Tennessee Hospitality

Our stay at Willow Pond far exceeded our expectations! The location was ideal with close proximity to the excitement of Broadway in Nashville but a total country feel in Pleasant View. We even caught (and released) some fish in the pond!!! The property manager Phillip was available when needed and made the check in/out process a breeze! He also gave us some good tips on hiking and other things to do! I would definitely return to Willow Pond!!!

Wedding weekend!!!

Our entire stay at Willow Pond was absolutely fabulous! Phillip was an absolute godsend in helping with the load in / load out for the wedding weekend that we held at the property! The house was amazing and everything went so smooth!! Thank you to Dudley and Phillip for allowing us to hold our event and have our entire weekend at Willow Pond!!

Wonderful stay!

We had a family reunion group of 20 stay here, and it was wonderful! Everything was clean and comfortable. We paid for pool heat and it was delightfully warm, despite the cooler than usual temperatures. The house is close to the freeway and we found grocery stores and things to do close by. Everyone had a comfy bed, the kids had lots of room to play and do games, and we were able to visit with other family members who came to spend a day. The caretaker was super kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay

We had such an amazing time staying at Willow Pond! We planned our wedding weekend there, it was amazong to host our event at the property and have close family stay with us for the entire weekend. Everything was perfect for us and we received so many compliments from guests about how beautiful the property is. The house itself is very comfortable and well stocked. Phillip was very accommodating and kind. Highly recommend Willow Pond!

Best weekend getaway!

We stayed here for a long weekend with family and it was amazing! The property is so beautiful, clean, and so well stocked. Beautiful for a Wedding

My husband and me rented this property for three days for our wedding. It was absolutely beautiful!! The pictures don't even do it justice with how beautiful the house and property are. It was also the cleanest rental property I've ever been in. The best part of this property was the grounds manager Philip. He helped us set up for our wedding, did the parking for the wedding, and was available the entire stay. I can't recommend this location enough!

A Gem!

We had a wonderful stay at Willow Pond. Highlights included: The pool with comfortable seating to lounge during the day, the movie theater room to enjoy at night, sitting on the front porch with morning coffee, bonfire at the fire pit, games in the living room, big group dinners at the large dining room table with seating for all 13 of us. The property owner and steward made us feel at home and the house itself is a gem. This was one of the best vacation homes we've stayed in over the years!

Dreamy!

Everything was absolutely perfect - The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed, not a single thing we wanted that wasn't there. It felt like you were at your mom's house rather than a rental. Truly the best rental experience. Communication with the host was simple, quick, and friendly.

Fantastic Family getaway

Over the last 4 years, our children have met us in VRBOs in North Carolina. We decided to try Tennessee this year. It can be difficult to find a property that can handle 8 adults and 5 kiddos. Willow Pond had plenty of space for all of us. Parents were able to sleep near their kiddos but relax and unwind. The pond was used for fishing every day. The pool was amazing! The caretaker came each day to make sure the pool was spotless. This house had everything we needed to cook meals. Our kids love cooking and it was so pleasant we didn’t even leave the house. The house was really clean and beautifully furnished but also comfortable. Everyone slept very well. This is the best place we’ve stayed so far!

As advertised, clean, well appointed and supplied.

Compared to other rental experiences, this was the best. If you can come away from a vacation with no complaints, that’s a win…and the 10 of had none. The owner was very accommodating and Phillip, the property manager, came each morning to maintain the pool and property. He was incredibly responsive to our needs…we actually became friends and keep in touch. Sure, it’s high-end on the price, but you won’t be disappointed…our 4 grandsons loved it. When kids aren’t whining about anything, you know you’re in the right place.

Wonderful hospitality in picturesque setting

We hosted my Dads 90th bday celebration here and had a wonderful time. Property is spotless and extremely well maintained. Rooms super quiet. Pool area features lots of games and lounge chairs. The movie room was awesome too. Phillip the property manager was super helpful with restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tips. The house is about a half hour from Nashville and 45 minutes from Franklin. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Nashville area!

This house is a haven for our family and we want it to be one for you too. Dudley bought the house in 1995 and has spent a wonderful few years raising a family and making memories here, now we want to share it with you. Dudley married Sharia in March 2016 and immediately decided to create a retreat for artists, writers and families who need a place to be together. Together they have six wonderfully creative and talented children, six stunning grandchildren, and of course the pups Georgia and Nora who love to come to the house to run wild on the grounds. Dudley originally hails from Kentucky and Sharia from Mt. Juliet, Tn.
