The front door shown in your photo is part of the building exterior, which is maintained by the association, and we’ve already reported it to the building manager. Inside the condo, we work hard to keep everything in great shape and many guests comment on how comfortable it is. We’ll certainly review the kitchen items and ironing board you mentioned. We do wish these concerns had been shared during your stay when we checked in with you, as the only question we received was about the Wi-Fi password - we’re always happy to help in real time. We do feel this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath beachfront condo - with the rare bonus of extra bedding in the third bedroom - offers great value, and most guests find it to be a wonderful experience. While it’s surprising to see such a low overall rating, we appreciate your suggestions and will continue making improvements for our guests.
