Detta idealiska läge ligger några minuter från IMG och de vackra stränderna på Anna Maria Island. Den världsberömda Siesta Key Beach är bara en kort, vacker golfbana bort. Family trip

We took our youngest son and family to a trip to Bradenton. We had a great time at the house. The kids were always in the pool. The house was well equipped.

Perfect Family Vacation

This was our second time staying at this property and it definitely will not be our last. I cannot say enough good things about the property or the hosts. Chris was excellent at communicating with us before and during our stay. The house itself is very clean and well stocked. Our family loved swimming in the beautiful pool. We also loved the location - close to stores and restaurants. It also was just a short drive when we wanted to go to the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine retreat

Our family really enjoyed space to spread out in the house and a fully stocked kitchen. It was nice to use the beach chairs provided and cooler at the beach. All the trees in the back yard and pool created a very scenic and relaxing space.

MN Friends

The home was clean and comfortable with all the essentials, plus more, provided. There were beach chairs and a beach cart that we could use for going to the ocean. The beds were comfortable and we were able to sleep well in the quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool, which was fenced in and private. We felt like we were in our own little paradise! Thank you for a great week!

Bradenton getaway

First time in Bradenton. We’re coming back. Have rented numerous times with VRBO and this rental was easily the best. As advertised. Chris was the consummate host and provided immediate attention to any of our concerns (there were very few). First home that we have chosen to return to. Hopefully for numerous additional times. Wonderful stay. In particular we loved the private, south facing heated saltwater pool. Perfect winter getaway.

florida family christmas

Everything was good, pool was heated. plenty of room for everyone. The lanai was a great additional space to hang out. TV's in all the rooms was a benefit for everyone. Had a small issue with heat but Chris was there in minutes to address it. Had a big dinning table to celebrate the holiday together. And the green and red party lights was a big hit and the small christmas tree was a nice touch.

Awesome Stay in All Ways

Our stay in Bradenton was a truly great experience. Chris was over the top quick to welcome us and answer any questions. The house was very clean and up to date. The pool is terrific and the proximity to beaches and things to do was very convenient. If I come back to the area I will not hesitate to stay at this home. Thank you Chris!

Perfect House for a Lax Tournament

We came for a lacrosse tournament in Bradenton and this was perfect! We had instacart delivered when we arrived and cooked the first night. Close to Anna Maria Island for dinners out. It had chairs for the tournament and for the beach! Quiet neighborhood so our girls were able to go to sleep early. We had a great stay!

Family Vacation

The property was very nice. The house was clean and well kept. The pool was amazing for pur grandchildren. The air went off the first night we were there. However, after calling the owner, it was fixed withina half hour. She texted back later to make sure it was working and everything was okay. I would stay there again.

An amazing stay

We had an amazing stay! The house was wonderful, super clean, and well supplied! The pool was clean and nice! Beds were comfortable and we loved that there were beach chairs, a large cooler, rafts, an umbrella, and other beach items to use! This location is super close to shopping, dining, and gorgeous beaches. The owners communicated and checked in with us wonderfully. Not one complaint. We’ll definitely be staying here again when in Bradenton! Thanks for an amazing getaway from Pennsylvania!

Great Home & Location

Our stay was short but definitely great. We where there for my daughter's Track & Field State Championships at IMG Academy and the location of this home was ideal. It made for a short ride to and from which was great. The home was very clean and well stocked. The pool was perfect, clean and heated as well. We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay in this property. It was super clean and well equipped, the pool was just amazing. Couldn’t be more happier with the place and the hosts!

Our vacation stay was EXCELLENT! Chris and Sherry have a clean, organized, spacious, comfortable and beautiful house overall. The location was great: 15 min to the closest beach, 3 min to Fresh Market and restaurants were very close. The house had everything we could’ve asked for. It had a fresh smell when we walked in and everything was sparkling. The hosts were very welcoming and extremely responsive. Our family of 6 people and the dog will definitely be back!! We STRONGLY recommend this AMAZING place to anybody. Thank you again for opening your home to us and we look forward to next year!

Wonderful vacation spot!

We loved our stay in this house. It was clean and well maintained, the fenced in backyard and pool was just wonderful. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was well stocked with all the essentials - paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, beach towels and any beach gear you might need, there was even shampoo and conditioner! The washer and dryer was also a huge plus. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for the family

Stayed here while visiting family in Bradenton. The house was just as advertised and the perfect place for everyone to hang out and relax. It was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of seating areas inside and out, and we all enjoyed the heated pool. As other reviews have mentioned, the house was stocked with everything we needed. Communication from our hosts was excellent, before and during our stay. I would definitely book again next time I am in town!

Well stocked rental!!

Wonderful property - owners really consider the needs of their guests. Everything you’ll need and more was available at the property - beach chairs, a cooler and toys, seasoning, lots of pots and pans, trash bags, coffee, pool towels - we loved it and will definitely stay again.
