Detta hem vid havet på den södra änden av Pawleys Island har sex sovrum och fem badrum. Detta är det första huset på södra änden som fronterar både havet och bäcken. Nedervåningen har färsk färg, nya vardagsrumsmöbler, ett öppet kök och matplats och gott om utsikt över havet. Sängkläder boende är en kung, fyra drottningar, tre singlar, en spjäll (singel). Alla drottningar är på första våningen. Den andra våningen har ett sovrum med tre singlar och det sista sovrummet har en dagssäng med spjäll. Family fun

Loved this beach house! Had everything we needed. Enough room to spread out yet gathering spaces for family time. Rental company was very prompt to respond when we asked a question or 2. Had a great time!

A Week at Hiller Villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Good separation of bedrooms, with 4 bedrooms having an en suite. Hiller Villa is a decent rental, with views. The sixth bedroom is actually a very small dormer room. The house is showing its age and could use a deep clean and repairs. The kitchen drawer interiors were dirty and we had to clean mildew on the faucets and the toilets and tubs were in need of replacement. None of the bathrooms were safe for people with mobility issues, in need of grab bars, at the very least. Total replacement would be better. The living room is very dark and the sofa is so deep that it was very difficult to get out of. It was not meant for anyone under 6 feet tall. We hope the owners will consider making updates and giving the house some TLC . Hiller Villa could be a 5 star rental.

Loved the location

This was a great house for families!! The location was good! Plenty of space for our kids and grandkids! Washer and dryer were such a help. The only thing I was disappointed with was I thought the house came with creek access and a dock and it did not. The view online made it seem like it had a dock but the dock online was not for this house. Otherwise this was a great vacation house!!!

Great Layout!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Hiller Villa! It was the perfect layout for four adult couples and five small children. It is a major perk for each of the downstairs bedrooms to have their own bathroom. My only suggestion would be to keep upgrading each bedroom from a queen to a king. It would be amazing for all couples to have a king. We truly loved it all and will be back!!

We loved the layout of the house and the proximity to the beach. The few repairs that were needed were taken care of very promptly and easily. There is nothing luxurious here, but the location is perfect and the house is roomy, yet cozy. Beds are comfy, as is most everything. Tidelife Vacation Rentals is the best to work with. Whatever it is, whatever you need, they are on top of it. Highly recommend.

Great beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are snow birds so we stayed at Hiller Villa for 3 months over the winter. It is amazing to wake up to the sound and sight of the ocean. This house is perfect for us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom making it easy for our family to come and visit. The house is a typical beach house, dated but very comfortable. Being here has made us fall in love with Pawleys Island. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful View

We were disappointed that there was no grill and the stove and oven were not in good shape. The stairs outside need work, and many small inside things need work—door knobs, light fixtures, etc. The house and screened-in porch need attention. The view was perfect, but the chairs could have been in better shape.

The family room is suited for plenty of people, and the couch is the best! The back screened in porch is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon drinks! The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable and have plenty of closet space. Enjoyed all the family pictures and the framed history of the house. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 5th year to stay at Hiller Villa and we have enjoyed each year here. Pawleys is a special place for our family and this rental property is perfect for our needs. A very comfortable home, beautiful but not too fancy-in my opinion a beach house should not be so fancy that a person can’t relax- but has all the amenities we are looking for. Thank you for adding more rocking chairs this year. Rocking is an important part of our vacation! We hope to stay here for the indefinite future. The upstairs is great for children and they like having their own space. So do their parents and grandparents!
