Denna nyligen omvecklade två berättelser 3Bed / 2. 5 Bath radhus är 1750 kvadratmeter (största i komplex) med stor privat uteplats med gasgrill. Mindre än 2 mil till både Giants Spring Training Park och Salt River Fields hem till Diamondback och Colorado Rockies. Gamla stan ligger mindre än 2 miles från Gamla stan Scottsdale (med konstgallerier, förstklassiga restauranger, museer och nattklubbar). Vår enhet är en fantastisk plats att bara koppla av och umgås eller trevligt beläget för så många roliga aktiviteter i närheten. Böcker och spel finns också tillgängliga. Gratis höghastighets WIFI Internet. Matbordplatser 6. Stora köksöar 3. Det stora centrala köket rinner ut genom franska dörrar till den privata uteplatsen med matbord för 6 och 4 barstolar och gasgrill.

Wonderful location and very accommodating owners.

Our grandson loved the patio and the pool! We liked all the thoughtful amenities to make our stay very pleasurable. The location for our needs was very accessible. Steve came to fix the garbage disposal. Which was the only thing that needed fixing. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice place

I believe the development is a little older, but the unit is all remodeled, clean and fresh. Very nice kitchen and very well stocked. I like having the convenience of K cups for coffee, and this place supplied everything you needed for that. Enjoyed the back patio, spent some time sitting by the pool. A little chilly out didn’t get in the water plus it’s not heated. Short walk to a very nice park. Very easy access.. we all enjoyed her stay there!

Stay in Scottsdale

Enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale. My wife and I met some friends to stay a few days. Both couples had a slightly difficult time finding the property (you can't use GPS, and we are not from the area, although after reviewing Steve's instructions a few times, we made it there). Location near Chaparral park and Fashion Square was excellent. Interior of townhouse was nicely done. Kitchen was well supplied. Sofa cushions and bathroom rugs could certainly use an update, as could the mattresses and pillows (not the most comfortable). Shopping and restaurants close by. Overall a nice stay!

Guys’ Golf Trip

Used this property for a guys’ golf trip. Great space, and great central location—not far from airport, and location just off 101 provides convenient access to get to a lot of golf course options.

Enjoyable long weekend

We came here for an extended weekend to visit our son who attends ASU. The location was convenient to the airport, old town Scottsdale and ASU. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and updated. We had plenty of room to hang out. The beds were too soft for our taste but everything was clean. Steve and Sarah were very helpful and responsive!

Get together with friends

We had a 3 night get together with 3 HS friends . Steve’s place is just as advertised - great floor plan, location, clean, easy to find. Communication was easy and timely. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Best VRBO yet

This was the perfect VRBO for our family of 4 plus my sister. The place has all sorts of unexpected amenities from great streaming options on big flatscreens to board games, and more cooking equipments than anything e could ever ask for. The beds were comfy, the appliances were modern, and most importantly, the host was very helpful and responsive to any and all questions. We will definitely be back!!!

Absolutely Stunning

I highly recommend this beautiful condo. Everything was exactly as listed and in a perfect location for Grand Canyon University graduates and their families to stay. We do feel a little guilty about drinking so much coffee though lol. Thank you for helping this graduate live a once in a lifetime experience in such a beautiful place.

Girls Weekend

Fantastic rental, the perfect place for our girls weekend! Great communication from the owner and the property was wonderful for the three of us. We enjoyed our time there, especially the back patio and pool.
