"Banyan Beach" - Njut av vackra solnedgångar över bukten från den rymliga omslaget runt däck på båda nivåerna av detta helt vackra, nyrenoverade hem på Cape San Blas.

Detta rymliga 3 sovrum, 2 badrum hem har underbara katedral stolpen och takbjälkar i vardagsrum / matsal och master svit. Härlig eldstens spis och trägolv i vardagsrummet. Skjutdörrar i vardagsrummet öppnar på täckt däck med gott om sittplatser. Det finns en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Läderavsnittet innehåller två vilstolar.

Kök, bad, hall och tvättstuga har nya kakelgolv. Köket har alla nya apparater och är generöst lagrad. Båda huvudnivå sovrummen har queen size-sängar tillsammans med twin rollaways. Vacker master svit på översta våningen har king size-säng, med dubbla handfat och garderober i master bad. Alla rum är utrustade med nya TV-apparater med DVD-skivor och fjärrkontroller, klocka / radio och telefon, och har skjutdörrar på däcken. Det finns också ett keramiskt kaklat tvättstuga på andra våningen.

Bara lite över 100 meter till stranden, har detta hem gott om parkering för båt eller jetski, och ligger en kort bit till statsparkens offentliga båtlansering. Banyan Beach är professionellt anlagd och har en utomhus varm och kall dusch och kol parkeringsgrill. Bekvämt beläget nära livsmedelsbutiker / diverse butiker på Kap men bara 20 minuter från mer shopping i Port St. Joe eller 30 minuter från Appalachicolas restauranger och butiker.

Wonderful Beach House

Banyan Beach house is even better than the pictures. It is spacious and so well stocked with plenty of nice pans, dishware, coffee cups, flatware and cooking utensils along with both a keurig and a Mr. Coffee maker. There are extra blankets and pillows to select from choose from.

Great location, Open Floor Plan

Plenty of space for our family of four and dog. Easy, short walks to beach and local stores. Comfortable beds and lounging/dining area. Paul was a great host.

We enjoyed our stay at Banyan Beach House so much. The house is so spacious with decks all round. The swing on the deck is just heavenly. Location is a plus. A very, very short walk to the beach! And last but not least is the ease of booking our stay. Paul was so easy to work with and responded to inquiries quickly. Will certainly stay again!

Property management was excellent and super responsive. Home needs a lot of updates. Notes not to close bedroom doors, closet door fell off, during rain storm water was leaking from light above sink. Needs a deep clean. Dog poop on top deck and lots of stained carpet. Reasonably priced.

Not bad needs updating

Starting out Property manager had very good communication but when it came time to check in there was no update and we were stuck outside of the rental for almost 2 hours. The property manager would not answer his phone and customer service was no help whatsoever in fact they were awful it was so bad that we thought we were getting scammed because we've never used to be VRBO before. After multiple tries we finally got ahold of the property manager and we were able to get our key to get in. The stay at the beach house was nice but it needs a lot of updating and TLC it wasn't the cleanest so I spent most of the time sanitizing when we first arrived. We also felt uncomfortable being on the deck because there were a few banisters that weren't attached and it seemed like the deck would fall apart. As far as location it is in the best spot only a 3 minute walk from the beach. Other than that my family and I had a great time and there is a lot of room in this rental.

Wonderful Beach Escape

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The home is perfect for any family and has a ton of room. We loved the vaulted ceilings and open feel in the home. This home looks even better in person than in the pictures. It is well stocked and very comfortable. It was just a short walk to the beach and a general store, ice cream shop, and other amenities are very close by. We hope to return again one day soon!

Wonderful Home with Amazing Views

This home was everything that we expected it to be. It’s a no-frills beach house with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. If you are looking for a super fancy brand new house this isn’t it. It’s an older home that could use updates but we liked the older charm and it felt like home. We loved that it was a short walk to the beach so we could run back if we needed to grab something at the house. The beaches on the Cape are stunning. We spent most of our time on the beach with our children and our dog. The home was incredibly spacious and clean. There was plenty of deck space for viewing the beautiful sunsets and sunrise(If you have little ones they get up early in excitement while on vacation). The only thing to note is that the decks are wooden and older so we worried the kids would get splinters. It’s ALOT of wood to replace so I imagine the owners will eventually do this as it was quite wobbly in some spots also. Our kids knew the spots to avoid. We will definitely be back!
