Great stay!

Nice, clean house. The stay was great! We contacted the owner and she responded right away. She was very nice and welcoming. I would suggest bringing extra dish soap, paper towels, washing pods, and trash bags for the kitchen.

Short Family Trip.

The property was Clean and comfortable. Loved the inside layout. The pool was nice relaxing, the only thing I would add is a privacy fence for the back yard lol Can You say Location location location!!! Had no congestion from hwy27 to the home !

It was ok..

The property was clean. The pool was very clean. Access was easy. We had adequate linen. I feel the kitchen pans were limited. The door to the pool was very hard to slide open and close. While being in the pool it was an eye sore to lookAnd see a falling fence and dead plants. The driveway was small if my vehicle was a SUV I would’ve been parking into the sidewalk. We were a hour away from the airport and about 40 mins to universal, so that was disappointing. But overall it was a pleasant stay, nice and quiet.

Worn but welcoming

My experience would have been perfect except for the bed. It held heat and tilted on one side as if been sat on to get dressed.Not fond of carpet and pool fence afforded no real privacy. Great location !!!

Wonderful stay

The house had everything we needed for our stay and was clean and comfortable for relaxing and enjoying our vacation. The location was perfect for all the different directions we went to visit, including Disney. We hope to be able to do this again.

Loved the pool and location

We loved staying here away from the business. We loved it was a short drive from Disney. We really loved the pool. We did not like keeping the air at 76, but that was the only downfall.

Lovely home

Very nicely decorated home with a well-equipped kitchen. Carol quickly responded to our needs. If ever we come back to Florida, we’d definitely consider renting this home again.

Short Stay

We were happy to find this available for shorter than a week like most bookings require. The house is showing its age...green mold on the lanai needs removing, shower needs recaulking since one piece is loose and water can get in behind into the drywall, and some new inside painting could be done. But since we were there to relax - which we did - these things were not deal breakers.

Just like the pictures

The house is lovely and just as the pictures show. It would have been nicer to have a few starter items on hand, ie paper towels, garbage bags etc. we did enjoy the pool and the house.

Would defiantly rent again , house was in great condition and spotless . Lots of dishes and cutlery and cooking supplies { pots and pans } Best of all Carol was great to deal with and was quick to get back in touch and answer any questions. This means a lot to us. An old place

I had issues with the apartment, locks broken, beds old, master bed lean to the side. Broken fence around the pool and no gate for the pool. Parched chair up to door for safety. Sofa bed not clean and old. Unable to garage. Won't stay again.

A very nice place but one major concern

The owner of this property was so nice and communicated well. The house was clean from appearance, but there were many of roaches in the house. The house had many of roaches. The owner did inform me that it was a Florida thing and that the roaches may have been active because the house was sprayed the day before.

The Beds are worth it!

So to be fair to this property, it isn’t a high end luxury home that is several thousand a night. What it is though is a comfortable, clean home with lots great amenities. It is just as advertised on the posting. If I had to complain about, I think it might be about water pressure in the master shower. Other than that, it is a very nice home. It reminded me of staying at a grandparents home; it was clean but lived in. I cannot stress how awesome the mattresses were. I finally found a Vrbo that let me have a great nights sleep, and was comfortable! This is also close to many of the parks; along with being near a Publix. I would highly recommend this property.

Traffic and Inventory of Necessities only Drawbacks

Property met our expectations. It was comfortable and clean; however, it could have been better stocked on some items. We had a family of 6 staying 5 nights. There were only 2 partial rolls of t.p. - 1 in each bathroom, and a half roll of paper towels in the kitchen. I feel a few extras could have been provided on those items. Other than that and the location being in a heavy traffic area - bumper to bumper regardless of time of day, I have no negatives. We enjoyed our stay and if you don't mind heavy traffic, would recommend this property.
