Idealiskt beläget mellan stranden och staden i det lugna området Aldea Zama.
Puerta Zama är ett gated komplex med 24 timmars säkerhet.
Denna utveckling ligger närmast stranden och Tulum Mayan Ruins. Stranden ligger på väg ca 2 miles och Aldea Zama har direkt tillgång till en cykelväg / joggingspår för enkel åtkomst.
Tulums stad ligger bara 1 kilometer bort vilket gör det enkelt att gå eller ta en kort hyttresa.
The condo har en privat bakgård med jacuzzi och en hängmatta för att slappna av efter en lång dag på stranden.
Det finns en king size-säng i befälhavaren med en 49 "smart TV och en queen size-säng i det andra rummet med en 32" tv båda sängar med premium kudde topp minne skum och gel madrasser. Det finns individuella luftkonditionering enheter i varje sovrum och i vardagsrummet.
Köket är fullt utrustat för 6 personer och det finns en sektionsbädd i vardagsrummet med en smart 55 "TV och internet för din underhållning. Matbordet är för 6 personer.
Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din bekvämlighet.
När du anländer, väntar mina värdar Mika och Mariana på dig för att ge dig förslag och tips om platser att besöka och de bästa restaurangerna i stan. De kan också hjälpa dig med alla turer.

Obs! Jacuzzis i Mexiko har inte inbyggda värmare, du slår bara på hett vatten, men du måste vänta på att varmvattenberedaren värms upp när den löper ut. Det tar vanligtvis 1,5 timmar att fylla upp badtunnan

Great get away

Terrific tulum

The condo was nice and close to beaches, but we did need a car. Tulum is building and booming with construction almost everywhere. I hope it does not become Cancun...we like the Tulum of past times...a bit more layed back and quieter!

Fabulous time in Tulum

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Host was very responsive to our questions/needs. The complex was beautiful and secure however it's not the most walkable neighborhood - it certainly felt safe but there's lots of construction going on and not that many restaurants/shops in the immediate vicinity. It was a bit too far for our group to walk to the beach (aprox 20-30mins), tho it's certainly doable.

I LOVED that it had EVERYTHING we'd need being away from home from laundry detergent/ softener with washer/dryer, to all cooking utensils, to ice chest to use for the beach, beach towels, just everything!

Beautiful condo, great location

We loved that the condo was between the downtown area and the beach. It made getting anywhere super convenient. The complex is gated and clean- we felt very safe. The pool is refreshing and clean- and right outside the door of the condo! The condo looks just like the pictures, and super spacious for our family of 4. We would definitely return. Cece's recommendations were wonderful too!

Great from beginning to end!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here in the jungle with our two boys! Everything was seamless from check in to check out. The condo was super clean and the pool was very enjoyable, we also loved the water dispenser in the unit! The owner was also great with her recommendations for restaurants, beach clubs and cenote’s to visit! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

Thoroughly enjoyed the property with my two boys. Great to have convenient access to the pool and private hot tub. Location was safe and quiet. Very much appreciated the complimentary coffee and water, and the host was very helpful and responsive in all matters.

Great place!

Great place, had everything we needed. We rented a car and the condo was a close drive to beaches, cenotes, super market, and restaurants. Loved it here and having the pool right outside the patio door was super convenient!

Amazing Place!

The condo was amazingly situated near the national park, some of the beaches and plenty of restaurants. The pool is steps away from the back door which was perfect with children. The condo itself is spacious and well decorated. We loved our stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum!

Definitely recommend

We stayed at Cece's Tulum apartment from Dec 23-26. It was a gorgeous 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor apartment at the outskirts of Tulum downtown. We had a car with us, so Tulum downtown was just 10 mins away. The home in itself was very clean with all the amenities - ample towels, pillows, sheets, hammock and hot tub in the private backyard, plus a cute lanai near the pool. The owner Cece was extremely helpful and easy to reach. And the local contact Michaela was a lifesaver when we accidently locked our passports in the safe box. The location is quite secure with gated entryway and away from the buzzing downtown - so no crazy party noise. Will definitely recommend to anyone planning to stay in Tulum !

Great little property

Absolutely loved staying at Terra 105. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops, and taxis available right out front. The condo was very well equipped and when we arrived, there was 5 gallons of drinking water already there. The pool is right out the sliding glass doors and the patio is a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning. Any questions I had were answered quickly by management. They were amazing and extremely helpful! Would definitely stay here again. Loved this place❤️

Perfect location, comfortable bed!

We loved this space. It was secure, clean, well stocked, better than pictured and close to several dining spots. The location was perfect for day trips and night swims. The beds were extremely comfortable, best night sleep in years! The host was an excellent communicator. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay for a family of 5!

We were so pleased to be on the bottom floor with our own mostly private patio area right next to the pool! The TVs are equipped with Netflix/other apps and snorkel gear and towels are also in the unit to use. AC units in each room made it very comfortable. Location was a short cab ride away from everything we needed. Easy to get a cab from right outside of the gate. Thank you!!!

great location

We enjoyed the condo very much. The location was a quick motorcycle ride to the Beach, grocery store and downtown Tulum. Great addition to the location was the Kimpton property a couple doors down, the restaurant was great if you didn't what to venture too far. The beaches where beautiful, however the accommodations on the beach where pricey . I think staying in Aldea Zama you get a lot more for your money and a beautiful condo. Enjoy, I would return in a heart beat. Cheers

Ideally located !

Great place for a group of 6 friends ! Super clean, super well equiped and great staff always available to help. We rent bikes to easily go to the beach (15-20 min) or the city center (5-10 min) ! Perfect week in Tulum thanks !

Hello!! My name is Cece. I am originally from Argentina but I live in California.
I have been visiting Tulum for the past thirty years and I fell in love with this charming little town and decided to buy my vacation home in Paradise.
I love to travel and meet people from all over the world. I spend my days in Tulum scuba diving, snorkeling, visiting the Mayan Ruins and exploring beautiful Cenotes and at the end of the day I love to come Home and relax by the pool surrounded by Nature.
I also like to try all the amazing Restaurants and Beach Clubs and experience the charming ambiance of Tulum.
My goal is for all my guests to have a great stay so they will come back and make this their "HOME AWAY FROM HOME"
I am always available for questions or suggestions on places to visit .

Varför värden valde detta boende

Tulum has a beautiful Energy I never felt in any other town before. Its Magic will make you fall in love with this Enchanted Boho Chic town .
The reason I bought my home in Puerta Zama is because it is ideally located between the Beach Road and the town. There are at least ten cenotes to explore within 10 miles from the condo .The Archeological Sites and the turquoise Caribbean Sea with the most beautiful white sand Palm fringed beaches are only five minutes away.
Every time I come back I discover new places to visit and they are all unique and beautiful.
There are a lot of condos in Aldea Zama but Puerta Zama is one of the closest to the main entrance making it easy to find when arriving at night.
