Sundial B306-enhet Sunsanibel har en direkt havsutsikt komplett med skjutbara glasdörrar som öppnar hela bredden pÄ vardagsrummet för att möjliggöra havsbris och lÄter brÀnningen medan Sundial F401 Àr större och ligger nÀra havet med en linda runt balkongen pÄ tvÄ sidor och professionellt dekorerad och ombyggda under de senaste Ären. Vi erbjuder en stor skÀrmad balkong med möbler. B306 ombyggdes helt med Corian-bÀnkskivor / bÀnkskivor i granit, rostfria apparater, kronformning, tegelgolv. Vi köpte allt nytt vardagsrum, matsal Tommy Bahama-möbler, konstverk och tillbehör under de senaste Ären och nya rostfria apparater nyligen. VÄr lÀgenhet sover 6 (king size-sÀng, drottning och tvÄbÀddsrum i gÀstrummet, bÀddsoffa för drottning), Àr fullt utrustat och inredda i tropiska fÀrger. Eftersom detta Àr vÄrt eget fritidshus, tillhandahÄller vi lite extra - tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare, takflÀktar samt AC, 3 plattskÀrms-TV, video, DVD, gratis wifi, stereo, kikare, hÄrtorkar i badkar, solstolar, strand handdukar, picknickkylare för stranden, strandleksaker, spel, böcker etc. Pac-N-Play och barnstol finns för vÄra yngre gÀster.

De bÀsta priserna Àr varje vecka lör. till lör 4-dagars minimum tillgÀngligt under lÄgsÀsong.

OcksÄ tillgÀngligt Àr B307, 1-sovrum (4 sovplatser) - intill och Sundial F401,2-sovrum / 2 badrum, vid stranden med lindad balkong. Om kalendern visar bokade, har jag andra solurfastigheter som jag kan erbjuda.

Lovely condo, very comfortable and steps from the beautiful sands of Sanibel. Everything you need for a great family trip. Candy was very responsive and accommodating. Took off one star for cleanliness because I am picky, there were crumbs on the countertop and the tub didn't drain properly, maybe needs some attention. Wouldn't stop me from booking again! Wonderful stay! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this Sanibel Island property! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and bike trails.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. We especially loved the screened-in porch for morning coffee and evening sunsets. It truly felt like a home away from home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway on Sanibel Island.

Great location, view of beach and cleanliness. Property remains under repair with elevator and pool still out of operation however no issue as the beach was perfect to cool in and the stairs offered good exercise. Very nice and memorable week.

Comfortable and close to the beach

I chose this condo for the easy walk to the beach for my medically complex child and so that my teenager could independently go between the condo and the beach. It worked perfect for that and had a lovely view of the ocean. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It was easy to get back and forth to the beach.

Amazing stay for small kids

The condo was extremely kid-friendly (i.e. didn't feel like we were going to break things, and didn't!)! Also steps away from the beach and pool, so very easy for us to cart our kids back and forth. Candy was a great and responsive host.

Sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation

B306 was a very clean, neatly appointed two bedroom condominium at Sundial West. Great location on the island. The community is well maintained. The beach and pool were great. The view from the balcony was very nice. This was a very comfortable place to stay. I would definitely consider going back!

As advertised!

The resort as a whole is fantastic and this condo was located close enough to everything. There was a small pool about a minute walk away and the main pool is about a 3 minute walk. The view of the ocean from our room was amazing and getting to the beach was quick too! The owner really tries to provide the same essentials you'd find in a hotel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion... etc. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances. It really was a great stay!

I am a retired teacher and am currently a realtor in Michigan. My primary residence in Rochester Hills, Michigan, but I am grateful to spend the winters on Sanibel Island. My son started coming to the Sundial when he was 7 and continues to enjoy it with his family today. I have served on a panel at the Homeaway Summit (VRBO) in 2015 as an expert host. Hurricane Ian in 2022 dealt quite a blow, but I am pleased to announced reopening in February, 2025.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We vacationed at the Sundial for several years before we made the plunge to buy a condo. We owned a great 2-bedroom, but had the opportunity to buy B306 close to the beach and we jumped at the chance. We also own the 1-bedroom next door B307 and another 2-bedroom/2 bath Sundial F401. We have had many happy family memories at the Sundial. My grandchildren are now enjoying and the memories are passed along.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Location, location, location. Hear the waves, feel the breezes. We have completely remodeled this condo since we purchased and strive to have it the best it can be with most of the comforts of home. We have washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, and other items to make your stay comfortable. New remodel just completed 2/2025.
