Nice stay.

This unit is decorated well and has great ocean views. The bed however smelled of urine and upon further inspection had been wet in by a previous guest. Other than that everything was enjoyable.

Outstanding Family Trip

Condo has an amazing view of the beach and easy access to the water! The condo had a great layout for a family of four (we have 2 daughters). It was clean and the conditions were exceptional. The local was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Views / Nice Condo

The view of the beach and ocean were incredible. The condo was beautiful. A few things were the bed was not a king as stated under the new updated pictue and the funitre needed to be vacummed from the previous visitors, could feel sand when sitting on the couch. Also people were at our tower pool with NO resort bracelets playing music, vaping, and were eating and drinking in the pool. Called security but they were too intimidated to do anyhing but ask the people to move their food bags off the edge of the pool. Disappointed in the security! Otherwise we had a great time!

Beautifully updated unit

Edgewater is a great location but most units are very outdated. At best people replace appliances and furniture but this unit LOOKS new. No more dropped ceiling. No outdated bathroom. EVERYTHING has been updated. Communication was amazing. We had all the codes and instructions we needed all in advance of our arrival. Questions about what was in the kitchen were quickly answered. For those wondering, the coffee pot is a standard drip pot. 😀 The next time we headed to PCB I will definitely first check to see if either of their Edgewater properties are available.

I loved the condo! I appreciate the kitchenware that was useful, the cleanliness, the chairs in the porch, and the clear instructions. The con is being so near the elevator you can hear everything all night all day from the bedroom and the early checkout at 10am. I would love to checkout at 12pm because when you leave lots of places are closed untill 11am or 12pm so you have not much where to go after. But overall great host and great stay! Thank u!

Mom & Dad Reset

We absolutely loved the property! Ana was amazing and responsive to our questions. Very clean and the perfect location. As Mom and Dad to 5 we used this for a much needed reset. Just relax, enjoy the beach, have some drinks and eat delicious seafood! Highly recommend Sharky’s and The Back Porch.

Overall stay was good, communication was great. check in was easy even though we arrived very late. Property is well maintained. Room had a couple of cleanliness issues that were resolved. Great view ! loved having morning coffee on deck and sunsets are amazing. Bed was comfortable. suggest taking some hangers to hang clothing not much space for suit cases.

Summer getaway

The property was beautiful and the views gorgeous. Endless pool options and easy access to the beach made for a memorable trip. My wife and I really enjoyed every aspect about it. The balcony was the best for me although my wife really enjoyed the lagoon style pool.

Wonderful trip

The unit was in a good area of the strip…easy access to back beach road, restaurants and of coarse on the beach. It was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen supplies needed for a 4 day trip. I would definitely visit again my next visit to PCB!
