Underbar och rymlig Gulf Front Condo med spektakulÀr utsikt över viken frÄn tvÄ privata balkonger bara nÄgra steg frÄn stranden! Nyrenoverad inifrÄn och ut. I styrbordsby - enhet 224.

HuvudnivÄn har ett stort, fullt utrustat kök, matplats, vardagsrum, halvt badrum och en stor balkong med utsikt över viken. Balkong stannar i skuggan under dagen.

Andra nivÄn har tvÄ sovrum med stora badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng och en balkong - hör och se vÄgorna frÄn sÀngen! MÀstaren har ocksÄ stor garderob. Andra sovrummet har en drottning och tvÄ enkelsÀngar. Det finns ocksÄ en tvÀttskÄp med tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare pÄ övervÄningen.

Det finns en extremt bekvÀm utdragbar soffa med drottningsminnesmadrass i vardagsrummet. Enheten sover 6. Enheten har ocksÄ ett tvÄbilsgarage.

AndelslÀgenhet ligger i Starboard Village, ett mindre komplex direkt pÄ stranden. AndelslÀgenhet ligger pÄ de tvÄ översta vÄningarna i byggnaden, 3: e och 4: e vÄningen. Det finns en pool med solterrass. Vi har fyra solstolar, ett paraply, cyklar, pool och leksaker som finns tillgÀngliga för vÄra gÀster. Vi har en gasgrill och tandem-kajak för vÄra gÀster pÄ denna lÀgenhet och vÄr lÀgenhet tvÄ dörrar ner att anvÀnda. Vi försöker ha allt som vÄr familj skulle behöva och ditt. This is an awesome place to stay! The condo is very spacious and comfortable and very well appointed, The location is quiet, yet convenient. Loved being able to park inside the garage too! Our host, Jill, is a very good communicator, kept us informed leading up to our trip, and checked on us during our stay to make sure we were ok! She also had available a book of very helpful information about the condo and local attractions and restaurants. Excellent host!

Highly recommend. This condo was absolutely perfect for our fall vacation. Proximity to the beach was excellent. Communication with the property owner was pretty much immediate. We would definitely like to stay there again.

We loved our stay at this Starboard Village Condo! It was spacious and comfortable for four adults and a baby. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the extras, we had our own BBQ, plus beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes available for use. The two decks overlooking the beach were our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the Gulf. The location was perfect—just steps from the sand!Jill, the owner, was so attentive and always quick to respond. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Another great stay at Starboard Village...number 4 to be exact and number 2 with the Bartlings! The communication with owners could not have been better! Wonderful sunrises from the balconies and location of condo is quiet and safe! The condo has all the chairs and beach supplies you could possibly need for days on the beautiful white sandy beach! The condo was nice with a short walk to the beach. They had beach chairs and umbrella’s for you to use on the beach. They had a garage to park your vehicle on! Jill was very nice and helpful and quick to respond!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place. The beach was so close to the room and the views were amazing. Everything was very clean and well decorated. From the kitchen to beach chairs everything was provided to have a great family experience.

Perfect Family Getaway

Stayed 4 nights with my husband and 14 year old son. Seamless check-in, gorgeous location, very clean and comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped, garage parking, bikes, beach equipment, chairs, umbrella. Proximity to beach is amazing. Great communication with owner. Close to restaurants and other activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful! Condo fully equipped with kitchen appliances, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper and all the beach toys and chairs you could need. All in good condition. Condo was clean and location is ideal. Having your own parking garage is great bc you don’t have to carry all of your beach stuff to the condo and track sand in. Weather showed alot of rain however turned out to be beautiful everyday. Thank you Jill and Brad.

The visit was amazing. This is first time using VRBO and was surprisingly easy. The condo was great. Certainly unexpected was the condo was 2 story. Bedrooms were upstairs and kitchen, livingroom were downstairs. We LOVED it. Those who wanted to sleep could retreat to a quieter space. Very clean, orderly and many of supplies were onsite. Repeat visit

We made a return visit this year having had nothing but the BEST of a week long stay last year. Nothing beats being directly on the beach and your own garage when in Florida !! We have only a five star report for each stay and I’m certain that won’t change going forward given the obvious attention this condo receives by the owners. You can’t do better in my opinion.

Incredible!

First off, the hosts are wonderful. Communication was seamless, and they were so accommodating. One of the beach umbrellas was destroyed by wind during a beach day, and Jill sent new ones over the next morning. The location was superb. Right on the gulf with beautiful views, or a short drive to the sound. Peg Leg Pete’s is super close which was a huge draw for us, and right up the road from Fort Pickens (we visited multiple times during our stay). Every amenity was supplied, from beach chairs and sand toys, to coffee and creamer. I could go on and on!!

Amazing trip

This place is perfect, right on the beach made it so much fun to walk the shoreline looking for shells and soaking up the sun. Spent several mornings out on the patio watching the dolphins was overall a fantastic trip for our daughters 21st birthday

We are the Bartlings - Jill, Brad, Connell (14), and Riley (12). We are both engineers and met our freshman year at Georgia Tech - Go Jackets! After never living outside of Atlanta (Brad never lived outside the perimeter) we moved to Pensacola in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the City and the beautiful beaches! Our weeks are busy with work and running kids to different activities. On the weekends we enjoy family time at the beach, both on the Gulf and the Sound! We want our guests to have a wonderful beach vacation full of memories to last a lifetime!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Growing up and with our family, we always took our beach vacations further east on the Gulf. We had never been to Pensacola Beach until we moved here; we had been missing out all these years! To us Pensacola Beach was a hidden gem along the Gulf! We love everything the beach has to offer. Who doesn't love the sugar white sand beaches and the beautiful blue and emerald green waters of the Gulf?? But what sets Pensacola Beach apart to us is that the beach is federally protected on both sides; we can go to where the beach is hopping with restaurants, shops, and live music or get away to a peaceful, quieter beach spot.

The location and size of Starboard Village is fantastic! We like being on Fort Pickens Road, away from the high rises and main beach, and having a quieter beach just outside our Unit. The units in Starboard Village are so spacious. We were sold on Unit 224 when we stepped out on the balcony and had an amazing, unobstructed view of the Gulf, and could hear the waves crashing! And then we saw the second balcony in the master - we can enjoy the beach without even leaving the Unit! Our Unit had recently been completely renovated with new flooring, granite counters, stone and tile bathrooms, and so much more!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The Unit is as close to the beach as you can get! With the large sliding glass doors to the balconies, the Unit is full of natural light. You can enjoy your morning coffee, a good book, meals, a family game, or an evening cocktail on the balconies!

Peg Leg Pete's, one of our favorite beach restaurants, is an easy walk from the Unit. You are a short drive (~2 miles) the other restaurants, shops, and night life on the beach. There is a trolley that circles the Island during the peak season with a nearby stop.

We like to ride our bikes around the island. There is a nice walking, running, and biking path all the way down Fort Pickens Road. There are miles of beautiful beaches to explore!
