amazing the villa was. This is the third time we have stayed in the area & at first were unsure of staying in a “residential” area instead of the usual village location. We needn’t have worried- it was so quiet and the views are spectacular! The owners housekeeper and cleaner meet you at the property , both lovely, welcoming people. Any questions you just have to ask the owners- actually had a couple of phone calls with them and a week later our deposit has been returned in full. The villa is so spacious, we were 2 families both with 2 teenagers, it is very well stocked with everything you could need, especially the kitchen which is rare in a holiday rental! We weren’t able to work out how to use the satellite TV (instructions would be a little helpful) but it actually meant we all spent time together instead of indoors! All of the bedrooms are large & bright with great storage. The security shutters & entrance gates meant we all felt safe & the nearest supermarkets are a short drive.its in a great position to explore the area. In short, we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the property, we would love to stay here again, all villas should be as clean as this one!

Fantastic property with amazing views

Had a fantastic weeks stay. The villa is very big and comfortable with full air-con throughout. However by far the best aspect is the amazing large pool area and views over the bay. Had constant communication with the owner who was very helpful. Would highly recommend this villa, about an 8 minute Uber into Cannes town or a 40min walk.

Amazing villa, superb location, fantastic views

We were two families of four visiting Cannes for the first time. The villa was more than big enough for all of us. Very spacious and light with luxury fittings. Fabulous outdoor space for eating and lounging. The pool is big and was perfect. The views over the bay of Cannes is incredible. Local stores nearby were convenient. We did a couple of days out driving to Saint Tropez which took about an hour and a half and to Monaco by train which was very easy and only took an hour. The owner answered questions we had within a few hours which was brilliant. Would highly recommend this villa.

A spectacular property; idyllic setting, spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully functional.

We rented this property for three nights. From the moment we passed through the entry gates, I realized that this property was a rare gem; a place to relax, recharge, and be just minutes away from everything that Cannes has to offer. The views are breathtaking. The pool was simply divine. The rooms and the amenities are first rate; beautiful bedrooms, a large, spacious kitchen, and abundant living areas, both inside and out. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone traveling to Cannes, whether for work or leisure. It will most certainly be the standard by which I would measure any other property I rent. Magnifique!

Great Holidays

Dear Liliya and Sergei, I was just searching HomeAway for the place in Italy and recalled that I have never wrote a review for you, something I promissed to do last year. Alas, better later then never. Gana and I really enjoyed ourselves in your place. Not only that we love your villa, its view and location but we are very greatful for yiour care of us. Hi

Guys, this is the place to stay at, if you want to ski in Isola. Rather then suffering from mediocre lodgings and food in the resort itself you can have huge villa and hundreds of restaurants for the same money, if you willing to spend a little more than an hour riding.

Very romantic place.

Very romantic place. We had wonderful time by the fire place, enjoyed fantastic view while sipping champagne in the pool under the palm trees and best of all nobody could watch us in the garden. We would come back there next year but there are so many other places in the world we have not seen...

Best holiday

Sandra and I spent fantastic time last July in this villa! The pool was great. Instead of batling for the space at public beech we enjoyed swimming, view and champagne in our own private garden. Kids loved it! Good value for money. Lots of nice restaurants and cool places for children around but I think you need a car to get to them. Ben

We bought this house to live there upon retirement as this area offers the best climate in Europe, nice food and wine, good medical services, easy access from the airport and sea. But we have not retired yet...
