Phoenix VI är en av de mest avkopplande condominium komplexa på Gulf Coast. Det finns en anledning att fler semesterfirare bor på denna lägenhet än någon annan i Orange Beach.

Det finns inte en bättre plats att bo för dig och din familj än Phoenix VI. Det finns gott om aktiviteter, inklusive ett våningsrum, racketboll, bastu, inomhuspool, bubbelpooler, tennisbanor, basketplan och utomhuspool. Det finns även ett trevligt lusthusområde att koppla av under medan du är bbqing. Bo i vår Premium-enhet och betala mindre än det valda priset !!!

Kom och slappna av på 14: e våningen balkong direkt med utsikt över utomhuspoolen med fantastisk utsikt över bukten eller sova på den stora king size-sängen i befälhavaren. Det finns två queen size-sängar i 2: a sovrummet och en b��ddsoffa queen i vardagsrummet för beläggning upp till 8. Denna enhet har uppgraderats till nya vardagsrumsmöbler, bänkskivor i granit och ny skåp. Vi är bekvämt beläget bredvid restauranger, livsmedelsbutiker och inte långt från outletcentra.

Clean condo with great views of the ocean! A great spot for our family during our summer vacation. Second bedroom was spacious which was great for our kids. Minor fixes would have made our stay even better (patio door was difficult to open and close, doors unable to lock for master bedroom, two lamps needed new lightbulbs).

A perfect beach getaway!

Beach visit

Overall the stay and condo was as advertised. However, for a VRBO property I expected a higher level of basic necessities. The bath towels were closer to a motel quality standard and the limit of one toilet paper roll per bathroom is a problem when there are four people sharing a condo for 5 days. Especially when three of the guests are women. Otherwise the condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. But I’ve stayed at several VRBO’s and I’ve never had such poor quality towels and toilet paper.

Orange Beach June Vacation

Property is in a great location, close to restaurants, activities, and of course the beach. Property was clean and a plus being located on the 14th floor away from pool noise.

It was clean and great location , beautiful view. They are doing maintenance on 2 of the 4 elevators so it took Awhile to get around.

Awesome Vacation

We hadn't been to orange Beach in 7 years. Great view, room was awesome! Very pleasant and relaxing. We will be using Phoenix again in the future.

Great condo!

This is one of the first stays that was “as advertised “. Great beds chairs and view. Only thing I would suggest is on the bed frames those sharp corners are nasty to your shins and the metal legs on the side midway on bed damaged a few toes until we bought a pool noodle and cut to fit for protection. This unit could also use a toaster but that was all. Housekeeping and all personnel we interacted with were super friendly.

Good time!

No access to gym! Did not know about racquet ball court or where the hot tubs were located. The $55 parking fee was uncalled for. They need to give you a designated spot, instead of hope you can find one!

Property was awesome. Had everything we needed and was just like the web site showed. Clean and beautiful. Only problem occurred when there was some very loud music from a nearby unit with college age students. The lady at the desk said there was nothing she/they could do about it because we didn’t rent from Phoenix. We would have to call the police. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS!

Functional and Clean Condo, Cost Efficient, and Quaint!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was super clean and bright, had extremely comfortable beds and great water pressure. It really had everything we needed for a 4 person occupancy. The bedrooms are on either end of the condo and offer great privacy/sound resistance (awesome for multiple couples or parents with kiddos). We didn't cook in, but the kitchen seemed well stocked if we would've decided to. Appliances were all very clean. Washer/dryer worked well and were clean. TV remotes were tricky, we ended up downloading roku remotes on our phones for 2 of the 3 tvs and that worked fine. Balcony has fantastic views and functional furniture. Overall, this rental exceeded my expectations, it was much more spacious than it seemed in the pics (though the bathrooms were a bit tight), clean, and offered all the comforts with a great view. Check-in was quick and easy. Parking was never an issue, but could see it being limited in the peak season. All the pools/hot tubs were clean. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

The unit could have been cleaner especially the floors. Pistachio shells under the table from previous guests and generally unclean. Be sure to bring your own Paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap etc. There was no paper towels and only 1 trash bag. Condo complex only had 2 working elevators so at peak times we did have to wait a while. Overall good experience. Great location.
