Come and visit us in Jacksonville Beach and stay in this beautifully decorated townhome! Such a light & airy place - great backyard for relaxing after a day at the beach - super comfortable bedrooms and a cozy living/kitchen area that provides you everything you need for your get away! Beach Lovers will love being so close to the beach - and we provide the gear so you don't have to figure out how to bring it with you! A quick 4 block walk pulling the beach wagon we provide, loaded up with 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, beach towels, 2 small beach umbrellas and your toes are in the sand. Probably should pack your sun block though! For our more adventurous guests - maybe grab the kayaks or surfboard and have a go! *of course use of these items is at your own risk. Huguenot Park is a 5 minute walk and features a fishing pier, basketball & tennis courts and a playground.



After your day at the beach - come back home and rinse off in the outdoor shower - get ready for your evening and hop on one of our two bikes and keep exploring the great restaurants, shops and breweries that we have around Jax Beach. Bike along 1st Street and find more great places to dine! A 5 minute bike ride can lead you to South Beach Park & Sunshine Playground that has everything from basketball & pickle ball courts to a seasonal splash pad Skate Park and Playground.

*Propane for the grill is not included but a tank is provided. Firewood is not provided.



Shore'Nuff is also close to the area hospitals including The Mayo Clinic & Baptist Beaches Medical Center.



A short drive to Downtown Jacksonville lets you take in sporting events & concerts. OR visit The Seawalk Pavillion for events there too! And the Jax Beach Pier is NOW OPEN! This is a great location to take in the The Players Championships at Sawgrass. You can also take advantage of a Tuc-Tuc and tour the craft breweries around downtown Jacksonville. Grocery Store Options - Whole Foods is just across A1A - there is also a Publix and a Trader Joe's within 2 miles.



Pet Friendly - pets less than 30 lbs - additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet. (Max 2 pets) All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.

**Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement. There is an exterior camera monitoring the backyard to ensure the safety of our bikes & beach gear. The inside fireplace is not available for use.



It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence in violation of section 775.215, Florida Statues precluding such residency within 1,000 feet of any school, child care facility, park, or playground.



ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Guest Arrival is anytime 4pm EST or after. If the property is approved for early arrival, you will receive a message letting you know you can arrive early and we will activate the door code. If you do not receive a message, then the arrival will remain at 4pm EST.



Guest Departure is anytime 10am EST or before. If you have not departed by this time and do not have written prior approval for a late departure, you will be assessed a $50 late departure fee for every 30 minute delay. The Cleaning Services we use schedule their teams for multiple cleans in advance and any unplanned delays create issues. With unscheduled/unapproved late departures, they are required to bring in additional team members to assist, which incurs a higher cost that must be charged. Any requests made for a late departure must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of departure time and are subject to approval/availability.
