Town hem ligger i den pittoreska byn Crested Butte. Konstruktion avslutades i 1998 med otrolig utsikt över de omgivande bergen. Open, soligt livsrum.

Tre nivåer, inklusive en uppvärmd mudroom farstun, två sovrum, alla med sin egen TV och drottning säng, ett sovloft med två queen sängar och badrum, ytterligare två fulla bad, komplett tvättstuga och kök med allt du behöver. Huvudnivån har välvt tak, gasspis, gå ut däck med gasolgrill, angränsande kök. Designer inrett hela. Rymmer upp till åtta personer i fyra queen sängar. Radiant värme för att värma tårna!

Bekvämt beläget två kvarter från gratisbuss som tar dig på sju minuter, tre mil tur upp till Crested Butte Mountain Ski Resort. Tyst, i stan plats är där du vill vara. Parkera bilen och gå till närliggande restauranger, nattklubbar, teatrar och shopping. Gå ut genom ytterdörren till nordiska skidspår på vintern och mountainbike och vandringsleder sommaren och hösten. Vackra, bekväma och bekvämt!

The house is great, clean, well equipped and walking distance to the heart of Crested Butte. This is our second stay at the house, beautiful view of the mountains from patio. Hope to return again.

We stayed at this house in Crested Butte a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience. The location was excellent, with beautiful views of the mountain and just a short walk to the main part of town. All of the beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and pillows provided, which made the stay extra convenient. A nice bonus was the heated floors, which made the place feel cozy and welcoming after being out in the cold. Overall, it was a comfortable, well-located house that worked perfectly for our trip. Front lock can be tricky:)

Very clean and well-organized, had everything we needed. Delightful. Great location, walking distance to main street. The central room on the second floor is sunny and a great hangout and we spent at lot of time on the deck too. 3 bathrooms Yay! Loved it.

This is ideal…for its location, for its easy access to downtown, for its comfort, for its nearby cross-country skiing access, and for its many amenities. Definitely would stay here again!

The in town location, warm and sunny interior, cleanliness, and being dog friendly, make this property our favorite when we visit CB. Paul is also responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect home base for exploring Crested Butte

The home was exactly as described in the listing and is ideally located for exploring Created Butte. Our girls enjoyed the porch swing and beautiful wildflowers out front.

The photos don't do it justice (and they're not bad photos). Really great views, very walkable location, clean house. Can't ask for more Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Crested Butte.

Great location!

House is in a perfect location. Just a couple blocks to the bus that takes you from town to the ski lifts. Also about a 10 min walk to the Main Street. The house is the perfect size and had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Great property!

We came for a wedding and everything was within walking distance! The area was beautiful, loved the porch and the atmosphere! Enjoyed reading some books on the shelf and watching football in the living room. Worked out perfectly for my family, would definitely recommend this house!

We absolutely loved staying here! Perfect location walking distance to everywhere in town. The main living space was cozy and perfect for just hanging out on a snowy Sunday playing games and watching football! We keep talking about wanting to come back and how perfect this spot is! Nice property ..perfect location

It was cold and snowing when we got there.. the fireplace and warm floors were nice. Living area was perfect. for meals, football and comraderie. Beds were comfy and warm. Town was a 10 minute walk....front porch and balcony porch would have been nice...but snow interrupted that..ha ha

A taste of Heaven!

We LOVED this property and the fact that a few townie bikes were available for use is HUGE plus. More than enough space for our family of 4, the upstairs patio is just a great view to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. House was equipped with any essential you may need and you cannot beat it's location. We WILL be back!!!!

Fantastic in town location!

Great location! - Short walk to the free bus and a quick trip to the Mountain. - Only a few blocks from the start of Elk St. and the heart of Town. - Well appointed and comfortable. - Amazing mountain views from the main great room / kitchen. This is a duplex house with an identical unit right next door (different owner). Our friends - another family - had the adjacent unit and it made for a fun week with plenty of room to gather and spread out the teens and adults.

Location was good

We have stayed in several different homes in Crested Butte in the past and for the same money, they were a better deal. We decided to stay at this location because of family close by. The home was just ok. I own several homes on VRBO, and try to make my places as nice or nicer than a person's own home. Unfortunately, this home, the furniture was terribly worn and dirty. Throw pillows had stains. Blinds were broken, so we could only let light in if we pulled them to the top and when we arrived, it appeared the cleaning crew had not quite finished their chores and left linens hanging from the closet doors. Since this is a duplex, the people staying next door could be heard as if they were part of our group and had a barking dog. I realize the owner has no control over that, but just want guests booking to be aware. On the positive side, there was good parking and kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to cook and you had good views of the Butte. I do not like to give negative reviews, but the absentee owner should be made aware of things that could be done to improve guest stays.

Nice Location, property needs a few updates, issue with dog poo

Positives:- Nice quiet location, plenty of parking. easy walk to free shuttle bus and town. Plenty of room and good living area. Negatives: Arrived to find washing hung up everywhere to dry and more in the drier, appears cleaners had meant to return but had forgotten, we all make mistakes but not the best. Two beds in loft area are tired and need replacing, not a great sleep experience for two of my party (both adults). some dirty underwear stuffed behind one was not great to find. there is no clothes hanging for anyone using those beds so two of my group had to live out of their bags for the week - not great. Kitchen has okay supplies although our main cook was not too impressed with pan options when cooking for 5. We had issue with dog poo in the driveway and walkway to door. Some was old that came to top as snow melted but got fresh most days. had to tread very carefully to avoid it - there was a lot!! We picked up a lot to reduce chance of stepping in. When I talked to Paul, the owner, his initial reaction was that there was nothing he could do and he did not seem remotely interested or concerned. I asked about putting a sign up to remind dog owners, he said he would not have one in his yard (other houses in the street do). Later on he must have realised he should have tried harder, contacted the neighbour who said it was all from before snow (true for what was left after our clean up). Suggests area is used regularly by dogs to poo on and owners don’t care.

This is a lovely, well-maintained home with a very spacious kitchen and family room. It was perfect for our group of six. We so enjoyed the gorgeous views from the front porch and upper deck. The location is superb! It was a fantastic stay!

Incredible place to stay

This was an amazing house to stay in. All the details were high quality (very nice bedding, quality cooking gear, even the artwork on the wall was warm and welcoming). The townie bikes were such a really nice touch. Thank you again, we will be back!

I moved to Crested Butte in 1995 when I bought a downtown B&B. Moved away in 2002, but held onto my in-town duplex. You can take the man out of CB, but can't the Butte out of the man :)

Varför värden valde detta boende

The last, great Colorado ski town!
Crested Butte has a unique warmth you will not find anywhere else. The town and setting are indescribably beautiful. One must experience it to understand it. Come to CB at least once in your lifetime :)
