Lovely stay

We appreciated the location and the cleanliness of this home. Kitchen and bathrooms were so well equipped. It was as if we were in our own home. Sitting out on the deck listening to birds was delightful.

Spacious and well equipped!

The home is very roomy and had 'everything' you could possibly need! The view of the pond is an extra plus and neighborhood quiet and felt safe. Owner was personable and we enjoyed our time there!

Home sweet home

We felt right at home the moment we walked into the house. The house is very clean and tatesfully decorated and located in a nice neighborhood. My grandson loved going to Mayflower beach. I was plesently surprised that pickleball courts are close by.

Lovely Time in Dennis

We had a lovely visit to Dennis and this home was a great spot to visit all of our favorite Cape Cod places and people. We also hosted a small family gathering in the house taking advantage of the pleasant living room and deck. Mornings were quiet and it was a pleasure to sit outside and read in the early morning overlooking the pond. All of the amenities were easy to use and communications were clear and simple.

Perfect family stay!

Outstanding location and home for our family to gather from across the country, including a 1 year old. The deck is beautiful and the outside shower is just perfect. We rested well, and enjoyed each other and Cape Cod. I also appreciate property manager helping with a last minute request..... Great walking neighborhood with a stroller, too!

Enjoyable stay

The house is in a lovely neighborhood, and the pond view really makes the backyard. There's plenty of space for everyone, and the house is very well-equipped in terms of beach equipment, kitchen supplies, towels etc. Kathy was wonderful to work with and responded immediately when we raised any questions. All in all, we highly recommend this property.

Waterview

This was a great vacation! The house was clean, perfect size and has a great location. Having the beach so close was one of the best perks of this house. Having the pond in the backyard doesn’t hurt either! Hope to rent again!

Spacious, well equipped house perfect for a family vacation

We had the best time at Kathy's home. The location was close to the beaches and nearby restaurants, the deck was perfect for hanging out at night and the house had everything we could have needed. There was plenty of space- much bigger than the usual Cape house. Kathy was always super responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Super Cute Unique House

The house was perfect for our needs with essentially two upstairs areas that were seperated... it was great for us. I was able to stay in arms reach of my two small children while the remainder of the adults were away from any noise throughout the night. The outdoor shower was fantastic (with great water pressure) and the backyard deck/view was beautiful. Less than 5 minute drive to Sea Street/Cold Storage beaches... all in all it was a great week.

My family of four just stayed for the week and the house was perfect! Very clean and organized. Lots of room, and a nice quiet location. If you’re looking for a great house in Dennis, look no further! What a great vacation!

Cape Cod rental

Perfect location. Our family enjoyed the deck overlooking the pond. So beautifully decorated. The home was so clean and fresh even though we rented at the end of the summer season. We wish it was our summer home on Cape Cod.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Our family of 5 adults and 2 children had plenty of room. The house was very well-provisioned. The outdoor shower was a great help for rinsing away the salt of the lovely Dennis beaches. We purchased the linen service which was well worth it. The house was very clean. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Our large extended family has been coming to Cape Cod since the early 70's. Dennis is a very special place to us. Its where we gather and connect as a family. We hope you enjoy the Cape and all that Dennis has to offer as much as we do .
