Would give 10 if we could! Villa is better than them the photos and description. Beach is beautiful. Beach chairs and umbrella top notch! Kitchen is outfitted with all that you need & Glass Casa is so easy to work with!! Cannot wait to go back!

The condo exceeded our expectations. Beach chairs, tables and chairs were a nice touch. Convenient to the beach, restaurants and boat cruises. Never left the island. Farmer’s markets in Captiva and Sanibel were great for fresh veggies, bread and cheese.

Perfect Girlfriend Week!

Great communication with owner and suggestions for restaurants. The location was awesome, so close to pool and beach. The condo is lovely, hope for another visit soon!

Beautiful property, quiet location. Saw dolphins every day and relaxed on the beach. Great for a quiet vacation!

Wonderful Property!

This is just a wonderful place to stay. The unit is so convenient, close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Everything is well maintained and nicely stocked. Good dining choices nearby and a beautiful property.

Beautiful condo with great view !

Loved the property and ease of check-in. Location to restaurant on Captive was great Would be awesome if could have had access to all the amenities on the property even if had to pay a little more .

It would be wonderful to have the hotel amenities without staying at the hotel but they only allow their guest to use their amenities. No privately owned condos have access to the resorts amenities.. Since it is within the same gates we do clarify this to all our guest so there is no confusion. The apartment was comfortable and nicely decorated. The view was of the swimming pool and the Gulf of Mexico in the distance, with spectacular sunsets. The pictures and excellent reviews were right on!

Beautiful Beach Villa

Beach Villa was just as pictured. Location is perfect for sunsets and quick walk to the beach and Andy Rosse Lane restaurants. Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella were just what we needed to enjoy days on the beach reading band watching the dolphins and manatees swim by.

Gorgeous, luxury beach front vacation

We have been to lovely Captiva many times and this was one of our most memorable visits! South Seas Serenity was absolutely perfect in every way - clean, beautiful, relaxing. The owners thought of every detail and it made our stay so enjoyable! The property is right on the beach and an easy walk to the heart of Captiva. It was truly perfect! A fabulous trip!!

This was our first time using any app like Vrbo, and WOW! Our host, Holly, was amazing! She answered all of my questions within hours and provided us some great tips on places to eat and things to do! We are so grateful to Holly and HIGHLY recommend this condo! Steps from the beach, steps from the pool, and the condo is beautifully decorated. Thank you Holly for hosting us!

WONDERFUL

We had a great time this past couple of weeks staying at Serenity Beach Villas. Our Host was super conscientious and always quick to answer questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having so few people around. 3 Restaurants open in Captiva, from beachside to charming white tablecloth. to Mexican. A Happy Place in the Sun.

Blissful

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at the McGreevy condo on Captiva island. The condo was clean and modern with a fresh, airy aesthetic. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was close and the beach just a short walk down the path. There are lots of restaurants in the immediate area however they were very busy, due to the week being very one of the busiest of the year for people vacationing. Overall we had a super vacation and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

A wonderful gem in South Seas

This beautiful condo is even better than it appears in the photos. Overlooking the pool with a stunning direct view of the amazing Gulf sunsets, the condo is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. Captiva is cleaning up from the latest rounds of hurricanes, but it is obvious the island is on it's way to a full recovery. Ryan (Property Manager) and Holly (Owner) were quick to respond to glitches that occurred due to the clean up process. Highly recommend.

Everything was as advertised! The Villa felt brand new! It was spotless and had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and we had manatee's swim within 10 ft of us in the water....incredible! Saw dolphins every day. We carted over to Starbucks every morning to enjoy a coffee in the sun and then headed to the beach. We took the owners recommendation and used the husband and wife team at YourSimpleVacation.com to have our beach set up with chairs, umbrella, beach table and cooler every day! Felt just like a resort stay!! Hit the Bubbleroom after its Grand Re-Opening and it was like old times! Can't say enough great things about our stay other than we will be going back!...highly recommend South Seas Serenity!

Family Week at Captiva

We stayed in Serenity Seas Resort Villa for 7 nights and rented the golf cart during mid June 2024. We had a great time. The condo was perfection, the view was lovely, the beach was spectacular and the pool was perfect. We spent long days on the beach and at the pool, played pickel ball and did some local sight seeing. The description of this condo is absolutely accurate as are the photos. We rented the owners golf cart and this was fun. Made for fun little rides after dinner, quick trips to the local grocery store, easy parking if we didn't walk to dinner. Please remember, this whole area is still recovering from Ian and when you see in images the devastation this event caused, you will want to support these local communities in recovery. We give this place 5+ stars and would definitely return.

Great R&R

We had an amazing six nights stay over the July 4 weekend!The room was ready a tad early and check-in was super easy. We flew into Fort Myers and killed some time exploring, then grabbed groceries at Publix and drove to the property.The condo is up a few stairs to the first level and was very accessible to the pool and beach.The beach was busier on the holiday weekend, but otherwise there was plenty of space. The water was great, and the waves were awesome. The pool water was the perfect temperature and kept very clean.I very much enjoyed the amazing flora and fauna around the condos. The flowers were blooming and incredible, butterfly bushes were full of beautiful, colorful butterflies. Unfortunately, some no-see-ums around the foliage, I was glad we had bug spray, but otherwise on the beach this wasn’t an issue.The condo was as advertised, very clean and exceptionally maintained. Very beautifully decorated.We couldn’t be more happy with our choice and how comfortable this stay truly was. The hosts were very helpful providing a cooler for the beach and flashlights for nighttime walks. They were overly responsive to all of our needs, which we very much appreciated.

Excellent condo, beautiful location

My husband and I stayed for 10 nights in this beautiful condo. Comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, comfy living room furniture, it met all our needs. It has been updated and the decor is very tasteful. Seaside beach feel for sure! The balcony has a wonderful view of the gulf and it made our morning coffee time relaxing and peaceful. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided by the owners. The downside was Ian. The hurricane destroyed a lot of the area and most of the amenities were not available to us. But that did not stop us from enjoying this condo. The condo is located in a complex in the South Seas Resort. The Resort is not open to the public yet, so it made our stay really quiet, not a lot of other people. The beach was pretty much ours, it was surreal but nice. 😀 The owner Holly was a gem to work with. Everything that Holly could control was 5 star! Perfect condo, perfect location and ease of renting, all top notch. There were a few restaurants open and we did eat at Doc Fords and Timbers. Both located on Sanibel. We ate at the Cantina Food truck and the Island Store had groceries. These were within walking distance. We did the Captiva Cruise to Cabbage Key and that was a lot of fun. We will return to this condo in the future and look forward to seeing Sanibel/Captiva get back on track!
