Sundial B306-enhet Sunsanibel har en direkt havsutsikt komplett med skjutbara glasdörrar som öppnar hela bredden på vardagsrummet för att möjliggöra havsbris och låter bränningen medan Sundial F401 är större och ligger nära havet med en linda runt balkongen på två sidor och professionellt dekorerad och ombyggda under de senaste åren. Vi erbjuder en stor skärmad balkong med möbler. B306 ombyggdes helt med Corian-bänkskivor / bänkskivor i granit, rostfria apparater, kronformning, tegelgolv. Vi köpte allt nytt vardagsrum, matsal Tommy Bahama-möbler, konstverk och tillbehör under de senaste åren och nya rostfria apparater nyligen. Vår lägenhet sover 6 (king size-säng, drottning och tvåbäddsrum i gästrummet, bäddsoffa för drottning), är fullt utrustat och inredda i tropiska färger. Eftersom detta är vårt eget fritidshus, tillhandahåller vi lite extra - tvättmaskin / torktumlare, takfläktar samt AC, 3 plattskärms-TV, video, DVD, gratis wifi, stereo, kikare, hårtorkar i badkar, solstolar, strand handdukar, picknickkylare för stranden, strandleksaker, spel, böcker etc. Pac-N-Play och barnstol finns för våra yngre gäster.

De bästa priserna är varje vecka lör. till lör 4-dagars minimum tillgängligt under lågsäsong.

Också tillgängligt är B307, 1-sovrum (4 sovplatser) - intill och Sundial F401,2-sovrum / 2 badrum, vid stranden med lindad balkong. Om kalendern visar bokade, har jag andra solurfastigheter som jag kan erbjuda.

Sundial erbjuder 4 uppvärmda pooler, 1/2 mil. av oförstörd strand, grill, gratis trådlöst internet och shuffleboard. Tillgängligt för allmänheten på det angränsande, separata Sundial Resort är restaurangen, tiki-baren, pizzakök, Bailey's Maretplace, tennis och pickleball (avgift), spatjänster och Sanibel Sea School. Comfortable and close to the beach

I chose this condo for the easy walk to the beach for my medically complex child and so that my teenager could independently go between the condo and the beach. It worked perfect for that and had a lovely view of the ocean. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It was easy to get back and forth to the beach.

Our family had a great time at Sanibel!! Everything was as advertised…the property was beautiful and so was the view. Candy was easy to communicate with and we would love to stay here again. The area is very pretty and the beaches were perfect.

Amazing stay for small kids

The condo was extremely kid-friendly (i.e. didn't feel like we were going to break things, and didn't!)! Also steps away from the beach and pool, so very easy for us to cart our kids back and forth. Candy was a great and responsive host.

Sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation

B306 was a very clean, neatly appointed two bedroom condominium at Sundial West. Great location on the island. The community is well maintained. The beach and pool were great. The view from the balcony was very nice. This was a very comfortable place to stay. I would definitely consider going back!

As advertised!

The resort as a whole is fantastic and this condo was located close enough to everything. There was a small pool about a minute walk away and the main pool is about a 3 minute walk. The view of the ocean from our room was amazing and getting to the beach was quick too! The owner really tries to provide the same essentials you'd find in a hotel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion... etc. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances. It really was a great stay!

Wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back!!

We stayed at Candy’s Sundial B306 property. The pictures of the property do not give this property justice at all. It is better in person then the photos show. The view was incredible. My family of 6 all stayed here for a week. My boyfriend and I slept in the master bedroom, my 19 and 12 year old daughters shared the queen bed and my 12 year old son slept in the twin bed while my 15 year old son slept on the sofa sleeper in the living room. We were cozy but very comfortable. Candy's property is very affordable and reasonably priced. The sundial property and parking was easy to get in and out of and easy to park at. I strongly recommend working with Candy.

Great condo, perfect location and view!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very bright and beachy. The view was amazing and we loved to sit on the screened balcony and listen to the waves. The grounds to the property were very clean. Candy was great with communication and made our check in process very smooth. The beach and pool access are both super close. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas provided for the beach. The washer and dryer were a big plus! The little marketplace and restaurants at the Sundial resort are right there. We rode our bikes over to grab snacks and have ice cream. There were plenty of towels and linens available . We had a wonderful stay and would love to return some day!

Good stay

Good location to pool and beach. Older property but landscaping is kept nice. Pool was kind of small for all the buildings that used it. Beach was beautiful and had lots of shells!

The listing was accurate. Location was excellent. The view from the balcony was better than I thought it would be. It was a very quick walk to the beach and the pool. I appreciated the beach towels and beach toys for the kids that I didn’t have to pack. Communication with the owner was great. My only suggestion would be that some of the decor was a little bit dated and could be replaced or taken out (like there was a rusty/broken figurine in the master bathroom). But those are just little things that didn’t impact our stay. Overall it was a great trip. We liked the island cow, the over easy cafe, the timber’s restaurant, and the love boat for ice cream. The condo was close to everything. Thank you!

The view was great as was proximity to the beach. The AC worked very well and was appreciated on the hotter days. Otherwise we opened all the glass doors to the balcony and enjoyed the fresh air. All the small appliances were in working order. Beds were comfortable. We had breakfasts in the condo and used the outdoor grill once. Suggestions for the kitchen would be a new set of frying pans and cooking/frying utensils. Also a barbeque spatula. Our socks got dirty (black) from the bare floors but thank goodness the washer and dryer worked well. We enjoyed the large iguana that was munching leaves just across from our balcony.

Perfect vacation for my family

This was the perfect condo for our family of 4’s vacation. Steps from the beach and pool, stocked with all the beach essentials and plenty of towels and linens. Check in and check out were simple and the adjacent resort was perfect for grabbing lunch and drinks. It was also wonderful having a washer and dryer in the unit. We’d love to come back!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at this lovely property. The unit was well-appointed and had everything we needed for our week's stay. I especially appreciated the starter packs of paper products and soaps. Candy was very professional and conscientious ... making sure we had all the info we needed and addressing any questions we had promptly. Great beach vacation!

I am a retired teacher and am currently a realtor in Michigan. My primary residence in Rochester Hills, Michigan, but I am grateful to spend the winters on Sanibel Island. My son started coming to the Sundial when he was 7 and continues to enjoy it with his family today. I have served on a panel at the Homeaway Summit in 2015 as an expert host. Hurricane Ian in 2022 dealt quite a blow, but I am pleased to announced reopening in February, 2025.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We vacationed at the Sundial for several years before we made the plunge to buy a condo. We owned a great 2-bedroom, but had the opportunity to buy B306 close to the beach and we jumped at the chance. We also own the 1-bedroom next door B307 and another 2-bedroom/2 bath Sundial F401. We have had many happy family memories at the Sundial. My grandchildren are now enjoying and the memories are passed along.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Location, location, location. Hear the waves, feel the breezes. We have completely remodeled this condo since we purchased and strive to have it the best it can be with most of the comforts of home. We have washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and other items to make your stay comfortable. New remodel just completed 2/2025.
