Tillgång till stranden:
-Fri shuttle till Santa Clara Beach Access, mån-sön från 9 till 16, Memorial Day till Labor Day. Santa Clara ligger på Bramble Grove Place (cirka 3. 5 miles) är en allmän tillgång till stranden med en badvakt, parkering och badrum samt ADA-åtkomst till stranden.

-Närsta tillgång till stranden är Deer Lake State Park (0. 5 miles väster om Prominence) med toalett men du måste betala 3 $ för parkering och alkohol är inte tillåtet eftersom det är en statlig park. Längre promenad från parkeringsplats till stranden men den mest populära stranden och mindre trångt än allmän strand.

-Gulf Lakes är en Walton County strandtillgång (0. 5 miles öster om Prominence). Liten åtkomst som lätt kan missas. Parkering inte tillgänglig men enkel cykeltur till stranden

-Cykla på 30A med över 20 mil cykelleder.

Very Nice Family Vacation

Our stay was enjoyable. The weather was perfect, and we enjoyed the condo's location. We spent time at The big Chill, the pool, and the beach. I would highly recommend the condo for your next stay to 30A.

Great spring break location

We really enjoyed our stay here and the location was ideal for spring break. Right across the road from The Big Chill and less than a mile in each direction from the public beach access points. Overall great experience and stay!

Great Unit

The owner was responsive and took care of things that we needed to have done in a timely fashion. She was responsive and kind. The cleaning crew was one of the better ones we have seen in the entire area. Great unit!

Great Place

The place was great and well worth it. Great for kids and family. Carolyn was very helpful and responsive. Plenty of amenities at house. House was very clean and in great shape. Would highly recommend.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay. The owner is very accommodating and detailed oriented. The apartment was well equipped and well cared for. Brand new. Good location across the hub with pool toys and bicycles. Would highly recommend it.

Just as advertised

Excellent property - great location, great condition. Walk across the street to The Chill Spot and beaches are an easy, quick drive. Beach umbrellas, chairs and toys provided. Only suggestion would be to bring your own beach towels. Highly recommend.

Great stay for a small group

Kitchen had all we needed. The beds were very comfy. The only small issue we had is the guest side of the house heats up throughout the day and takes longer to cool down at night. But it was comfortable enough to sleep

Fantastic Beach Stay

Great property and location! We rented a golf cart from 30A Golf Carts and I would highly recommend. We had two kids under 8 so it was convenient to put everything on the cart and ride down to the beach. We also enjoyed riding the cart down to seaside, as well. We appreciated the beach chairs, toys, and bikes! I would only suggest bringing your own beach towel and spices, if you choose to cook at all. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again!

We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The townhouse was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for us to move around. Each tv had plenty of options (Netflix, Disney, etc). The area was very family friendly. Pool was great. It was a very short walk to the pool. Beach was close by. We drove to the public beach. It was our first trip to the panhandle and we can’t wait to return!

Elegant cozy villa

We had a great time at the villa, the house is clean, it has beach accessories like beach toys for the little humans, chairs, umbrellas, etc. we used the bicycles to get around. Beach is close by, the big chill shops were great. Overall was a great experience. Thank you. Check-in process was super easy and convenient. We will be back!

New! Beautiful! Perfect Location!

This property is simply beautiful! It’s a very new property, in a lovely, perfectly located neighborhood. The beds were super comfortable, great amenities, full stocked, we seriously couldn’t ask for more!! It is located directly across the street from a hub with live music, great food, & shops. There are other restaurants on the same strip, and easy access to the beach. You are also the middle of Panama and Destin so there is no limit to the fun offered! I will definitely be back and recommend this property to anyone looking for a great time surrounded by beauty!!

Perfect Moms' Getaway

Our stay here couldn't have been more perfect for 4 moms needing a vacation. It had plenty of space, ideal location, and was in excellent condition. We didn't have to drive at all with the bikes provided and the beach was just a short 5 minute bike ride away. We walked across the street to the Hub which had everything you'd need. Carolyn was so accommodating and excellent with communication. Absolutely would come back.

Great Family Trip

The property was beautiful, very clean and spacious! The kitchen was very well stocked. Pans, dishes and silverware were much better quality than we have had in other vacation rentals. We had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. We loved riding bikes to the beach every day. The chairs and umbrellas are a great amenity as well. The pool was great as well and we loved being close to The Hub. Carolyn was a great host and responded quickly to questions. I would definitely recommend this property for any family.

The property was even better in person!

I highly recommend this property! Far exceeded my expectations. The unit was clean and comfortable. I felt at home. The A/C and all appliances worked great. The complex is brand new and the pool area was very nice! Lots of great shops across the street too. The owner of the property was very responsive and cared about my needs and that was important to me. You will not be disappointed!!

Professional working mom of 2 beautiful kids. We love to travel and been to many places for pleasure and work, but we still love living in CA cause we have the best weather year round and we can head to the mountains to ski in the morning and hit the beach for a nice sunset on the same day. My kids love the beach and we have 2 vacation rental in Santa Rosa Beach, FL and one in Oceanside, CA. We also love to hike and ski and have a vacation rental in Big Bear Lake, CA and Flagstaff, AZ. I'm very responsive and prefer text and email.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I visited Santa Rosa Beach with a friend in Nov 2017 and fell in love with the area, the beautiful white soft sugar sand beach with clear warm waters, and the friendly locals. It's very close to Seaside and Rosemary Beach which are very quaint and charming towns to walk or ride bike to. The Big Chill is like the best backyard party with restaurants, shops and a huge covered event pavilion for sports game, movie nights and concerts. It's right across the street from the Prominence and that's why I decided to invest in a vacation home for my family, friends and share it with others.
