Keyless inlopp dörrlås så att du inte behöver hålla koll på några nycklar under din vistelse !! Vi avslutade vår helt renoverade lägenhet på bilderna! Nya våningar, kök, badrum, väggar, vardagsrum och sovrumsmöbler.

Vi har också uppdaterat vår internet nedladdningshastighet till 50Mbs och har lagt till ett uttag i sovrummet och vardagsrummet ska du behöva hardwire någon enhet !!

Phoenix VI är en av de mest avkopplande villa komplexa på Gulf Coast. Det finns en anledning att fler semesterfirare bor på denna lägenhet än någon annan i Orange Beach.

Denna 1BR Phoenix VI lägenhet är en av de bästa på stranden! Perfekt för ett par eller en liten familj. Det finns gott om aktiviteter, inklusive ett våningsrum, racketboll, bastu, uppvärmd inomhuspool, bubbelpooler, tennisbanor, basketplan och utomhuspool. Det finns även ett trevligt lusthusområde att koppla av under medan du är bbq'ing.

Kom och koppla av på 4: e våningen balkong med fantastisk utsikt över bukten perfekt beläget ovanför utomhuspoolen. The condo har ett badrum från mästaren och sovrummet har en king size-säng. Köket är fullt utrustat. Vi är bekvämt beläget intill restauranger, livsmedelsbutiker och inte långt från outletcentra.

Vår lägenhet ligger på fjärde våningen, och inte en lång promenad från hissarna. Skicka mig ett mail och fråga om de många rabatterna. Generellt sett kommer denna enhet att prissättas mindre än förvaltningsbolaget. Vi har också en 2br och 3br enhet på samma våning för större grupper.

Parkering: Du måste köpa dina parkeringspass vid ankomst, de är en engångsavgift på 35 USD plus skatt per fordon. Ett sovrums lägenheter är garanterade 1 parkeringskort. Två och tre sovrums lägenheter garanteras två parkeringspass. Ytterligare pass kommer att säljas baserat på tillgänglighet på parkeringsplatsen.

Cool breeze

This property is well maintained and just as it appears in the listing. We enjoyed both the view from the balcony and the convenience of walking right out the doors to the beach. The weather was perfect during our stay so that always helps! We will definitely book again next year!

Beach vacay

Beautiful room. My only complaint was a very odd odor in the room when we got there. Like a sour smell. Not sure if someone used old rags or a mop to clean with. We used air freshener The whole stay to try and cover it..

Absolute Paradise....

My husband and I booked this condo for an anniversary/Birthday getaway, and could not have been more pleased. We absolutely loved everything about our stay in this 4th floor condo @ Phoenix VI. It's in the perfect location (on the Perdido end of Orange Beach), and has an awesome view of the entire pool area, the beautiful white sand beach, and the pristine blue waters of the Gulf. This unit is very nicely decorated and well equipped for your vacation. Only minutes away from any shopping needs you may have, and only 3 miles from famous Florabama. Great restuarants, music, and entertainment to choose from in this location. Working with Jil (host) was such a pleasure. She made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Also, the ladies at the check-in desk were very helpful and a pleasure to chat with. Great team to work with, and a great time had at this property!

Summer 2023 get-away

We arrived to find one of the balcony screens broken and leaning against the glass door. Not a huge deal as it was too hot to sit on the balcony (no breeze--possibly due to the location of the building?). We reported the broken screen right away-no response. My husband did not like having to pay for parking. We had trouble operating the TV and had to call the cable company 3 times for help. The sofa appears to be a bit old and maybe needs to be replaced? Overall, it's a cute place. Large enough for a couple/small family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Took a leap of faith and booked this condo having never been to Orange Beach, never heard of Phoenix, etc. but couldn't be happier. The condo itself was perfect (and exactly as pictured/described) - cutely decorated in tasteful beach decor, well supplied with everything we could have needed for the week, gorgeous beach views that allowed me to see my kids on the patio if I was on the beach and vice versa. My family took advantage of several property amenities - the heated pool and hot tub, the fitness center and racquetball courts. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. One tip for newbies: understand this is a resort town and restaurants will have long waits. Plan accordingly (i.e. get inline online where you can, don't show up hungry and expecting to be seated shortly).

Great Location But Needs Some Deep Cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was ok. The rug in the living area and the furniture were disgusting. The rug was filthy and the furniture was filthy and covered with stains. I went to Dollar General and bought a set of king size sheets just to put on the couch and chair so we did have to sit on the filthy fabric. The furniture in that area just needs to be refreshed. My only other complaint was the air vent in the bedroom. It was filthy and covered with black something filth that I hope was not mold. Also, almost forgot, when we got there, we opened the drawers to list some clothes in and found a dirty shorts, dirty underwear and a dirty shirt for the previous guests (I presume). The cleaning staff needs to give a thorough cleaning of the unit. I would not recommend this unit until some changes/updates are done.

Great vacation

Overall the room was great and clean! However there were a few issues upon check in. -Internet wasn't working, we had to call the provider and reset system which took a couple hours. -Batteries in the remotes were dead, we purchased AA and AAA. Smoke detector battery was beeping. We changed the the battery with the one that was left, but it was worse than the one that was already in it. -Cooking supplies in kitchen were very poor quality. -The kitchen faucet is hooked up backwards, which is against code. Hot is cold and Cold is hot. -The dryer felt seal is bad and in return it was EXTREMELY loud to operate. This also caused damage to a pair of shorts. We had to be very cautious on clothing placed in the dryer (nothing with pull strings). -There is also an active leak in the upper right corner of the laundry area ceiling possibly from the room above. It is causing a small amount of mold.
