Djupt vatten mycket vid sjön Keowee med dubbeldocka, massor av underhållande utrymme, nyligen färdigställda 3-planlagda anlagda trädgården, inklusive en eldstad, detta är en fantastisk familjen reträtt. På huvudnivån är det stora rummet och köket / matsalen öppet. Två kung sovrum på de viktigaste våningarna. På den lägre nivån, bra rum, med min kylskåp, shuffleboard, foosballbord, utomhus ping pong och en sitta två person pacman spel, med ytterligare 60 spel, wii och brädspel! 1 drottning och ett våningssäng rum med 2 dubbelrum och 2 enkelrum. Utanför på en rack utan vattnet finns 2 barnkajaker, en kanot, 2 paddlader och 2 (2 personers kajak för vuxna) att använda vid uthyrningen. Fullt utrustat hus med badhanddukar och sängkläder ingår! Gott om parkering och även 4 bekväma soffor att sova på om du har extra gäster! Vår båt ligger i mittdockan men du kan binda på vardera sidan. Gas- och kolgrillar utanför!

Graduation weekend

House was great, Deborah was a great host. Lake view and dock were so much fun. The kayaks and paddle boards could have used a good cleaning and some new paddles, but great otherwise fine.

Great spot with the kids!

The location was great and the house was perfect for two families w boys! They loved swimming off the dock and using all of the kayak/paddle boards…and the bottom floor of the house was perfect to entertain them once the sun went down! Thanks for a great weekend at the lake!

Excellent Vacation Spot

The description of this property was spot on! The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials that you need, and then some! The addition of the kayaks and paddle boards was a huge hit! I highly recommend this property and we are looking forward to staying here again!!!

Family vacation

Three generations had a wonderful weeklong stay at this property. The kids enjoyed everything from the games downstairs to the kayaks and paddle boards outside. Very convenient spot to restaurants and marinas on the lake as well. Beautiful view from the deck!! We took full advantage of everything offered and would definitely stay here again!

Another wonderful experience!

This is our 2nd time staying in this beautiful home. Deborah has successfully provided a place for relaxing and lake fun :-) My husband and I enjoyed fishing from the dock and the kayaks that were available for use. The house itself is so comfortable and tastefully decorated. We can't wait to go back!

Lake Keowee

My family enjoyed the stay and overall was a positive experience. The outside fire pit and landscaping is nice. The upper deck on the dock is perfect to watch the sun rise. I would suggest an exterminator to spray inside and out. . The deck has a lot of black ants and with small children we had to be careful. They could take care of spider webs in the screened in porch as well. The lighting downstairs has quite a few ceiling lights out. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Long weekend with kids

Great place. Location on the lake is awesome. Not too much boat traffic but still in an open area. House is conveniently located near Seneca - 5-10 minutes to almost everything. Lots of games: ping pong, foose ball, arcade, shuffle board for kids. Will stay here again. Thanks.

Wonderful family thanksgiving

We came down for Thanksgiving weekend and spent Thanksgiving at Deborah's house. We had the best thanksgiving! Her house was stocked with everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner, this was not expected but a wonderful surprise. She knew we were coming down for a special family weekend and she went out and bought more fishing rods for the kids to use. The place was beautiful and the lake was calm and peaceful. Outstanding view from the deck with coffee. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would stay here again... Maybe next time in summer where we can swim in the lake not just kayak.

Lake Keowee lakehouse

Perfect house for our annual family vacation. Location was perfect, house was loaded with everything needed for fun for all ages. There are two separate gathering spaces - the lower level kept the kids entertained when we weren’t on the water. Plenty of parking spaces for two boat trailers and several cars. Outside space is beautiful and offers lots of options - deck space, dock space, covered area with ping pong, fire-pit and shoreline access. House was very clean and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Our family really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely rent again!

Beautifully landscaped lakefront home

Beautiful quiet cove location with immaculate lakefront yard. Perfect home layout for our two families of 5, very well appointed kitchen too! Kids and adults both loved the downstairs games/ping pong. The fire pit was also a hit as we were lucky with slightly cooler weather for s’mores roasting. The double dock was also great, although definitely could use some tlc as there are def a few boards with splintering… but it didn’t discourage any fun. Would def book again

Family weekend

Very nice home with nice dock and water area. Easily accommodated our family of 10. Kitchen has all you need. Beds are comfortable. The yard is under construction, so a rainstorm turned all to mud, ruining a couple kids shoes/play clothes. The owner warned us after booking that construction was running late. One day it will be nice.

Excellent!

Overall our stay was pleasant. Some areas show a need for some reconditioning but overall those areas didnt outweigh the great that came along. We canoed and fished from the dock, we swam in the clear water of the lake. The fire put area was great and being able to grill was good too. The cookware in the kitchen met the need. There were a few things that could be improved: living room tv had no network connectivity, the cornhole bags were not complete or at least we couldnt locate the full set, the cookware was badly worn down, the ps3 got the kids excited but no joysticks worked, the lighting in the bathroom at the top of the steps was very dim. Again, none of these minor things detracted from the experience. They were all "nice to haves" that would have pushed this proper more towards an elite status. Overall, excellent stay!

Great spot on Keowee

House was comfortable & clean. Great downstairs room that my grandkids & their friends loved. Upper deck is always a hit. Lots of diving, flips & jumping off. Great spot on lake & backyard was recently landscaped & it’s lovely. Great fire pit area. Only neg is poor cleaning people had a mess to clean up from quest that checked out so was little after 4 when they left. No big deal since we chilled on dock. Also be forewarned neighbors keep a close eye on renters & reports to owners. We had an incident where the neighbors reported something inaccurately but was able to straighten it out with owner

When I got to the property, there was a work crew in the backyard with heavy equipment moving some serious earth. They were there until 8 pm. They came back the next day to install a silt fence, too. The backyard looks nothing like the photos in the listing. I'm sure eventually it will be beautiful, but right now it is a giant mud pit with big, deep puddles of that red SC clay, which stains anything it touches. I was worried the whole time that my kids would track it in the home. It's pretty hard to enjoy a peaceful day at the lake when you've essentially rented a construction zone, and the owner didn't share with me that any work was happening at all. This is less of an issue, but the lighting in the home is also lacking and really dim. In the lower level this is especially an issue, it's pretty hard to see down there. And then lastly, the garden tub in the master is very spacious but as is the case in many vacation rentals the hot water heater isn't really big enough to fill it up all the way with hot water. My main reason for the low review though was the construction issues, the fact that we couldn't use the backyard, and that there were workers there on two of the days of our stay, at one point well into the evening.

Gorgeous Lake Retreat Home - Perfect for Family Reunion!

I cannot say enough good things about this vacation home. It is a beautiful home with a huge backyard and incredible lake view. The basement area is amazing with 4 bunk beds (two of which are full size) and a separate guest room and full bath. Upstairs is a master with a full bath and another guest room with full bath. We had a multi generation college graduation celebration for my daughter along with my 87 year old father. The kitchen had everything you could need with tons of plates, glasses, etc. There are two separate family relaxing rooms - one on main floor and one in basement. And the basement is filled with games - foosball, shuffleboard, ping pong, jenga, board games - and a sit down video game with Galaga and other games (could not get my husband away from this) Thank you to our wonderful host Deborah who communicated with us beforehand extensively. It was an amazing visit, and we wish our daughter was staying to get a master's so we could rent it again!

House was perfect. Three adults and seven teenagers… Great porch. Great location on the lake. We had terrible weather so we didn’t get to enjoy the actual lake but it was peaceful being there.

Keowee weekend getaway

Perfect place to sit on the deck and look at the water. Great dock for fishing and relaxing. Easy drive from Clemson, I-85 and Greenville. Plenty space up and down stairs.
