Ta en titt på de tidigare bilderna, och du kommer inte tro på dina ögon. Denna stuga genomgick en transformation som ingen annan och är ett bra exempel på rymdplanering! Det rymmer bekvämt 7 personer och är laddad med några av de coolaste funktionerna en semesterbostad kan ha. Kombinera det med platsen precis bakom 4-vägs och Cosy's Cabin är en av de hippaste adresserna i stan!

Att gå in i Cozy's Cabin är en resa från det förflutna till framtiden. Dra upp du kommer märka att utsidan har noggrant bevarats för att visas precis som det gjorde när de tidiga bosättarna kom till Crested Butte. Insidan är inget annat än fantastiskt! När du kommer in i hemmet är du i det öppna vardagsrummet, köket och matplatsen. Skapat så att hela familjen är en del av åtgärden, är denna stuga menad för skojs skull. Det finns även ett nät för att vända matsalen till ett bordtennisbord för de sena familjen tävlingar!

Köket har skapats för gourmetkocken i oss alla. Utrustad med Carrerra marmor bänkskivor kring en La Cornue Fe spis och ugn från Frankrike ... det här är en kock drömresa. Inbyggd i skräddarsydda skåp hittar du ett Sub-Zero kylskåp, Bosch diskmaskin och Asko tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

På huvudnivå finns också sovrummet med queen size-säng. Befälhavaren badet har en vacker rostfritt och porslin badkar som tar dig tillbaka till yesteryear, (bara minare önskar bara att de hade någonting så här!) Ute bakom är en stensten uteplats och stor gård för barnen att leka i. På övervåningen hittar du 2 sovrum och ett badrum. Det första sovrummet är utformat med barn i åtanke. Det finns 3 inbyggda enkelsängar (2 med trundlar) och en platt-TV för filmnatt. Tvärs över hallen finns ett rum med två enkelsängar som kan omvandlas till en kung i ett ögonblick. Det fulla badet på denna nivå har dubbla fåfängligheter och en stor dusch med otrolig utsikt över Mt. Crested Butte.

Great house!

The house was great for our family trip! It was clean and as advertised. The best part about it is the location. Each day we took the short walk down Elk into town. We will definitely stay again for future trips.

Beautiful home, amazing location

Loved everything about this house. Beautiful, historic house with a wonderfully renovated interior. Nice back yard area with a great view of Mount Crested Butte. Monica was very sweet, accommodating, and quick to respond. Check-in/out was a breeze.

Love this house!

We really loved this house: from the nice beds, amazing tub, in-wall speakers, games, and books for our kiddos! We also loved walking to the main strip--our 3 year old even walked the whole way and back! Monica was really easy to communicate with and the house is everything it promised to be. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

If you want to be in town, the location can't be beat. Clean, nice kitchen. Some issues

Well appointed. Open first floor, recently remodeled with clean modern feel. Probably, one of the nicer kitchens of any rental home in CB. We would definitely rent again. However, some things to note: 1) there is only one true shower in the house. The Master bath only has a tub; 2) the master bath also doubles as the powder room; 3) the bedrooms, other than the master, are only suitable for children; 4) the master bedroom does not have a closet and only a small dresser for clothes; and 5) it is not professionally managed. Trash can was buried in the snow and ice back of the side of the house. When I finally dislodged it, I realized that it was 2/3 full.

Inside is amazing but the outside has Issues

Overall the place is solid - the inside is really amazing and well appointed. The location is also nice. The main issue is the front of the house - what the pictures and description do not show is that the property borders a very busy parking lot with a dumpster right outside. The pictures intentionally hide this and make it look like its on a quaint quiet street; its not. There are people right in front of the property all day with their bikes, changing, cooking, dumping trash in the dumpster. If dumpsters and parking lots don't bother you then no big deal; as i mentioned the inside is really great and location is good; but for me and my family when we are paying at a relatively higher price point i'd at least like to know what i am signing up for; hence the real issue is the fact that this was never disclosed and clearly it should have been.

Spring break

We loved this property and will be back! The location is perfect for a quick ride on the free bus to the mountain, and a short walk up Elk to the stores and restaurants! The house’s restoration was done very well, and has the charm of an old home with the amenities of a new house. We loved the size for our family of 4, but it could have fit another family if needed. Monica was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any concerns!

Family vacation

Adorable home!

This was the cutest remodel! The details were amazing. Fully stocked kitchen and so close to downtown, the bus, grocery store, and skiing. We will definitely rent this house again!

Wedding Base Camp

In town for a son's destination wedding, with family and guests spread throughout the town, this well appointed house provided a great location. Its central location with a short walk to downtown was great!

Beautiful home and amazing location

Monica's home was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Crested Butte, we could not be more happy with our stay here. The home is steps away from downtown CB, but still quiet at night and in the mornings. The home had everything we needed for cooking and grilling and we loved using the fire pit in the evenings. Monica was a great host and left all the information we needed for a seamless stay. We would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful, Charming property in the heart of town!

What an amazing property?! We loved staying here. You can tell that attention to every detail was important when considering space planning and amenities. We loved how close to town it was! Use the fans in the evening and sleep with the windows open to enjoy that fabulous mountain air!

The perfect Crested Butte home

We were BLOWN away by how beautiful and convenient this house was. It was right on Elk Ave., walking distance to everything in town and easy to access hiking trails/shuttles. The house was perfect for our group and had the most breathtaking views of Mt. Crested Butte. Look no further for your stay than this house!

Cozy’s Cabin

Cozy’s Cabin is in the perfect location within walking distance to all the wonderful shops and restaurants on Elk Ave. The house is so cute, and uniquely decorated. Very nice kitchen with all the amenities you could possibly need. The back yard is spacious with a wonderful grill and fire pit. We very much enjoyed our stay!! 😊

Awesome House, Location & Stay!

The house is amazing! Great location and updated to include everything you may possibly need. The check in and out process was extremely easy and you’re a quick 3 minute walk into town. You’re also close to the free shuttle that takes you to the mountain town if you don’t want to drive. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and will definitely look to rent this spot again! You can’t go wrong!

After renting in Crested Butte and walking by this empty cabin day after day, we were inspired to take on the challenge of the extensive remodel and bring it back to life!

The location near the 4-way makes getting up the hill skiing a breeze as you just hop on the free bus and get delivered to the base of the ski area. We also couldn't resist the mountain views out of every window!

The newly renovated public tennis courts right across the way add another great exercise opportunity in a town full of fun and adventure!
