Det är ett paradis stuga !! Beläget i den lugna änden av Jax Beach, en kort 1,5 promenad eller cykeltur till vattnet. Pittoreska 3 sovrum hem. 2 queen och en dubbelsäng. Bara 2 kvarter från exklusiva Ponte Vedra Beach samt. Njut av en lugn och fredlig semester get-away. Detta hem kommer komplett med luftkonditionering, ett fullt utrustat kök, takfläktar hela, kabel-TV, kakel, lövskog golv och en utedusch för rengöring av stranden sand. Du kommer att njuta av havsbrisen på kvällarna på våra stolar såklart!

Ta en cykeltur till Starbucks på morgonen eller gå till den tidiga morgonstranden. Delta i Sea Pavilion för konserter, utomhusfilmer och festivaler. Golfare har en fem minuters bilresa till Sawgrass TPC. Historiska st. Augustine, nationen äldsta staden är ungefär 30 minuters bilresa. Precis över en timme till Daytona Speedway och två timmar till Mickey Mouse. Också i närheten av Mayo Clinic.

Great beach house

The beach cottage was great- comfortable beds quiet neighborhood, quick walk to the beach. The front porch was cozy, and we enjoyed sitting there in the rocking chairs every evening. It was a great walkable neighborhood.The kitchen was adequate, but we did not do a lot of cooking. Plenty of paper products. The one restaurant that we really liked was Marker 32 about 10 to 15 minute ride, on a marina.

Excellent location

The property was clean and in a great location. The house was comfortable and we had a blast on the front porch! The only thing I would suggest is replacing the frying pans as they are Teflon and scratched.

Holiday Getaway

We spent the days with family and enjoyed evenings in our own bungalow with beautiful sunrises during the Thanksgiving weekend! Time with family was perfect and the serene evenings and early mornings allowed us to rest and recharge. The owner was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with during our check in. Perfect for 4-6 people but we only had three. There is only one bathroom but with our small family it was not an issue. Lovely beach getaway!

Perfect beach home

Very clean and just like the pictures! Easy walk to a beautiful beach and close to all the shopping you would need. Very comfortable beds and everything we needed for whole trip! Would love to stay here again!

I live in the Pacfic NW now, but growing up in a small southern Calif beach community I wanted somewhere I could go and get my sunshine. My family lives just a few blocks away so this seemed like the perfect home for me.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I fell in love with the charm of this home and the fact that it is so close to the water. The location is great for having to get just about anywhere, stores are so close by. The neighborhood is a quiet relaxing beach community. Lots of walkers, runners, bicycles, etc.
