Vi har ocksÄ uppdaterat vÄr internet nedladdningshastighet till 50Mbs och har lagt till ett uttag i sovrummet och vardagsrummet ska du behöva hardwire nÄgon enhet !!



Phoenix VI Àr en av de mest avkopplande villa komplexa pÄ Gulf Coast. Det finns en anledning att fler semesterfirare bor pÄ denna lÀgenhet Àn nÄgon annan i Orange Beach.



Denna 1BR Phoenix VI lÀgenhet Àr en av de bÀsta pÄ stranden! Perfekt för ett par eller en liten familj. Det finns gott om aktiviteter, inklusive ett vÄningsrum, racketboll, bastu, uppvÀrmd inomhuspool, bubbelpooler, tennisbanor, basketplan och utomhuspool. Det finns Àven ett trevligt lusthusomrÄde att koppla av under medan du Àr bbq'ing.



Kom och koppla av pÄ 4: e vÄningen balkong med fantastisk utsikt över bukten perfekt belÀget ovanför utomhuspoolen. The condo har ett badrum frÄn mÀstaren och sovrummet har en king size-sÀng. Köket Àr fullt utrustat. Vi Àr bekvÀmt belÀget intill restauranger, livsmedelsbutiker och inte lÄngt frÄn outletcentra.

Very nice. Super clean. Just like the pictures on VRBO! Only complaint is not enough soap and TP, so bring your own soap. Would definitely stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: The room is very nice and clean, the only problem is they did not leave but one roll of toilet paper and we asked for more towels and wash cloths but they never came. Also you have to contact the company that you rent from instead of the front desk to get the towels and toilet paper which is annoying but not a big deal. But once again it never showed up after we requested it. But overall we were very happy with the room and location.

Cool breeze

This property is well maintained and just as it appears in the listing. We enjoyed both the view from the balcony and the convenience of walking right out the doors to the beach. The weather was perfect during our stay so that always helps! We will definitely book again next year!

Beautiful room. My only complaint was a very odd odor in the room when we got there. Like a sour smell. Not sure if someone used old rags or a mop to clean with. We used air freshener The whole stay to try and cover it..

Absolute Paradise....

My husband and I booked this condo for an anniversary/Birthday getaway, and could not have been more pleased. We absolutely loved everything about our stay in this 4th floor condo @ Phoenix VI. It's in the perfect location (on the Perdido end of Orange Beach), and has an awesome view of the entire pool area, the beautiful white sand beach, and the pristine blue waters of the Gulf. This unit is very nicely decorated and well equipped for your vacation. Only minutes away from any shopping needs you may have, and only 3 miles from famous Florabama. Great restuarants, music, and entertainment to choose from in this location. Working with Jil (host) was such a pleasure. She made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Also, the ladies at the check-in desk were very helpful and a pleasure to chat with. Great team to work with, and a great time had at this property!

Reviewer Comments: I felt that the unit was somewhat dirty- floors didn’t seem clean, sand around bathroom sink. Linens were awful- towels were small and scratchy and ... could use new ones and new sheets. Furniture also dirty...whole place could use better cleaning. Appliances and TV excellent! Would not rent this unit again.
