Beds are comfy with all new mattresses and linens. While the house sleeps 4 adults very comfortably an extra rollaway bed and futon are ready for the younger members of your group!!
A garage is available for our guests and much appreciated on those cold snowy days! High speed wireless internet is available to meet all your needs as well as smart TVs in the living area and both bedrooms.

*Please note the following
*One set of stairs IS required to enter the home.
*The driveway does have a slight incline but it is paved and very manageable by nearly all of our guests in any type vehicle. It is maintained by a snow plow in the winter when necessary according to winter weather conditions.
*There is one security camera on property. It is located outdoors by the garage and films the driveway only. This is important to us to be able to monitor our home when it is not occupied as well as to monitor winter driveway conditions for our guests. It enables us to know when to call our snowplow guy to come and take care of the driveway . There are no other cameras outside or inside of property.
