We had a cozy, comfortable private cottage all to ourselves on a beautiful piece of land!! Only 20 minutes from downtown Nashville! Lucia was excellent and Islas made us fresh bread both mornings- she is so sweet (what a pleasure to talk to and learn the history of the property)!Definitely a bargain compared to other Nashville lodging possibilities. Would go back in a heartbeat!

The cabin and property were lovely. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at such a serene location. It was wonderful to go back to the cabin each day after enjoying various tourist attractions in Nashville, and sit on the porch and observe the wildlife. Having fresh bread delivered each morning was icing on the cake!

It is a lovely place to be and relax. The cabin is charming and comfortable. The fresh bread in the morning is wonderful. Just beware the mosquitoes.

The check in was a phone call with directions when it would be easier if we were messaged the directions. Check out directions were also hard to find. It is a large property but you are very close to the main house with people at the property with you at all times. Overall, was an excellent experience but if you are looking for complete privacy, you should know that you share this property with the main house.

To whom it may concern ... there are actually 3 cabins on the 100 acre property but none are in view of each other ... there is one cabin down by the entrance and then up the hill is the main house where Gisela the owner lives by herself ... and a little bit further up sits the rental cabin ... and guests have their absolute privacy there ... you might see some people like the groundkeeper or the cleaning lady or a visitor in the parking area but that's it ... and we like to call our guests instead of sending them in email because they might have questions ... so far everyone I called has appreciated the conversation ... and if you prefer the check in instruction in an email you just have to let me know ... the Evergreen Farm is a unique place for a visit in Nashville ... just browse through some of the other reviews and you know what I mean ...

This is a cute little cabin in the woods with peacocks, ducks, geese and kitties around to dazzle you. The cabin itself is very minimalist but functional. The main house is right next door so there is always someone outside, including the owner and other groundkeepers so sometimes it can feel a little awkward trying to take in the sights without feeling like you’re intruding. It is a little bit of a walk from the car to the cabin so keep that in mind if you’re carrying a lot of luggage. The location itself is great as most attractions are within 20 minutes. It’s nice that the host provides bread every morning, milk and eggs in the fridge but I felt like the bread was wasted because we didn’t eat it beyond day one. It’s a nice place for a little getaway if you’re just wanting some peace and quiet.

To whom it might concern ... the rental cabin sits far enough from the main house that you can't see it from there ... the owner lives by herself and likes to sit on the porch in front of the house if the weather is nice otherwise she stays inside ... there is a ground keeper who is busy keeping the grounds in perfect condition and sometimes he has a helper ... but at no point are the guests in the way let's not forget there are 100 acres to explore and enjoy ... Gisela ( the owner) is available when guests want to talk about the Evergreen Fram ... guests never have to worry of intriguing ... from where you park your car to the cabin you looking at a 120 feet to walk and for heavy luggage there is a cart to roll stuff instead of having to carry it ... the fridge is stocked with everything to fix a nice breakfast orangejuice milk cheese cold cuts yogurt eggs and then some ... usually the guests love the fresh baked bread every morning ... I am here if you have any questions about a possible visit at the Evergreen Farm ... I hope my response to the review is helpful ... Lucia

We enjoyed our time spent at this beautiful cabin! It is such a peaceful place to enjoy time away from the city. The porch was our favorite place to watch the peacocks, and have our morning coffee and fresh bread. Lucia was wonderful and very responsive. We will definitely be back it’s now our number one place to stay when we come to Nashville.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and such a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Having the ability to hike right from the property was a huge bonus, and our dogs loved every minute of exploring with us.The thoughtful touches made the stay feel extra special — especially the fresh bread each day and the lovely breakfast items waiting for us when we arrived. Everything felt so welcoming and well cared for.And as if the setting wasn’t already wonderful enough, we were treated to some of the best wildlife viewing during our stay, which made the experience even more memorable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, dog-friendly getaway with plenty of nature right outside the door!

This place is beautiful! From the scenery to the peacocks, it's like a story book. They stock the fridge with some essentials and you get fresh bread every morning. We were able to have slow mornings making breakfast and sitting out on the porch. It was so peaceful and magical! I'm so sad it's over, but so grateful to experience staying here. I hope I can come back some day. It was an unforgettable stay & an amazing first visit to Nashville. To the hosts and staff, thank you all!

I’ve never felt more permission, from a space to relax. It rained during our stay this place only felt beautiful and sacred. I regret not walking more of the property when I had the chance but it was an incredible getaway for the weekend. I took a million pictures and whatever I expected it managed to surpass! Much love to the host and everyone involved with making it such a special place.

It was wonderful to take a long weekend with the pups. Having a quiet place to come home to after enjoying Nashville was such relief. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating, along with the very adorable peacocks, ducks, and geese that lived on the property. We really enjoyed our stay!

The owners have truly created a magical place here. I had been wanting to stay here for a couple of years, but it was always booked for my birthday. It was exactly as I was expecting. If you are looking for a place to completely get away from everything, this is it. The best part is how close you are to the city if you want to see shows or go to restaurants. I will be staying here again in the future, possibly in the fall to take advantage of the fireplace. Thank you for such a wonderful, peaceful, and much needed place of respite.

It was beautiful, and so serene! I could exhaust a thesaurus describing how calming this cabin in paradise is.We stayed there for the weekend on our 45th anniversary.A family of peacocks on the property...who knew.The hosts are wonderful people. We had met them upon our arrival. They were so accommodating!100 acres of beautiful rolling hills, and stone walls around the property. It was like stepping back in time!You will absolutely love it there. Oh, and every morning they leave you a loaf of fresh bread...so pleasant.

This was the second visit to this property and it remains an outstanding experience away from all the craziness. It's truly a peaceful, relaxing and comfortable location surrounded by trees, with lots of birds of all types, and the host, Lucia, is superb. The daily freshly baked bread and stocked fridge for a complete breakfast is an amazing touch. Will definitely make it a third time if the opportunity presents itself again.

This place is absolutely beautiful!Starting with the drive into the property is cared for so well and then you see geese, ducks, deer and beautiful Peacocks. Two of the males were majestic in size while the females walking around teaching their young to take care of themselves. Cabin was so quaint, clean, and beautiful and the air works great.It’s a bit of a walk to get your luggage there but once you’re settled, everything is close the pool is only about 75 feet away.Warm bread every morning on your door and breakfast in the refrigerator for each day you’re there all you have to do is cook it.If we needed anything, they were only a text or phone call away.If you want to spend a week in private tranquility, just a 10 minute drive from downtown Nashville try this place out you won’t be disappointed.
