Mesquite Country Club (MCC) är en gated community belägen på över 170 frodiga hektar bestående av vackert anlagda grunder, spanska fontäner och fantastisk utsikt över bergen, alla med utsikt över en Championship 18-håls golfbana i South Palm Springs.

MCC är den perfekta platsen att koppla av och varva ner i den varma Kalifornien solen. Inom fas 1 finns 4 pooler (uppvärmda under vintermånaderna) och spa, en tennisbana och vandrings- och cykelleder i närheten av enheten. Totalt finns 16 pooler, 18 spa och 8 tennisbanor.

Comfortable accomodation

We enjoyed a perfect month at Tom’s condo. It is very clean, nicely decorated, and a very comfortable king size bed. The kitchen is very well stocked. Tom was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had right away. There is lots of room in the main bedroom and closet. The location was excellent and enjoyed lots of sunshine on the patio with a wonderful view of the Prescott preserve.One of the entrances to the Preserve was very close and enjoyed daily walks in nature.

On the Prescott Preserve

This property is located excellently for walkers and runners. It is just off the Prescott Preserve. Stayed at a similarly located property last year and we saw and heard many more birds this year which included an owl. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever had at any Vrbo or related property. The host was great in responding to inquiries. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Peace in the desert

Great response time from host. Very friendly and helpful. Well laid out condo and spacious. Great cross ventilation and the balcony is so great to relax and watch the golfers, walkers and cyclists

Mesquite condo

Location was great. Back balcony overlooked the golf course and mountains; situated for good sunshine and lovely sunsets. Condo is very well provisioned with linens, dishes and appliances. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Owner is still in the process of updating things in the condo but everything is in good working order. Owner was responsive and timely to any email inquiries. Would definitely book this unit again.

Mesquite Country Club Condo

Seldom do pictures truly reveal what you find when you walk thru in the door. Tom's condo far exceeded any previous places we had booked. His place is so clean you think you are the first renters to ever occupy the property. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked, and the quality of the bedding and towels is exceptional. Every detail you could need has been addressed. The condo was quiet at all hours, and no outside noises were noted. Parking and pool are close by, convenient and clean. If you like what you see, you will want to reserve this condo. Great value and Tom makes an effort to reach-out to you to assure your stay meets your expectations. Yes, we are going back. Great location!

This is a nice property with a good layout (the bedrooms and bathrooms have some separation between them). Tom was a great host and checked in with us a couple of times to make sure everything was good (it was). The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much anything you might need, and the views from the deck are spectacular. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Paradise! Great location for work/vacation!

Everything about the property is perfect! The unobstructed mountain view never gets old, the air conditioning and Internet are top notch, pools and hot tubs are steps away, laundry works great, bed is comfy, and it was very comfy doing full work days. Definitely want to spend a month here again!

Corona virus ruined our holiday.

Loved the property. Great location. It was a pleasure dealing with Tom, the owner. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Had to return on the 20th because of the Corona Virus. We're unable todo things we had planned on doing. Unable to dine out. A total shut down. Had difficulty returning to Canada. Flights cancelled. A nightmare.

Perfect getaway

Excellent location, close to amenities yet quiet and peaceful, lovely views, comfortable furnishings and clean lined decor. The kitchen is well stocked kitchen with all the necessities for cooking in. Owner was responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this unit to friends.

Golf course view condo

Our stay at this beautiful condo was great. Great location with golf view, great pools, very comfortable beds and living room furniture with large tv. Close walks to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Tom was a great host, always responding quickly to any questions or concerns. Full kitchen with lots of dishes and all the appliances we needed. Looking forward to our next visit.

GORGEOUS VIEWS, RELAXING PLACE!!

I have stayed at Tom’s other properties in Palm Springs in the past located at Desert Skies and loved it. When I contacted Tom to stay at DS this year, he mentioned both units were booked, but mentioned he had just bought a new place in December 2017 located on the golf course at Mesquite Country Club and was available the dates I wanted. So I decided to book it and I ended up LOVING it! Some friends came for the holiday weekend and stayed in the guest room where they had their own private balcony and guest bathroom. There is a nice separation between bedrooms for privacy for couples and/or kids. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet dinner if that’s your thing. There is fast wi-fi and cable TV includes HBO and Showtime!! The complex is easily accessible to restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, stores, etc. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and has many flowering trees, bushes and fountains spread throughout the complex. There are several heated pools/spas, and a tennis court all nearby the unit. There are also walking/biking trails just outside the door that run alongside the gold course. Oh…and there is laundry in the unit! I found the place to be very clean, quiet and comfortable. Tom mentioned his plans on remodeling this summer before the 2019 season by adding ceiling fans, bathroom vanities, new furniture, etc. I can’t wait to see the changes and come back next year! Tom is a great communicator and easy to work with from start to finish, and always available if I should have any questions. Alisa S. East Lyme, CT
