The Loft at 453 Cerrillos, City of Santa Fe Short Term Rental License # 18-00151813, är en nyligen renoverad, 450 kvadratmeter loft utrymme på andra våningen i en lugn, centrala förening. Sittande ovanför ett Adobe-hem som var på skatt roll när New Mexico blev en stat 1912, var loftet ursprungligen en familjs sovande veranda. Föreningen vid 453 Cerrillos inkluderar The Cottage på 453, VRBO # 1341068 (1 br / 1 bad) och Mae's Casita på 453, VRBO # 1562504 (2 br / 2 bad). Hemmet nedan konverterades för länge till kontor / kommersiellt utrymme med loftutrymmet ovan nått från en yttre trappa. Utrymmet är nu uppdelat i ett öppet vardagsrum med matsal-kök med sovrummet integritet skapat av ett modernt badrum med duschkabin. Köket har ett komplett kyl / frys och en stor mikrovågsugn. This is a very cute, safe and quiet home. Perfect for a couple. It is close to everything and I walked everywhere from the house. The hosts were very sweet and accommodating and they even had cheese crackers and wine waiting for me when I arrived!

Located close to everything. Can walk to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. About a mile from historic Santa Fe. Host was great. Wine, cheese, beer and a book of to-dos on the area. All were an amazing touch!

Overall it was good. The place was very clean, and thoughtfully appointed. The owners provided wine, cheese, crackers, and a couple of beers. Easy walking to the farmers market, restaurants, and the square. I REALLY appreciate the ability to leave without having to clean the place. The downsides: the bed was uncomfortably hard for us, and the traffic noise was bothersome at night (people revving cars with loud exhausts on the busy street). If we'd known about those two issues, we'd have chosen a different option -- preferably one of the other places on the same property because everything else was so great.

The Loft is the Place to be

This one bedroom/one bath was the perfect setting for a 3 week stay in Santa Fe. Its amenities, parking, the outdoor seating area, communication with the owner, and location were superb. This unit is less than 1/2 mile walk to the Plaza area, the Rail Yard, and the State Capitol. The photos are accurate and you will love the little welcome gifts the owners provide.

Visiting my son and birdwatching

We loved “The Loft”. It is perfectly located , within walking distance to the delights of downtown. We really enjoyed visiting the churches. Many birdwatching sites and hiking trails in and around Santa Fe. Thank you for providing for my morning coffee, what a treat. I highly recommend staying here.

Great & safe location near downtown and railyard

Hosts thought of everything so well. Nicest VRBO stay ever. Welcome snacks were special. Loft in great shape. Must be easily able to climb stairs to 2nd level with luggage. Check in instructions were excellent. No issues with stay whatsoever. Thx Linda!

Perfect Spot

Great location, close to everything. Walking and parking were easy. The unit was extremely clean and updated. The hosts left a lovely bottle of wine and delicious cheese and crackers. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Ideal Visit to Santa Fe

This was our first time visiting Santa Fe. The VRBO Loft was ideally located to all points of interest and outstanding restaurants. As road cyclists, we were just two streets away from the rail trail, allowing us to walk and ride to the outskirts of the city on a paved trail to explore and get our exercise in! The Loft was exceptionally, clean, modern and bright. We appreciated the secure offstreet parking for our van. The communication re check in and all related details was thorough and tmely. Lovely spot !
