Prissatt till marknadspris! Denna 3 sovrum 2 badrum villa 6 sovplatser. Detta vackra hem ligger i den mycket privata gated community of Weston Hills i Clermont. 6. 8 miles frÄn Disney. Detta hus sticker ut eftersom det ligger pÄ baksidan av samhÀllet med utsikt över bevarande som aldrig kan byggas pÄ sÄ det finns inga hus bakom dig. Det ger en hel del integritet. Titta pÄ den spektakulÀra solnedgÄngen frÄn den privata poolen eller jacuzzin. Detta hus har omsorgsfullt vÄrdats genom Ären och i februari 2018 har helt nya golv installerats. Denna gemenskap erbjuder mÄnga saker att göra för en familj. Förutom poolen och jacuzzin i huset finns det vandringsleder, ett fotbollsplan, basketplan, tennisbana, 2 pooler, plaska lekplats, volleyboll och en stor lekplats för barn. Mycket att göra! Ett bra stÀlle att semester!

The place was nice, loved the pool. I didn't realize it was a gated community. A little annoying getting in after long days at the theme parks but nothing unbearable. Cooking took a couple trips to the store as there is no basic food items like salt and pepper, or any seasonings for food. Also no laundry soap to start a load of laundry upon leaving or extra trash bags. Other than those minor things, the place was great. Really comfortable stay.

The pool heating was faulty for the first week. Never really got warm e nough. The pool was turned off on our last day. The management team were attentive trying to resolve the issues. The villa was nice with a good location within the communityThe security gate on the entry to the community was a complete nightmare and because of this I wouldn’t rebook which is a shame.

This is our third time staying at this property. It is well kept. We enjoy it's proximity to all things Disney and that it is in a gated community and has a private pool. We definitely will be back.

Perfect place to stay.

This house was great! Gated community. Nice and quiet. If you want to visit Orlando area but want to be to be out of the touristy areas this is the place. House was clean and set up perfect for any family!

Good house

We enjoyed this house. It wasn’t perfect, but it was set up and it was very laid out the pictures do it justice. Lots of instructions everywhere. The pool was smal but nice. The clubhouse pool was really nice. They also had a splash park for the Littles and then a smaller pool for the young kids.

Memories made with 3-generation vacation

Perfect for a family vacation with a spacious fully equipped home highlighted by a gorgeous private pool and hot tub. Hostess very attentive, responded timely, and helpful in suggestions for shopping, best beach day and even when we needed a light bulb replaced. A pretty home; you can hear the birds singing every morning and watch the incredible sunsets in the evening from the hot tub.

This rental was very nice and we had a good time but there were some issues with the A/C and hot tub. The A/C was supposed to stay at a certain temperature like 75, per the rules, so it did get a little hot at times especially in the front bedroom when the hot sun was coming in throughout the daytime hours. The host did let us put it down to like 72 since we had my pregnant daughter in law with us but it was still a little warm at times especially since the A/C seemed to be having trouble keeping the temperature down to 72 degrees. The hot tub was confusing. We paid extra for the hot tub to be hot. It would take a while to heat up and sometimes it was not hot at all. The pool was very nice especially with the cover over the top to keep bugs out. The neighborhood pool/playground was great and there was no one there. Lastly, I just want to mention that my family is big on watching movies and my grandson watches the Disney channel so the tv in the living room was large and worked well but the tvs in the bedrooms were very small about the size of a computer monitor so not as good. Anyway, like I said we had a great time anyway because the weather was good and we were together.

Great clean condo in a good location

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. It was very clean and close to grocery stores for supplies. About a 45 minute drive to Universal Studios. Our children almost loved the pool more than Unviseral! We would definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay

The house was great. The mattresses/box springs were old and loud when you moved, but I had a noise machine so it wasn’t too bad. The floors were dirty. Walking in socks or bare feet turned then dark brown. Bathroom rug visibly dirty first day. Other than that everything was great! Pool was great and we had no trouble going in and out of the property. We really had a very nice stay.

Great time with the family, the property is very well taken care of, very pleasant stay and great communication with the staff. Everything was as described and the only thing I would like to point out to you guys is if possible to upgrade all the mattresses in the bedrooms. Needs some upgrades, bed was very louad and hard to sleep. Place was messy, need a major deep clean. Found mice poop in window after having to strip the beds. Did not come stocked with any household products ( only had one tide pod and one dishwasher pod). Management we nice and easy to talk with. Community was quiet and secure.

A little home away from home

Well taken care of home, set up with everything you need for a nice home away from home style vacation. Towels, linens, extra blankets if needed. The pool was the highlight of our trip when we were at the house. Convenient location-close to dining, fun and shopping of all varieties. Just a short drive to Disney without being in the heart of the hustle and bustle. Clermont was a very nice town. Only downside is the beds could for sure use some updating. Responsive owner was a plus.

The small things add up

Getting through security every night was a hassle. Issues with the ID scanner or just plain rude security. Bed was incredibly creaky, a good night sleep was more due to exhaustion than anything else. Mold in showers, dust everywhere, small ants, water kettle had some buildup at the spout, unsure what that was. A more detailed cleaning is definitely in order.
