Titta på en soluppgång som bara Gud kunde måla från den stora däck med utsikt över Atlanten. Fyll dina dagar gör stora minnen beskjutning, leker i havet, bygga sandslott, cykling, paddling eller slang ner i bäcken. Huset är familjeägt. Det är enkel i sin inredning, men bekväma .... i själva verket många av samma familjer har hyra denna stuga i över 20 år! Det har tre sovrum (med vardera en drottning säng) med ett badrum mellan de första två sovrum och en 1/2 bad bifogas sovrummet på Oceanside.

Our Favorite House

This was our 4th year staying here and we love it. We love the house and the location. House is fully stocked with all you need and there is nothing better than sitting on the screen porch watching the waves. The owners have always responded quickly. We will be staying here again next year and I already can't wait!

A Peaceful Retreat

Our family of 4, including young teen boys, spent a week for spring break, and we couldn’t have asked for a better week. The house was exceptionally clean, luxurious linens, comfortable living space, and the most well-supplied kitchen of any rental we’ve ever stayed in. Having creek and beach access was great, since the weather was a little cooler this time of year. My son and I caught our PB flounders (17” & 19.5”) from the creek dock, and we caught a ton of whiting surf fishing. It was a wonderful week, and we will definitely return.

Perfect Pawleys beach house!

This beach cottage is not fancy but it is perfect. Beachfront and creekfront, it has everything. Couldn't have picked a better place.

Our Happy Place

We love The Wiggins Beach House! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Wonderful beach to look for shells and shark teeth. Great for our yearly family get together! Perfect location to just go and relax for a week!

Location location location

It’s a lovely place to be right on the water and across the street from the creek. It’s nice to be so close to the south end beach. The porches are great for sunrise and sunset.

Wiggins beach house

Met all needs but one. No washer and dryer. We have stayed in 6 other houses and all had w/d. Cell phone service was virtually non-existent. But other than that the house was comfortable, clean and what we wanted in a beach house.

Another great stay!

We rented this wonderful little beach house for the second year in a row, and it was great! Super clean, all the basics you need. Be advised that towels and linens aren’t provided, as stated in the contract. Loved our stay, it’s like having your own private beach!

What views!

Fourth house from the end of the island/world! Beach/Ocean out front and River/Fishing dock out back. House and owners are great. Peaceful and relaxing in February. Plenty town restaurants 15 minutes away but we especially liked JPeters 25 minutes at Murrells Inlet.

This was our fourth year at this property. The new dishes, cups, glasses were much appreciated as were the new rockers on the porch. The grandchildren enjoyed fishing off the dock where they caught their first fishes four years ago. Beautiful sunrises, full moon rises, and family walks on the beach made this another great week at Pawleys Island.

Perfect Stay

Oh my! This place could not have been more perfect for us to take our aging parents to the beach! It’s so close to the water they had no problem getting to the beach, taking walks and dipping their toes in the water. Loved the rocking chairs. Daddy hasn’t been able to fish in years and the dock on the creek was perfect even with benches! We loved it. Close to town and convenient. We coming back next year for sure!

Wonderful week!

Perfect location and very comfortable home. Out the front door to the creek dock where we caught flounder upon flounder, and trout. Out the back door for a perfect beach experience. Could not have asked for a better or more attentive homeowner. Had an issue with the air conditioner one day and she had someone there to make repairs within just a few hours. It is clear this homeowner is well respected in the community by the high praise from the repairmen. Thanks, Grace for sharing your lovely home with us for the week. We hope to come back soon.

Alton and Betty Wiggins, Ruth and Grace

Mr. Wiggins built the beach house in the mid 70’s and did most of the construction himself. He was able to create the perfect cottage at the perfect location.

Ruth and Grace are the Wiggins daughters who have helped Mr. and Mrs. Wiggins with all of the details of renting and maintaining the property.

Jim Brock, Grace’s husband, is one of the sons-in-law and is available to answer questions. Randy Reames, Ruth’s husband, fills in where he is needed.
