Stor nyligen renoverad Gulf side Studio för en singel eller par sover 2 personer och nya för VRBO familj. Jag har tre platser alla på samma innergård. Du kan hyra alla 3 och kommer att sova 5 par. Queen size-säng med komplett kök. Också badrum med badkar / dusch combo. Har ett trevligt däck med bord och stolar för att njuta av utsidan. En kort 2 minuters promenad till Mexikanska golfen eller bukten Pensacola Beach. Vi är på Gulfside 3 miles från avgiftsboden på huvudvägen 1690 Via De Luna Dr. Titta på min andra VRBO-lista ID # 363105 och 788937

We had a wonderful stay in this studio. We loved the short walk to the beach. The studio is in the perfect location. Everything was so clean. Vinny is awesome to work with!

Relaxing get away for any couple.

Unit was clean and well maintained. Short walk to the beach and easy drive or bus ride to downtown with anything you may need. Will be back.

Great location and just enough space

We stayed for a long weekend to take an offshore fishing trip. The unit was just enough space for two of us to comfortably rest our heads at night. And it was a closer walk to the beach! Thanks so much!

Solo trip to the beach

Check in was easy and Vinny was really nice. He checked to make sure I got in ok and let me know he was available if I needed anything. The rental was just as it appeared in the photos and very clean. As a woman traveling by herself I felt safe at this location and would stay here again.

Nice location, room had everything we needed, was clean, could have used a small table next to the bathroom sink, and the shower curtain touches you while you shower but other than that it was perfect.

Perfect place for a couple. Close to the beach.

We had an amazing weekend. 21st anniversary. We live local and needed peace and quiet. This place was perfect. Only cons was the view and no cooktop. Didn't bother us a bit but might be a problem if we were staying longer. Recommend a hot plate. Thank you Vincent.

Mother/Daughter Getaway

The studio was perfect for a mother/daughter weekend getaway. The beach chairs/umbrella and beach towels was perfect There was a cooler and other beach supplies that we did not use, but good to have. The only thing I would suggest is that there be hooks to hang the bath towels on. Vinny & his son, Aaron were tentative and a pleasure to work with.

PERFECT LOCATION AND CLEAN RENTAL

I couldn’t be happier with my stay at the studio! Vinny was an excellent host and was very attentive to our needs. He greeted us as we checked in and gave excellent recommendations for food and fun. The studio itself is perfect for two looking for a clean nook. Although the studio isn’t huge, the size is just enough to accommodate two people well! It did not feel like we were crowded at all. The location is by far the most appealing of this. The studio is a quick 2-3 min walk to the gulf side beach and the beach is AMAZING! It felt like we had the beach to ourselves at times. The sand is white and the water is crystal clear. Vinny provided chairs and an umbrella, which made our beach days very relaxing. The studio is located about 3 miles away from tons of great restaurants, shops, and putt putt golf! There is also an awesome trail that runs down the street to accommodate bikes and running. We enjoyed a run every morning down this long trail! A trolley also runs down street transporting people to and from the strip! We would recommend anybody looking for a beautiful beach getaway for two, to rent from Vinny at the studio! Just what we needed and we will definitely return!!!

perfect getaway for two!

this place was absolutely wonderful and we had an amazing time! it was in a great location not too far from all the restaurants and entertainment in Pensacola. the closest beach access was also not very busy and had a beautiful sunset! the listing also had a very good air conditioner close to the bed which was awesome and it always smelled so so good in there. would definitely recommend to a couple looking for a nice place to stay in pensacola:) thanks so much for letting us stay Vinny!

Quiet location.

We enjoyed our stay at Vincent's place. He was very helpful. The studio was very close to the beach and it was an easy walk. Only suggestion for Vincent would be to add darkening shades for front window as the neighbors motion light shines directly in. Would definitely recommend for couples.

It is a fair place for a couple, a romantic outing, anniversary.

The location is excellent, there is a lot of activity nearby, the area of the house is very quiet, and the beach is relatively close. The property is very clean, and the barbecue area is cozy. Just what my husband and I needed to celebrate our anniversary.

Perfect Getaway for a Couple

The property is just as listed. It is the perfect sized studio for two people to enjoy. I appreciated the host for supplying a cooler, two beach chairs, and an umbrella for guests. The check in process was very easy, and we had no issues during our stay. The walk to the beach is just about 2 minutes with perfect beach access away from the crowded condo areas. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.
