Vårt split luftkonditioneringssystem gör att du kan känna dig bekväm året runt. Denna dramatiska, uppdaterade och exklusiva unika, nymålade planlösning på två plan har många uppdateringar och uppgraderingar att erbjuda. Vårt kök är spektakulärt med nya skåp, bänkskivor i granit, belysning, golvplattor hela och ger dig en rymlig enkel promenad genom planlösningen. Juni 2018 hade våra sovrummet nya mattor installerade. Våra ombyggda våra master badrum erbjuder ett steg i dusch och kakel på väggar och golv. Vårt andra sovrum på loftet har två nya förlängda enkelsängar, även ny matta installerad i juni 2018. Alla innerdörrar har ersatts med 6 paneldörrar. Väggmonterad TV i vardagsrummet, och båda sovrummen. Tillsammans med nyuppgraderade takfläktar i hela lägenheten. Det ombyggda köket har mahogny anpassade skåp. Dessa lägenheter har 30 'välvda tak i vardagsrummet, på övervåningen loft och huvudvåningen sovrum. Fastigheten Kamaole Sands Resort ligger i soliga södra Kihei, bara några minuter från den vackra exklusivt område i Wailea. Vår lägenhet ligger nära till affärerna på Wailea, bra restauranger och världsklass golf i Wailea och Makena.

Vår byggnad ligger på resort pooler och badtunnor och Kamaole Beach II och III. Dessa stränder är mycket barnvänligt, komplett med bemannade badvakter och är välkända för snorkling, kropp surfing och vackra solnedgångar.

Conveniently located condo with amenities

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s conveniently located to shopping, dining, and many other activities. There’s also access to a community pool and hot tub, as well as a gym and grills. A lot of non-perishable staple items were in the kitchen, which was nice. The unit has AC which is on the rare side, and the MBR was very comfortable. The den and upstairs BR were a little warm at first but cooled off with the breeze and AC. Convenient to the airport, which was nice since we did a day trip to the big island. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience

We have stayed at many VRBO‘s in Kihei. This was probably our favorite. Air conditioning was great and the rooms were spacious.Because of the heavy rains, we were not able to get into the ocean for a couple of days. We found the pool area to be a good substitute… Very nice and fun for the grandkids.Thank you!Mark

Kamaole Sands Resort

Richard and Sue’s condo was perfect for our family. It was right across the street from Kamaole Sands 3 Beach, close to restaurants and shops. The layout was perfect for our family of 5 with a room in the loft area for kids and a big kitchen thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo. I hope that one day we will be able to come back.

Our stay in this property was great. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. We had a couple issues with the internet and the toilet handle breaking and the owners were quick to respond. The unit was properly air conditioned which was also great. We loved our stay

Highly recommend!

This was our first time to Maui and we absolutely loved the accommodations. We felt the pictures were accurate. The location is perfect. Very close to the ocean, walking distance to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The resort property is immaculate. Loved the pool, played pickleball. Lots of beach towels and chairs for use. We would definitely stay there again. Easy contact with host and easy check in and out. Thank you for letting us stay. Hope to be back.

Did not want to do a lot of driving so this location in south Maui is great. Close to several beaches. The umbrellas were nice too.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Wonderful location! Property as advertised, spacious and updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Loved being so close to the beach and having beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool noodles to use. Manager was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Tennis courts were a bonus for my kids -- had to pay each time to use them though. Would definitely recommend staying here. We hope to return in the future!

Place was as advertised. Kitchen could use some more cooking items and glassware etc. Same with some of the beach items. Nothing wrong with it but have stayed in places previously with much more items.

Great location

We had a great time! Great location, easy parking. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Wish the Kitchen was better equipped- no large pots or grilling spatula and pans were a bit scratched up. Condo staff were not very friendly but nice amenities in the complex.

You can save the expense of needing 2 hotel rooms, which will only allow 4 guests in one room. If you enjoy the beach as our daughters do, Kamaole Beach I, II and III are just across from our resort property !

If you choose not to rent a car, you are able to walk to nearby restaurants and Kamaole Beachs I & II located approx. 3-4 blocks away.
