Great vacay ... very disappointing rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in excellent condition and the location was fantastic. A minor technical issue at the location was quickly resolved and the technical maintenance staff was friendly, personable and prompt with resolving the issue. After departure the management company did a horrible job handling a situation. We have left a set of hearing aids in the master bathroom. We called immediately upon realizing this and were told that no one had checked into the property and it should have been as we left it. We told them exactly where the item was and requested that they retrieve it for us. The item was never retrieved and we are very disappointed and for that reason do not recommend this management company. There is no reason if the property had not been occupied that they could not have retrieved our valuables. The stay was great but if I could give the property management company a zero I would.

Perfect space for family of 4

We loved the layout and the open, beach feel. Having the Hub just steps away was awesome. The ONLY downside was proximity to beach.

The Beach at it's Best!

We enjoyed our stay. The locations was great between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The accomodations were just as we expected. We were not able to get in when we arrived and had to deal with the Management Co. We reached out to them the next day because the TV did not work and they said they would get back to us but, did not. A couple of extra rolls of TP would be nice to have around.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent property in a good location; good value. The only issue was that the door code was not programed in when we arrived after 7 PM, which required a service call. The problem was resolved by the on call technician in about an hour after several calls, and there were no other problems after that.

We loved this property! Perfect for our family of 4 including a 2 & 5 year old.

The location in the neighborhood was great! The property was stocked with way more kitchen items than expected - which was a bonus! Our code to get into the property was incorrect but thankfully the door was open because we arrived after hours. The rental company responded to us the next morning with the correct information. With 2 small kiddos, renting a golf cart to get to and from the beach was helpful for us as it was easier than loading everyone in and out of the car - and all the sand 😉 The unit itself was beautiful, well laid out, and a great value! We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect place to stay for our family of four! Super clean and super cute cottage!! Beautiful huge pool and the HUB across the street is the perfect place to eat and get ice cream! We will be back!

The unit was spotless & ample towels were supplied forvour stay. I only wish the Master had a King bed. The unit is very quiet. We heard nothing from the attached neighbors although they came to apologize for their crying kids. We never heard them! The front porch needs 4 outdoor chairs, not 2.

May 2018 Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Abode. Unfortunately Tropical Storm Alberto rained out our first three days but the weather greatly improved mid week. I’m impressed with Prominence North as a whole. The convenience of The Hub, the walking paths and the pool are outstanding. I do wish Prominence North was a little closer to the beach. Overall it’s a very nice community.

So relaxing!!

We loved our stay at Beach Abode. Benchmark 30A was so easy to work with and answered all questions promptly. The triplex is beautiful and we can't wait to rent it again.
