Perfect house in perfect location!

We rented the house for a bachelorette party...the backyard area is a dream! You'll never want to leave, but when you do, all the fun activities in Scottsdale are only a quick ride away!

Easy access location

This property was in a great location with easy access to Tempe town beach for the Ironman race. Plenty of room for everyone!

Outstanding Get-Away

Wow! What a wonderful experience. This was a first for the four of us (staying in a private home rather than hotels) and I can't imagine anywhere else that could have matched the comfort of this home. From floor plan to furnishings to the extras (billiard table and BBQ), this place has it all. The home is well maintained, clean and comfortable. If I had to highlight one negative it would have to be the rain-shower head in the Master Bathroom, but that's a personal preference not a complaint. We are making plans to return to Scottsdale next year and hopefully to this specific rental. Thanks so much Jake and Tami for a hassle-free vacation stay; we'll see you next year. Home away from home!

We loved our stay! Great location and easy to get to places. Spent most of our time by the pool when we were at the house. House was perfect for our family of 5!

Nice layout

This place had plenty of room for us. Unfortunately the weather was too cold to enjoy the pool and outside area. I would say that the pool needs a new cover though. Other than that I would recommend staying here.

Great house close to downtown and a very accommodating host.

Beautiful house. Our stay here was perfect and located very close to downtown and spring training baseball. Jake and Tami were very accommodating hosts and communication was excellent!! Thank you very much. We will definitely be back !

Beautiful home, great location, perfect for groups!

This house exceeded my expectations! The size, layout and decor are better than pictured. It was perfect for our group of 11. We all slept comfortably and there was plenty of space to enjoy together. There was enough seating for everyone both inside and outside, so no one felt crammed or left out. The house was well stocked with everything we needed from floaties to pool towels, shower towels and kitchen utensils. Location is also great, we took uber/Lyft to Old Town numerous times, costing only about $6 one way. If you need to restock the fridge there is also a convenience store within walking distance with plenty of beer, wine and snacks, and a Frys grocery store just a bit farther down the street. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Born and raised in Minnesota, we moved to Denver, Colorado in 2002. We love travelling as a family with our two sons.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We took a trip to the Grand Canyon in 2016 with our kids and went to the Colorado Rockies Spring Training in Scottsdale and fell in love with the city. We knew we wanted to have a place here! Once we found this house we decided to make it a home away from home for our guests!

We love the location -- it's close to golf (the Phoenix Open @ TPS Scottsdale is just up the road), it's close to the nightlife, restaurants and shopping of Old Town Scottsdale, and it's close to the MLB Cactus League facilities (Cubs, Giants, Rangers, Mariners, Dodgers, Rockies, Diamondbacks and more). This place has it all!
