Denna lägenhet med 10 sovrum, 2 sovrum, 2 badrum, 10 bäddar och har en privat uteplats med tillgång till grönområden så att både barn och vuxna kan njuta av snön. West Keystone erbjuder ett lugnt bergsläge, men med pendelbussen är du bara några minuter från allt som orten har att erbjuda.

Vardagsrummet har en platt-TV bredvid en vedeldad öppen spis och en bäddsoffa i stor storlek. Ytterligare lakan och filtar finns i en garderob. För familjer med små barn har husägare förvarat ett paket i en garderob. Strax utanför vardagsrummet kan du gå ut till den privata uteplatsen som erbjuder vacker utsikt och tillgång till grönytan.

Köket är utrustat med alla nödvändiga köksredskap och porslin för att göra en måltid hemifrån. Matsalen har sex personer bekvämt och det finns ytterligare fyra platser i frukostbaren. Den första av två fulla badrum är utanför det stora vardagsrummet och har en enda handfat fåfänga och en dusch / badkar kombination. Alla badrum är utrustade med handdukar och en första tillgång till toalettartiklar.

Det stora sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och en platt-TV. Det egna badrummet har en fåfänga i en diskbänk och en dörr skiljer kombinationen av dusch / badkar och toalettområdet för extra integritet. Det första gästrummet har en dubbelsäng och tillgång till den privata uteplatsen. Det andra gäst sovrummet är på övervåningen loftet och har en två-över-full våningssäng med en tvilling rulla.

Great Place

We stayed here for a 4 day ski vacation. Check in-out information clearly provided. Nice place, clean, kitchen had utensils for us to cook a couple modest meals. Used the Bus shuttle for transportation to and from lift areas. Really enjoyed it

Camera trick. Not as clean as pictures shows. Flush did not work properly and stovetop not working. Dirty old carpet and porch all dirty not ready to sit down outside and relax. I understand that you can call in and complain but you do not want to waste time on calling and complaining while on vacation with family.

The property was a bit dated but clean. The upstairs neighbors were loud. I don’t think we would stay at this property again. The property managers were very helpful. This property just wasn’t a good fit for us.

We did have trouble with the tv but it was fixed by our second night. Upstairs became very warm but otherwise no issues.

Family Vacay to the mountains

We had a wonderful time and stay at the Flying Dutchman 1194. It was in a centralized location to all the activities we did while we stayed there. And the amenities were top 10. My only complaint was the neighbors above us. It literally sounded like they were moving furniture all night long. With kids ranging in age from 10months-9 yrs old, it was hard to get them asleep at night.

Good location for skiing and comfortable condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Located just a few miles from the chairlift. Bus stop nearby if needed but we drove and parked by the chairs. Condo is not new but was comfortable for a family of four and two grandparents. Nice to be able to prepare meals and relax. Purchase food in Dillon. Complex has pool and hot tub but be sure to check they are open. Would definitely enjoy revisiting.

The staff helped us with our reservation, check in and out was easy, and the accomodations were as advertised. Our only issue on the front end is we did not see the initial confirmation emails that were arriving over the weekend and had to rebook a different unit than our original choice. However, SCMR did get us in to a very similar unit.

The check in process was a pain. Keys should be collecting sight rather than having to negotiate the off sight process. The property was adequate but the TVs didn’t work and appliances are old and tired. Location is great. Hot tub was out of order. And no clothes washer and dryer. Hair dryer in guest bath doesn’t work. Only one clothes washer for the entire property!

The walls had a lot of damage, the carpeting had some big stains. We texted and asked if we could access a vacuum, when we moved the couch there was a bunch of garbage and crumbs under it. They texted back and asked which unit we were in, but never brought us a vacuum.

I wore my slippers so my feet didn't touch the floor. Needs to be replaced, not cleaned. Looked like a blood stain on the couch. Tried to start a fire in the fire matches or lighter. No wine opener. Very surprised at the price we paid for this unit. Very old and dated with many year-round residents living in the building.

Flying Dutchman 1194 good location several issues

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very conveniently located within 5 minutes of the ski lifts and had a new refrigerator with ice maker and new microwave. The overall cleanliness was really good and there was an ample amount of bedding in all three bedrooms, a beginning stock of toilet paper and paper towels, seasonings and cling wrap, as well as a playpen, lots of games and even a toy rideable car that our 10 month old absolutely loved. There were several downsides to he condo starting with the extremely loud upstairs condo that sounded like people bowling and rollerblading until 4 am and the number on the refrigerator sign and on the website that we were told to call to Keystone security resulted in that company saying the unit was not covered by them so we needed to call the police! After 2 nights of no sleep for the baby, we made a visit to the upstairs to ask them to keep it down, which only helped for about 2 hours. We were told there were no other accommodations to move to, so we just had to stay there or find somewhere else on our own with no refund. The overall appearance of the condo was very worn and there were several areas that needed to be repaired or replaced including the unstable toilet that continuously ran water, the leaking sink faucet, and shower head in the guest bathroom, broken tiles around the fireplace, dented and noisy floor heating, rusted and broken pots and pans, storage containers with no lids, and the non drying dryer in the coin/cc laundry room in the building that cost $2 a cycle to use but took 3 cycles to dry the 2 dish towel and 4 small bath towels provided for up to 10 people for 6 days! The Summit County MR company had a great webpage and app and sent a great amount of emails explaining general info but the staff was not trained to answer questions and had to contact someone else to try to find out what we needed to do or if there would be any sort of a discount (which there wasn’t)since we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency

Wonderful Spot in Keystone

Check in was confusing. Would much rather have a door code and avoid the in town drive for key pick up. Loved the location and there were plenty of beds for sleeping 8. We just had 6 but didn’t need the pull out bed under the bunks or the couch pull out. Kitchen was OK, could use a new stovetop and better non-stick pans for breakfast cooking. Loved the shuttle service to the mountain. Loved the hot tub but it was broken 1 of our 3 nights. Would go back again because it was affordable.

Good

We had a very nice stay, it was very clean. But the oven didn’t work the best. The faucets all leaked and two doors are really banged up. Overall we had a very nice and comfortable stay. The pool is also amazing.
