Located on the 11th floor at The Lighthouse, this 3 bedroom/3 bath condominium can be YOURS spot for a quiet weekend getaway or a fun-filled family vacation! This newly renovated, decorated, and furnished unit offers magnificent views of the Gulf of America, whether from the spacious covered balcony, the airy living area, kitchen, dining space, or master bedroom. Lighthouse 1115 is located just off the west elevator lobby. For your convenience, park near the west elevator lobby (Itâs the one in plain view as you enter) on your preferred parking level.
Experience the sea breeze from our furnished balcony. Morning coffee at the bistro table with two comfy arm chairs, an afternoon snooze on the chaise lounge, or evening dine-in at our table-for-four with swivel arm chairs, itâs all there on your island time.
The Lighthouse complex features 1 indoor heated pool and 2 outdoor pools, including one wade-in entry, as well as fitness room, sauna, 2 hot tubs, 3 boardwalks to the beach, and covered parking!
The Living Area of Lighthouse 1115 has comfortable seating with a sofa, three easy chairs, a 55â Samsung Smart TV, and remote-controlled ceiling fan. The adjacent kitchen, is fully equipped with all NEW large appliances, an array of small appliances, along with complete cookware and utensils for all of your cooking needs. There is bar stool seating for three, and the open dining area features a stunning glass table and seating for up to eight in high-back comfort, all in view of the beautiful gulf.
The huge Gulf Front Master Bedroom is furnished with a massive king-size bed, complete with brand-new king Memory Foam mattress, a double dresser, 43â flat screen television, and remote-operated ceiling fan. The drawered nightstands on either bedside feature unique lamps and a charging docking station. An enormous private bath suite features an âendlessâ double vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower stall with multi-mode, dual hand-held shower head, and spacious changing area. The suite is completed by a gigantic walk-in closet with plenty of storage space.
The Living Area & Master Bedroom both feature floor-to-ceiling windows/sliding doors, with a magnificent view of the gulf waters at a glance. The kitchen, living, dining, and master bedroom areas all feature 10â ceilings to âheightenâ your enjoyment of being directly on the beach.
Bedroom 2, with window to the north balcony hallway, offers a queen-size bed with brand-new Memory foam mattress, a 32â flat screen television, chest of drawers, drawered nightstands and accompanying lamps to either side of the bed, and remote-controlled ceiling fan. The dedicated bathroom suite features a roomy single-sink vanity area, from which you can access the combo tub/shower area, with multi-function, dual hand-held shower head. In the adjoining full-size closet, youâll find a pair of folding luggage racks for your unpacking (or perhaps not-unpacking) convenience.
Bedroom 3 has a window to the north balcony and overlooking East Beach Blvd, and beyond can be viewed Little Lagoon, Shelby Lake, and The Wharf. A smaller but adequate bedroom, it offers a queen-size bed with conventional mattress, a 32âflat screen television, compact chest of drawers, nightstands plus accompanying lamps to either side of the bed, and remote-controlled ceiling fan. The adjoining bathroom also services the main living area, with doors to both the bedroom and the main entry passage. A newly-renovated quartz top, single-sink vanity, combo tub/shower area with multi-function, dual hand-held shower head, and toilet are all located in this bathroom. In the mirrored sliding-door bedroom closet youâll find a folding luggage rack for your unpacking (or perhaps not-unpacking) convenience.
The spacious laundry room is equipped with full-sized washer and dryer and plenty of room to launder and fold clothes.
Also, you will find an array of small appliances and convenience items including hair dryer, magnified make-up mirror, nightlights throughout the unit, crock pot/slow cooker, waffle/pancake griddle, two blenders, mixer, toaster, two coffee makers (one drip, one Cuisinart K-cup), iron and ironing board, board games, a spare twin mattress (with linens) and for your baby, an Evenflo Pack and Play. Although clean sheets, bath towels, and kitchen towels are included ----> beach towels are not provided. For your climate-controlled comfort, Lighthouse 1115 installed a brand-new Carrier HVAC unit. Those with allergies or air quality issues will be pleased to know the unit is equipped with HEPA filter as well as Fresh-Aireâą UV air purifier.

Bring your own beach towels.
The Lighthouse has a secure temporary storage area on the first parking level near the pool. Consider leaving your floats, chairs, umbrellas, etc. there rather than lugging them up to the 11th floor.

The beach, particularly the Gulf Coast, has always been a part of our lives. Childhood days spent on the sugar white sands and in the emerald waters are memories we both cherish. Providing others with such memories is now a reality with our investment in Lighthouse 1115, a prime vacation rental in a premiere complex centrally located in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
While exploring the prospect of ownership in a vacation rental property, we knew âthe beachâ would be the primary lure, but we also took into account other features that appeal to guests. Amenities were essential in order to appeal to families. The Lighthouse has (count âem) THREE large swimming pools -two outdoor and one indoor- along with two hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness facility. Best of all, every pool, hot tub, and the fitness facility affords stunning views of pristine emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Additionally, families with small children will appreciate the keypad gate around the two outdoor pools and two hot tubs to help them keep their children safe. Proximity to restaurants, shopping, activities, events, and attractions settled us on The Lighthouse!
With our rental condo, we are delighted to assist our guests to a relaxing and enjoyable trip to the beach on Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast.

The Lighthouse, of one of the island's premier vacation spots, is a renowned beachfront property near the heart of Gulf Shores, just over half a mile east of Highway 59. You'll be within walking distance of shops, nightlife, and some of the best restaurants in town, and only half a mile west of beautiful Gulf State Park, where you can spend your mornings walking, cycling, or fishing. An assortment of family-friendly attractions - including Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf - are just up Highway 59, and the Craft Farms Golf Club is five miles north. Excellent options for nearby entertainment and dining include The Hangout Gulf Shores, Sea-N-Suds, Gulf Island Grill, The Original Oyster House, DeSotoâs, and Bahama Bobâs, just to name a few. A brief drive east to Orange Beach opens up even more options.
