Well-Appointed Seclusion

We booked this vacation off season so unfortunately, we were not able to partake in all the house and area have to offer. Having said that, the home is well appointed and has anything you should need to keep a whole family busy for a cold winter or rainy summer day. Though it is in a quiet, out of the way part of town it is well situated for the beaches, highway and shopping. This home is the one I will choose to come back too - especially in the summer!David & Carolyn

Thoughtful rental with great amenities

This location was fantastic! The house was fully stocked with all the equipment needed for a fantastic cape weekend with thoughtful touches such as the lobster pot and various beach toys. We also found ourselves nearby everything as we were central cape and the house served as a great base camp. Highly recommend for any families or adult groups looking to spend a perfect cape weekend! We even locked ourselves out briefly and Laura was quick to deploy a solution.

Comfortable home

The house was very clean, supplied with all kitchen pots paper towels, dish towels, pans and private back yard for meals. It was very easy to use the sheets and towels supplied and just put in a bag for the owner to clean when leaving. Also, well supplied 2 recycle containers and no need to move the garbage/recycle bins for pick up. Nauset beach is great for adults and there is no traffic to get to the beach and plenty of parking. I wish the upstairs tv was a smart tv.

Clean, bright, comfortable

We were a party of six with two little ones. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen had everything you need. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of towels. Great outdoor shower. Close to shopping and beaches. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect house for family/friends

This was a great stay and had all the amenities needed for an extended weekend fishing trip! Kids loved the basement. Very clean! Will stay again and we would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Harwich or surrounding cape!

Long weekend trip

We traveled to the house for an out of town wedding and were perfectly comfortable in the house. Laura was very easy to communicate with and let us know if we needed anything that we could reach out. The house was very clean and had everything (and more!) than we needed. Close to shops, places to eat, gas station, and major roadways. We very much enjoyed our time spent at the cape!

Large Group Trip for a Wedding

My wife and I stayed at this property with her parents, sister, and friend for a Cape Cod wedding weekend. The house was conveniently located. It was spacious and we enjoyed the decor. The hosts were very responsive when questions came up. There were ample supplies in the kitchen and we enjoyed sitting on the deck with our morning coffee. The basement was also a good time - we played board games at the bar and played many rounds of ping pong. The neighborhood was quiet and it was very close to a pharmacy and grocery store. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly!

House was even better than the pictures show. House was spotless, kitchen was very well stocked, loved the lobster trays! Finished basement was fantastic. Laura was a real pleasure, responded quickly and made sure if Hurricane Lee 🌀 gave us any problems she would be on top of things. Thank-You again for a great stay!

Celebrating 65th Birthday with Maine Girl Friends

All 6 of us girls had a wonderful time. This house was perfect for us. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck. The downstairs entertainment room was amazing!! It had a large screen TV and a huge bar! We watched the opening Patriots game and it was perfect. There is a large outdoor shower that some of the girls used every day. They loved it! Everything that is mentioned in the description of this house is absolutely true. You will not be disappointed. We had a few questions and the owners answered us immediately. They were always very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely rent again. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience!

We spent a week here (2 adults, 4yo, and 1yo) looking for a low key, comfortable, beach vacation and we got it! Laura was an excellent communicator and the property is just as advertised (or better). It had everything we needed as a family of 4 (kids are 4 and 1) - one of the best appointed homes we've stayed in. A 10 min drive to several excellent beaches and area restaurants. A quiet neighborhood and nice backyard for the kids to play in. Especially loved the beach stuff and toys that were included. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook most nights. A/C units were fully operational. Bunk beds had safety rails, and the room had enough books and games to delight our kid for the week. Downstairs TV and game room was an added bonus as a place to hang out and not wake up sleeping kids! A perfect place for a family with young kids. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again next year!

WONDERFUL

My husband, 2 sons and I stayed at this wonderful home in Harwich for the 3rd time this summer. We have been spending 1 week each summer on Cape Cod for the past 8 years, switching VRBO's almost every year, until we found this one. Since finding this home 3 years ago, we have not wanted to stay anywhere else! The best part of this home is the game room and the theater room in the basement! As a family with 2 boys, this has provided us with hours of fun family time and in home entertainment for the boys which has been amazing. This home is also the perfect location on the Cape, it is always very clean and my kids loved the new comfy couches in the living room. I 100% recommend this VRBO!

Great location and great for families!

The location of this house is centrally located and a short drive to all of the great places Cape Cod has to offer. It’s close to beaches, Chatham, Harwich, Orleans the National Seashore, route 28 for mini golf and go carts, and grocery store down the street. The house has a ton of space with the finished basement which also has a game room. Visiting from California it was great to have the shed full of beach toys, bikes, boogie boards, and more! Will definitely stay here again!

Spacious and clean with amenities and location

We had a relaxing time at the house. Lots of games to play, bikes to ride and comfortable couches to sit on. The game room and media/bar area were great add ons to the spacious 1st floor. The house was spotless upon arrival. Location is very close to the water and Chatham. Outdoor shower was working great. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Great home and great location!

Great 3 BR house in a very central location on Cape Cod. House was equipped with tons of kitchen needs as well as outdoor games, bikes, beach needs, etc. Basement was huge, including game room and large tv room. The owner Laura was very helpful and even was able to allow check-in several hours earlier than expected. Great house and would recommend for anyone!

Vacation time!

House was clean, conveniently relocated and neighborhood was quiet. Owners were responsive and accommodating. Little ones loved bunk beds. I would recommend putting slip resistant strips in tub as it was very slippery when wet. We enjoyed our stay there very much.
