Detta är en ny lista eftersom jag har skiljat de 2 olika enheterna för att göra bokningen lättare, recensioner på lisitng # 323235 är för den enheten och den här.
Vacker ny lyxstudio. Kork golv, svart bänkskivor av granit, rostfritt stål. Inbyggd belysning. Fullständig badrum med modern skål diskbänk, garderob med karmitorkskåp, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Takfläktar. Vackert inredda. Keurig kaffebryggare och ett urval av te och förnödenheter samt salt, peppar och torkade örter. Fullt lager med allt för att förbereda dina måltider. Rengöring levereras också. Bara ta med mat, dina kläder personliga föremål.
På övervåningen med ett komplett kök och jacuzzi.
Ligger en kort promenad till centrum mittemot ett vackert trädkantat historiskt grannskap. Två kvarter till Fitchner Mainwaring Park med fotboll, tennis, basket, lekplats, vandrings- och cykelleder och en säsongsvattenpark. Ett lugnt bostadsområde med enkel tillgång till alla aktiviteter.

Great spot!

First time adventuring out with our 7 month old puppy. This was such a perfect spot ... nice neighborhood to walk and a short distance to a large park. The suite was very well equipped so we could make and eat most meals there. Thank goodness for a/c as it was dreadfully hot out during our stay! Host was very gracious, responsive, and helpful!

Gem in Medford

I was so happy with this little gem, and its wonderful owner Tina. I relocated to Medford and stayed here while finding a home. I was pleasantly surprised to find all of the comforts of a large home in this apartment. Full size closet with storage, washer and dryer, amazing kitchen and more! Tina is such a fun host and we found our love of food and cooking in common. She is the best baker ever! Thank you Tina so glad to have met you. Sephora.

Comfortable studio

We were very happy with our stay here. The property was well-maintained, comfortable and clean. This was one of the most well-stocked rentals we've come across, which makes being away from home much easier and pleasant. The location in Medford was good for us. Medford Work Stay

We stayed in the Lotus 2 for 5 weeks while working in Medford. The Lotus suite was perfect for our stay. It had all we needed. Tina was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend for a short or long stay.

Great studio with a very accommodating post

A studio apartment that had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well maintained in a quiet neighborhood. The host was readily available and very accommodating, even replacing a kitchen appliance that give us a problem while we were there.

Affordable location in Medford

Very comfortable home to enjoy your stay in medford. Everything you need to cook a meal and host supplied wonderful snacks and sodas. You will hear the neighbors talking below you, as well as their TV, and they will hear you as well. But everything else was exceptional. Very comfy bed and well decorated home.

Great Place!

Tina's place is very nice, cheerful and clean! The neighborhood seemed safe as well. My wife and I ended up not staying in the unit due to wildfire smoke that interfered. We left AND Tina was great to rent out the space for a couple days after we left and refunded us part of our money. Would highly recommend Tina's place!

My name is Tina. I have lived in Southern Oregon since 1996. I moved from the Los Angeles area to raise my children here. They are now grown, and my 3rd grandbaby was born recently.
My favorite things to do are to cook, learn new recipes, bargain shop and to travel. My new favorite place to travel is Oceanside where my new grandbabies live.
I really enjoy making people feel comfortable and welcome when they visit. I truly enjoy hosting my guests and making your stay very special. I am available as needed and If you prefer to be left alone then not a problem at all. This is your vacation, and you should have it however you wish.
I wish you all a very special trip whether you stay with me or choose another site.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I had my rentals built onto my home in 2010 to have room for family to visit and be comfortable during their stay. I also wanted privacy and separate entrances. I have put my heart and soul into these units to make them beautiful and comfortable.
