You’ll be within easy walking distance of some of Daytona Beach’s best spots—The Hilton shops, The Ocean Center, The Peabody Auditorium, Daytona Lagoon water park, the boardwalk, and so much more. Great dining, entertainment, and attractions are just minutes away!

A note on construction (full transparency for your peace of mind):
Our building is part of the historic Daytona Inn Beach Resort, currently undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation to restore its original charm. While the exterior construction is ongoing (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.), our wing is already completed and remains clean, quiet, and fully functional. Occasional noise or equipment may be present near the beachfront side of the property. The pool is open, and beach access is always available either through the pool deck or the public entrance just steps away from our unit.

Please understand that as private owners, we do not utilize the resort’s front desk, fitness center, or housekeeping services. However, I’m always just a phone call away if you need anything at all during your stay!

Important details to keep in mind:
• One vehicle parking pass included (must be returned upon checkout; $50 fee if not returned)
• No trailer parking on-site (ask me for nearby parking options across the street)
• Elevator access is available on both side of our complex
• Our condo is budget-friendly, super clean, and one of the best-located spots on the beach!
