Underbar och rymlig Gulf Front Condo direkt på stranden med spektakulär fri utsikt från två stora privata balkonger bara några steg från stranden! Helt renoverad inuti. Styrbordsby - enhet 422

Vi köpte nyligen denna lägenhet och slutförde en fullständig renovering i mars 2018. Se de över 90 femstjärniga recensionerna av vår andra lägenhet några dörrar ner, https: // www. vrbo. com / 855.961?enhetId = 1403900.

Huvudnivån har ett stort, fullt utrustat kök, matplats, vardagsrum, halvt badrum och en stor balkong med utsikt över viken. Balkong stannar i skuggan under dagen (under sommarmånaderna.)

Andra nivån har två sovrum med stora badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och en balkong - hör och se vågorna från sängen! Mästaren har också stor garderob. Andra sovrummet har en drottning och två enkelsängar. Det finns också en tvättskåp med tvättmaskin och torktumlare på övervåningen.

Det finns en bekväm utdragbar soffa med minneskum i full storlek madrass i vardagsrummet. Enheten sover 6. Enheten har också ett stort två bilgarage under sig.

Andelslägenhet ligger i Starboard Village, ett mindre komplex direkt på stranden. Andelslägenhet ligger på de två översta våningarna i byggnaden, 3: e och 4: e våningen. Det finns en pool med solterrass. Vi har fyra solstolar, två paraplyer, cyklar, pool och leksaker som finns tillgängliga för våra gäster. Vi har också en gasgrill och tandem-kajak för gäster på båda våra lägenheter att använda (lägenheterna några dörrar ner från varandra och delar samma gångavstånd till stranden.) Vi försöker ha allt som vår familj skulle behöva och ditt. Låt oss veta om du har yngre barn och behöver ytterligare utrustning.

A wonderful stay!!

Jill was such a wonderful host! Everything was provided for our stay! The condo was beautiful and the views were top notch! Jill was gracious to answer any all questions and concerns. Condo had beach chairs and umbrella that we used daily. We enjoyed seeing the Blue Angels fly by, eating at our favorite restaurant, Peg Leg Pete’s, and visiting the Naval Museum on the one rainy day we had. We are looking forward to returning and would love to stay here again!!!

Amazing location and Condo

This place is absolutely amazing!! Great communication with the owner, she was kind enough to let us check in a little early. This condo is spotless, has an amazing view from both balconies, right on the beach. So sad I had to go home.

Wonderful place to stay!

The check-in was extremely easy. Jill was wonderful, attentive and gave us suggestions on what to see, what to do and where to eat. The location was spectacular, you are right on the beach. Every morning, waking up hearing the waves crashing was peaceful and relaxing. Jill also had all the things you need for a beach holiday, from beach chairs, umbrella’s, water toys, games, and the kitchen is fully stocked. I would highly recommend renting this fantastic place, over and over again.

Fun Family Vacation!

This was our second time staying here. It is a beautiful condo right on the beach. The beach is powder white sand. The condo is clean and well stocked. You can watch the dolphins swim by as you drink your coffee on the balcony in the morning. We fell asleep listening to the waves each nIght. There is a 2 car garage that is well stocked with beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and bicycles…everything your family will need for a fun beach vacation. 5 stars!!!

Wonderful location

This is a beautiful condo with everything you would need for your stay. All the beach equipment was so nice and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The location is great. The beach access was close and so were many restaurants. Everything was clean and well taken care of.

Beautiful and relaxing

We enjoyed our week at PB! This condo is everything we hoped for. Beautiful views of the beach from the two balconies, equipped with everything we needed, comfortable beds and a quiet beach. Pensacola beach stay

Had a fantastic stay in pensacola beach. Our condo was super nice with all amenities included. Just bring clothes and toothbrush. Pool was clean and very accessible. Beach just steps away. The property maintenance guys kept everything clean and even held people to some rules. We had 2 garage bays fir our vehicles and i never knew what a luxury that was. Car stayed nice and cool and secure. Our property owners were quick to respond to any of my texts and even periodically checked in,by text, to see how things were going. It was absolutely perfect for our family. If you cant do steps very well this is not for you. 2 flights up and 1 more to the bedrooms. Not an issue for us and ithelped out with all the food we ate. I highly recommend this place and will stay again.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The listing is accurate and the views from the balconies are even more gorgeous in person. We liked the location of the property; it wasn’t super congested but still close enough to the restaurants and activities. It was so handy having the beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc available to us. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Best Vacation Ever!!

We have been visiting Pensacola a few times a year for five years now. We usually camp or stay at the Hampton and this was the first time we rented a condo. We saw the great reviews for this condo and decided to book it. We were definitely not disappointed. It was super clean, well decorated, very spacious, and had a home-like feel. It has everything you could possibly need on a beach vacation; the kitchen is well stocked, even has a toaster oven and Keurig, towels, hair dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. etc. There are a ton of board games that my family and I ended up playing. We sat out on the deck and played games while enjoying the ocean view. My girls were jealous because the view from the master bedroom is even better than from the living space. It was so easy to get in and out of the condo and the two-car garage, with the remote for the garage, was a major luxury. We were initially worried that our XL Expedition wouldn’t fit, but it did fit with room to spare. The condo was right near everything Pensacola Beach has to offer and the beach itself was perfect. You could probably jump from the balcony to the beach if you have long legs (lol). There was always plenty of space to go down and set up on the beach, no matter what time we wanted to go. This being my first time to rent a condo, I was anxious about how checking in worked but everything went so smooth, effortless, and was worth every penny, and honestly, it offers way more than the price you pay!

White sands

The condo has everything you want for a beach vacation. Wonderful views of the Gulf from 2 levels and easy access to the beach. The condo is well stocked with cooking pots and utensils. Outstanding!

This is as close as you’ll get to the Gulf. You can’t imagine how relaxing it is to hear the waves and thunder during a storm, as we found out on our first night. After the storm, we were on the beach and in the water in only about a hundred steps. The hosts are great, the condo is absolutely beautiful, and the location can’t be beat! Stop looking and book this space!

We are the Bartlings - Jill, Brad, Connell (14), and Riley (12). We are both engineers and met our freshman year at Georgia Tech - Go Jackets! After never living outside of Atlanta (Brad never lived outside the perimeter,) we moved to Pensacola in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the City and the beautiful beaches! Our weeks are busy with work and running kids to different activities. On the weekends we enjoy family time at the beach, both on the Gulf and the Sound! We want our guests to have a wonderful beach vacation full of memories to last a lifetime!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We LOVE Pensacola Beach and Starboard Village is our favorite property on the Beach because it is spacious and has two large unobstructed balconies with amazing views of the Gulf!!

Growing up and with our family, we always took our beach vacations further east on the Gulf. We had never been to Pensacola Beach until we moved here; we had been missing out all these years! To us Pensacola Beach was a hidden gem along the Gulf! We love everything the beach has to offer. Who doesn't love the sugar white sand beaches and the beautiful blue and emerald green waters of the Gulf?? But what sets Pensacola Beach apart to us is how peaceful it is. We can enjoy a quiet beach day in front of the condo or go where the beach is hopping with restaurants, shops, and live music!

The location and size of Starboard Village is fantastic! We like being on Fort Pickens Road, away from the high rises and main beach, and having a quieter beach just outside our Unit. The units in Starboard Village are so spacious. We were sold on Starboard Village when we stepped out on the balcony and could hear the waves crashing!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The Unit is as close to the beach as you can get! With the large sliding glass doors to the balconies, the Unit is full of natural light. You can enjoy your morning coffee, a good book, meals, a family game, or an evening cocktail on the balconies!

Peg Leg Pete's, one of our favorite beach restaurants, is an easy walk from the Unit. You are a short drive (approximately one mile) the other restaurants, shops, and night life on the beach. There is a trolley that circles the Island during the peak season with a nearby stop.

We like to ride our bikes around the island. There is a nice walking, running, and biking path all the way down Fort Pickens Road. There are miles of beautiful beaches to explore!
