After a full day of sightseeing, retreat to your master suite with a king size canopy bed that is fit for a king and a queen!

* Bedroom 4 (Slumber Quarter): twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle and 2 flip chairs converting to twin floor mattresses.

All bedrooms have 10 inches memory foam mattresses (except top bunks are 8 inches), down alternative pillows and hypoallergenic hotel luxury 1800 series sheets for a restful night of sleep.

Traveling with small children? You can pack lighter because we have Pack n' Plays, highchair, and kid's dinnerware.

Furry Friends:
- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.
- Must be fully house trained
- Must be completely cleaned up after
- Leashed at all times when not in fenced area
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
- Not allowed on the indoor furniture or bedding

ATTENTION

If you're looking for a party house, please do not book. Property is ideal for quiet family vacations.

* The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and pool heater may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know before you check-in.
* Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 60 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.
