Nice Family Stay

These condos are very nice with the pier, the pond with ducks and turtles, pool that was never crowded, beach area, grilling area, so much available for us to do there outside the condo. There was a little work being done on the condos but it didn’t really bother us. We will definitely look at coming back here!

Staying with a baby

This was overall a great property. Check in was super easy. The property matched the listing and had great views. I do wish there was a listing of suggested packing items you may not think of (ie handsoap, paper towels, etc) but it's not a huge deal. I knocked off a star for the cleanliness. The floors had clearly not been vaccuumed before we got there. We probably wouldn't have noticed, but we have baby who's crawling all over the place and had to pull dirt and crumbs out of her hands several times, even after we had just arrived.

Anniversary trip

We had such an amazing trip, the condo we stayed at was perfect for what we wanted. Very clean, and great location. Our favorite part was waking up every morning and enjoying coffee on the balcony.

Loved it!

It may have been the time of year we stayed, but the complex was not busy at all!! It was such a cute and quiet complex! This unit is on the 2nd floor on the end! You have a great view of the bay and the beautiful pond in the middle. You also are a very short walk across the street to the gulf beach! May have been because it was early April, but it was basically a private beach. Maybe 2-4 other family’s on the beach with us at a time. We were able to find all kinds of shells and not worry about the kids bothering others! I definitely hope to return to this condo!

Great Location!

Location is great because you can easily walk to the Beach. Beach is not crowded at this end of the island so you are not dealing with Spring Breakers. Peg Leg Pete's is in walking distance too. Great food!Condo is nice. It is on the second floor and there are no elevators though. Parking is covered so that was very nice. Recommend locking the screen door when you are in the condo since maintenance has a key and they tried to open the door 2 days in a row. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed the condo. We have stayed in this complex about 3 or 4 times now so obviously we like the location and condos there.

Definitely needs work!

The furniture was horrible, the dryer didn’t work, not enough towels and dirty linen was left in the bathroom.

I came to spend my birthday with my son. There was plenty of room for us both. I really appreciated having the covered parking. There was a good supply of towels, TP and other necessities. The recent upgrades were nice. Thank you!

Quiet but close Pensacola Beach stay!

Convenient walk across the road to beach, quiet beach in February. If you have chair, umbrellas, coolers the drive and parking are super close and easy. Great view from the sound side deck. Owner is super nice to work with and very responsive to questions. Check in and out was simple. Enjoyable walk to Peg Leg Pete's.

Historic

Over 9 inches of snow on Tuesday January 20th. Amazing to see everything shut done until Thursday afternoon. Condo was great, 5 minute walk to beach, 10 minute walk to Peg Leg Pete's-awesome place. Island is beautiful, everyone friendly.

Blue Angel weekend

I love to sit on the dock and fish and this place was perfect. Very very nice view and close to everything. 33 stairs gave us all a workout but they were worth it.

We had a wonderful view of the cove and a 5 minute walk to the beach on the gulf side. The condo was so close to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping but away from the bustle and quiet. Highly recommend this cute, well stocked condo.

The way short-term rentals should work!

My wife and I were returning to our hometown for a high school reunion, so we decided to stay on the beach. We had paid our deposit and final payment with no issues. A few days before our stay someone called to say that she had just been informed there was going to be some construction on our building. Apparently, there had been a tornado a while back and the construction crews had been scheduled to do the remediation (all exterior, primarily involving the deck railing) during our stay. She was very apologetic and gave us a few options to potentially resolve the issue...including allowing us to come at a later date at a significant discount. Given that we didn't have flexibility on the date, she volunteered to refund a portion of our total cost. The proactive nature of her actions was very refreshing. I have had stays in the past where these types of issues would have only been addressed if we complained, and then there might have been a begrudging offer to provide a small compensation. There was a real concern shown to ensure he had a pleasant experience by addressing the issue head on with very reasonable proposed resolutions. The property was typical in cleanliness and provided accommodations. We would definitely rent this property again!

Perfect spot for our family of 4

We really enjoyed our stay. The inside is cozy and clean. My son loved fishing from the little dock and my daughter loved feeding the ducks! The only thing I wish was added was heavy curtains in the main bedroom windows. The door to the balcony had curtains but the windows only had thin shades. It lets a lot of light in at night because of the lights that stay on outside the complex. Other than that, it was perfect.

Enjoyed our stay at Baywatch. There was still some damage to both condo and the whole baywatch location from past hurricane(last year-these things take time). All pretty much cosmetic so didn't affect our stay. Beautiful place on the bay and close to the gulf. Views of both! We did have issues with keypad on door. Host, although not super quick to respond, did get back with me to assist with this issue. I suggest taking pics of emergency numbers upon arrival as I didn't think to and numbers I needed were unfortunately locked inside. I contacted host through booking site so that could've been part of the late reply. We made it work. Property was close to Pegleg Pete's (definitely give it a try) and other activities were only a short drive. Would stay again and would definitely recommend to others wanting to stay in the area. Thanks for a great location to enjoy our family vacation!

I chose this condo because of it's driving distance from my home and how friendly all the people were. The white sands of one of the greatest beaches are a plus.
