Promenera till Million Dollar Beach från denna renoverade stuga!

Adirondack Nest är en stuga renoverad år 2017, som är bekvämt beläget bara 1/2 mil från Million Dollar Beach. Så nära kan du höra musiken från Minnie Ha Ha när den seglar! Byn ligger 1 km från den renoverade stugan.

Du kommer att känna att Adirondack Nest är ditt hem hemma den minut du går in. Ett stort rum med ett välvt tak erbjuder en öppen spis och har verklig Adirondack charm. Det finns en 55 "tv med kabel och internet ingår. Den har en bäddsoffa i full storlek. Ett sovrum med en queen size-säng är utanför det stora rummet som är badrummet. Köket är fullt utrustat för alla dina matlagningsbehov, inklusive disk, glasögon, bestick, grytor, pannor, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, kaffebryggare, mixer och mixer. Kylskåp och spis i full storlek och en stapelbar tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Ett sovrum med en queen size-säng och fönsterenhet luftkonditionering (nytt för säsongen 2020), ett med våningssängar och ett halvt bad är satt av köket.
Det finns också en sluten veranda perfekt för att dricka ditt morgonkaffe, läsa eller spela brädspel. Utanför är en täckt skärm veranda som har ett picknickbord för att njuta av din utomhus måltider. Däcket är där du kan sträcka ut på en solstol och ta in frisk luft. Plus grill en bra middag. Koppla av i en Adirondack-stol medan du rostar marshmallows över ett lägereld på utomhuspisen. Stugan ligger under tallarna på ett stort parti med gott om plats för utomhus spel och parkering din båt.

Beläget på öns östra sida en kort 5 minuter från I87 via avfart 21.

Några steg till Usher Park. Usher är en offentlig park med en lekplats, tennisbana, piknikpaviljonger och en strand.
En lätt 1/2 mil promenad till Million Dollar Beach som erbjuder en offentlig båt lansering. Om du letar efter nöjespark rider Six Flags Great Escape är bara 5,5 miles away! Plus det finns outlet shopping och bra restauranger i närheten. Saratoga är cirka 30 minuter söderut.

The cottage was exactly what we expected. It was perfect for our weekend at the Adirondack Balloon Festival which was only abt 20 min away. We also enjoyed time in Lake George. The cottage had everything we needed and was very peaceful. Would stay again if ever back in the area, highly recommend

Just the fact that it is 1930s vintage says a lot. Check-in and directions super easy. There was a surprise batch of cookies and a fireplace starter which were both delightful. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Bedrooms very small but the outside front porch, back porch and yard provided cool places to relax and unwind. Near-by Usher Park a perfect place for small children.

Love Love Love!

The cottage exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed a morning run from the cottage to Lake George center for coffee, then an evening fire outside with dinner on the grill. The indoor fireplace was also a lovely! I highly recommend this cottage, you will not be disappointed. We can’t wait to come back!

This adorable cottage was the perfect home base for our trip. The home was clean and comfortable. We loved spending time one the sun porch while it rained. The location was perfect for walking to Million Dollar Beach or into town for food/exploring.

Great stay

Jacki had the place as promised. Neat , clean and organized - tidy .. the charm of the cottage was wonderful !! The location was perfect !! Sleeping was fantastic. Heck we each had our own bathroom!! When we go back we’d definitely stay there again . Oh very quiet , peaceful. Two porches and great fireplace . Thank you Jacki

Very nice cottage

Nice cottage tastefully updated, but still has the old charm that it should from its error. We had a great day and the location was good. Jacki and her husband were great and great communicators when we had a question would highly recommend this venue.

Great, comfortable little cottage. We came up for the car show. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Just a short walk to the fort where the show was being held. Would definitely book again. to the fort where the event was held

Amazing vacation

This cottage is nestled among the trees. It’s felt like you were at home. So comfortable. It’s close to so many activities. The lake is literally around the corner. So many restaurants, shops and activities. Hearing the calliope of Minnie Ha,Ha was great. The steam whistle was great, too. When you came back from being out and about you’d walk into the cottage and go aaah. The great room was where we all ended up. The home had everything you needed. It was very well appointed. We loved the sunroom for our morning coffee. The screened porch was perfect for meals or just enjoying the view of the trees and nature. We all loved it! Thank you, Jacki for a wonderful stay.

Quaint Cottage, Conveniently Located

We were in Lake George for a friend's 60th birthday, so we didn't take advantage of everything we could have. We enjoyed the cottage & its fire pit; it was a great "home base." The cottage had everything we needed and nice front and rear porches to spend some relaxation time between event with the birthday group. Jacki nice, responsive and super easy to deal with.

We had a nice stay at this cottage. The great room is larger than it looks. We had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the deck and the yard with the fireplace. Close to everything.

Adirondak Cottage

The cottage is conveniently located near the lake and walking distance to Million Dollar Beach and Lake George Village. Usher Park is very nice and only a couple minutes' walk from the cottage. The restaurant listed in the notebook is walking distance away with a very good menu. On our second day, we had to contact the owner to report having more than a few carpenter ants inside the cottage. Next morning our owner delivered spray which corrected the problem. Because the cottage is surrounded by trees it gets very little sunshine inside by late morning. The front porch is great for relaxing.

It has been a dream of mine to own a place in Lake George for as long as I can remember. When I first saw the cottage it hadn't been shown any love in a very long time but I knew it had potential. After a lot of hard work, the charm of the 1936 cottage has been brought back. Now I'd like to share Adirondack Nest with others so they can experience the fun of "going to camp" and the unforgettable beauty of Lake George.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Lake George and the Adirondacks-a destination where people have come for generations to swim, boat, hike and admire the spectacular scenery. Adirondack Nest is perfectly located for vacationers to enjoy everything this area has to offer. Set under the pines on the east side of the lake just a short walk to Million Dollar Beach.
The cottage has an ideal layout with one queen bedroom and the full bath off the great room (which has a full size sofa bed). Plus there is another queen bedroom, a bunk bedroom and the 1/2 bath situated on the other side of the kitchen.
An enclosed porch and a screen porch plus a deck give everyone a place to spread out or come together.
Roast marshmallows and tell stories by the outdoor fireplace where there are 8 Adirondack chairs to seat everyone.
The yard is large enough for playing games, parking and to bring your boat.
We hope you love the warmth and charm of Adirondack Nest and the memories made here!
