Great Family home bekvämt beläget i hjärtat av Summit County, bara några minuter från skidåkning, shopping och underhållning i världsklass.

5 sovrum, 3 badrum med spelrum, badtunna (nytt i juni 2017) och gasgrill på däck, och ett garage med två bilar. Gott om plats för ytterligare bilar / släpvagnar i stor uppfart. Sover 10-12 i sängar utan att bryta in i bostadsyta. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i lerrum med 4-skidsko / handsktork. Gratis Wi-Fi finns tillgängligt. En 55 "Roku-TV installerades i vardagsrummet i december 2018 och en 49" Roku-TV monterades i spelrummet. Båda TV: erna möjliggör strömning av hundratals filmer och program samt användning av någon av dina egna programmering via webbplatser som Netflix och Amazon Prime Video. Great location and amenities

We had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful property. It was a great layout and size for our two families (4 adults and 5 kids). The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook in, and the amenities like the hot tub and game room were a nice treat. Also very prompt and thorough communications from the property owners. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great Ski House

This place was awesome for our family ski vacation. It was affordable and big to fit all of our guest. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again.

Great Place

The house was just what we needed for our two families to enjoy skiing. The main floor/kitchen worked out perfect for adults visiting while the kids played air hockey downstairs. We will definitely be back.

Great house for a large family or group of friends

Wonderful experience! Lots of room to spread at 3 house levels. Easy and fast communication with property manager Joe. Would be planning to go there again next winter.

Great home and host

Joe was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The house was big enough for our group of 8 with plenty of extra room. The driveway was also big enough to fit three large trucks with very minimal shuffling of vehicles. The house was well stocked and clean. We have no complaints about our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Great Family Christmas Vacation

We had a large family stay here. The location is great. Had plenty of space for our family. The three story nature of the home made it easy for all of us to hang but still be able to separate kids from adults at times. The hot tub was great. Excellent communication. Would love to come back.

Joe’s house fit our family’s needs perfectly. We had plenty of space and It was nice pulling vehicles into the garage. The kitchen was fully equipped thankfully because we cooked two meals a day in it. Thanks Joe!!!

2023 Family Ski Trip

Great house for a family with kids. Plenty of room to spread out. Great hot tub after a long day on the slopes. Very responsive owners ready to answer any/all questions. One suggestion - the house could use some more towels based on the number of people staying there and also using the hot tub.

Amazing place - great location, perfectly appointed

We had such an amazing stay. We had 10 adults and three kids and the house filled everyone comfortably. Joe is the house manager and he was incredibly responsive and communicative. Bring your suits for the hot tub and bring food for the grill. The basement was perfect for young adults with foosball, air hockey and games. We will definitely be renting again - the location in Dillon is absolutely perfect!

Great for our big Ski Trip!

The house was fantastic for our ski trip. It fit our entire party with plenty of rooms and beds. The location is close to keystone and not too far away from Breckenridge or the other resorts. The only downside is the WiFi barely works, so if you need to get work done or want to watch Netflix you may be out of luck. Otherwise a great place. Joe was also very helpful and a great host in making sure our stay was comfortable! Would highly recommend this place.

Colorado mountain trip

The place was big enough to accommodate us. We enjoyed our stay. We did have ants on the deck and the grill which required us to get some spray and take care of that. The weeds were growing up from under the porch through the boards on the deck- should of been taken care of and the lawn wasn’t mowed even though in the bio it said mowed weekly. First impression not so good. Not enough toilet paper so had to run to store. Window screens torn so if you opened the windows flying ants came in.

Our home is owned by my spouse (Tina), her mother (Wanda) and two of my spouse's sisters. The home has been a family meeting place for many years and everyone enjoys the mountain views and skiing in particular.

Tina and I have managed the home ever since it was listed with VRBO in 2008. We enjoy sharing the home with others who are drawn to the mountains and all of the outdoor activities available there.

Location, location, location!!!!!

The home is only two miles away from the nearest chair lift (Keystone) and a very short drive to Arapahoe Basin and Breckenridge ski areas. Copper Mountain is just 15 minutes away and Vail/Beaver Creek is a 30 minute drive on I-70.

While it is not ski in / ski out, the house is centrally located making access to skiing, hiking, boating, golfing, biking, etc.... only minutes away.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The view of Buffalo Mountain from the deck and hot tub are fantastic. If you're lucky you'll be there when the sun sets giving you the view like the picture on this website. It looks even better in person!

The home is spacious and comfortable as well as well insulated and warm. We've been in the mountains when it was -25 below with 90 MPH winds and watched the weather from a very comfy living room picture window.

Finally, the home is very conveniently located to allow for access to several different ski resorts. This isn't the place for people that are looking for ski in/ski out, but if you don't mind driving 5-10 minutes to ski, you can have your pick of several world class ski areas.
