Buena Vista är en nybyggd exklusiv bergsstuga som ligger uppe på en privat ås nära Banner Elk. Kabinen erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över hela året från de många utomhusdäcken och har bekvämligheter för att hålla hela familjen underhållen.

Detta hem har en öppen planlösning, trägolv, tung- och spårtak och ett uppdaterat kök med egna stycken. Matplatsen kan plats för upp till 8 personer med sittplatser på centrala ön för ytterligare 2. Gästerna kan njuta av en otrolig utsikt från vardagsrummet genom väggens fönster. I vardagsrummet finns också en gaspanna, monterad HDTV och TEAC Sound System.

Venture nere till det stora spelrummet och filmområdet med skiffer poolbord, spel och underhållningssystem. De nedre sovrummen har också HDTV och en Nintendo Wii.

Marken kring Buena Vista är uppskattad med markerade och omärkta vandrings- och vandringsleder och den 15 hektar stora egendomen är din att utforska. Även om du kanske känner dig avlägsen, är Banner Elk bara 4 miles från stugan, och Boone är mindre än en halvtimme bort! Både Sugar Mountain och Beech Mountain ligger båda inom 10 miles. Grandfather Mountain och Linville Falls ligger också i närheten.

Family Vacation

Beautiful property. Needs better housekeeper -- the management company was quick to respond to our needs. Recommend property owner update the games and electronics in the home. Also, recommend a better system for rubbish if bear encounters are in the area. Other than that, we had a fabulous time and do recommend to others.

Family Trip

This house was in a great location and the layout was perfect for 5 adults and 4 children. The downstairs gave a place for the kids to hang out and the pool table was great to pass the time. There were a few snags to our stay but property management was very responsive. Overall great place to stay.

Amazing views from any window of the house. So nice and spacious for all our family. Close to all the shopping with in a hour or so drive

Very dirty

Coffee left in coffee maker, floors were very dirty, dirty dishes left in dishwasher, trash around perimeter of property and under beds, couches etc… food wrappers, dust bunnies and other misc items that hadn’t been picked up in awhile. Property would have been okay if it was properly taken care of. Neighborhood wasn’t very nice. No yard for kids or animals to play in.

Wish it had a few more upgrades…

The cabin has a lot of high-end touches but needs a touch-up. One couch has a hole in it and needs replacing, the kitchen is greatly under stocked on pots, pans, storage containers and cooking utensils (good ones). We own a beach rental property and understand how the property is depleted as the season progresses, so I would suggest the owners visit mid-season and replenish the stock. Also, it snowed and when we called the number given for property management to ask about having the road scraped, no one knew who to contact to get this done. We received no answer back from them as promised either. Also, the hot tub is not hot enough; and the soaker tub inside—the hot water heater will not fill it even one- third full. Cabin has a great view and location is excellent in that it is centrally located to many ski areas and restaurants. Overall, we had a good time, but I would choose a different cabin next time.

Great House close to downtown Banner Elk

The house is so beautiful. Everything was nice and clean. Our family of 12 had a wonderful time. The house is roomy. Stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this house to everyone.

Only issue was there is an alarm that went off on Monday and Wednesday nights at 9. Sounded like the noise that goes off when you lock the front door. It would be good to know what that is. Otherwise, it was fabulously beautiful and private.

Nice place as advertised. Carpet under table needs to be tacked down as it is a trip hazard. Also check batteries in TV remotes. Otherwise very nice.

The Best Mountain Vacation!

The house is perfect in every way. The view is better than I could ever explain. The house has everything my wife and I needed for a very relaxing week. We were able to forget about normal life for a change. All the amenities are wonderful. We took enough food for the week and never left the house. There are instruction books for everything such as TV operation, hot tub operation, fireplace, etc. This was awesome and made it so easy. I have no negatives for this property. We are already going to book for later this year and again next year.

Incredible Views

This spectacular cabin had incredible views in a private secluded setting. We hosted a Memorial Day family and birthday celebration and it was perfect! Communication with the rental company was great. Kitchen fully stocked, very clean, hot tub was perfect. Thank you for helping us create memories for a lifetime!

Beautiful and Relaxing

The Buena Vista cabin near Banner Elk was fabulous. Gorgeous views, enjoyable hot tub, and great family fun with pool table and games.

Great Location and Awesome Cabin!

This was an overall excellent stay, there some quirks with the cabin that we found a little interesting like the trash situation, but overall no complaints with this cabin. It has a great layout, plenty to do, and an amazing view. We brought our dogs and they also loved the property! We had some delays in contacting on the day of check in, but this is likely due to the volume of business the properties owners had during this weekend. Aside from the slight delays the team was helpful and responsive. Do yourself a favor and go ahead and book this one while you can!

Perfect summer getaway

We loved this cabin! The views are just spectacular!! Cabin is super spacious and comfy. Had everything we needed, kitchen is well stocked. The kids enjoyed their own space downstairs. We fell in love with this area, will definitely come back!!

Ski weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Buena Vista, and it truly is a "good view"! 3 families, room for everyone. House was as advertised except the fireplace wouldn't work. In all fairness, we didn't speak with the management company about it so they didn't have an opportunity to "make it right". Kitchen and laundry both fully functional and plenty of room for multiple chefs! Beds were comfy and well made up. Management company personnel were friendly, it was just difficult to get in touch with them. Always a lengthy delay to speak with someone. You can leave a message, but it took quite some time to hear back from them. Kids (9-15) enjoyed the lower level as their own hangout and adults hung out upstairs - perfect!!! We'll certainly be back!
