Välkommen till denna varma, lyxiga strandstuga, ett bra hem för att skapa minnen med din familj och vänner. Börja dina dagar med att se solen stiga över viken från loftbalkongen och komplettera dem med de fantastiska solnedgångarna från matsalen och parkbalkongen.

På första våningen finns en rymlig master-svit med en king size-säng och privat badrum, ett drottningsrum och badrum och ett barnrum med våningssängar. Den har också ett barns hölje, komplett med bäddsoffa och TV. På baksidan finns en slutad veranda.
Den andra våningen har utsikt över parken, med ett stort kök och ö, en matsal och en slutad sovande veranda från hållrummet. Den genomskinliga spisen tar dig in i det stora vardagsrummet och baren, komplett med ett litet kylskåp, handfat och ismaskin.

Loftet på tredje våningen har en master-svit med en king size-säng, ett privat badrum och en hi med en TV bakom franska dörrar.

Perfect Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacationed with our adult children and grandson. (6 adults and 1 toddler) The house was the perfect fit for us. Having the living space upstairs and bedrooms down was ideal. It is an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed taking the 6 bikes with trailer out and about. The home is also well furnished for preparing meals. We will definitely return. Lastly, the management was responsive and took care of any issue we had very quickly.

Fantastic girls weekend

We have a fantastic girl's weekend at Chloe's cottage. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting around and catching up. Unfortunately, it was a bit too chilly to sit around the fire pit on this stay!! It is a quick few steps to the beach and wow.... was it beautiful! Sugar sand and crystal clear water made for a wonderful morning stroll each morning. Rosemary Beach restaurants and shops also a quick walk or bike ride. I would 100% return for another stay. Highly recommend.

The cottage itself was beautifully decorated, very well appointed and very clean. Plenty of room for 7 adults and two little ones. The location of the cottage is its selling point - literally a block to the beach! We enjoyed everything about our trip to Rosemary and our stay at Chloe's Cottage and can't wait to go back!

They really make the process easy and seamless. The home was beautiful and is the best located of any at which we have stayed. The layout is great and worked perfectly for our family of six. This was a quick three night trip, but it really was perfect. We’ll look to book this same house on our next trip.

Perfection in Rosemary!

The home was like new, beautiful, clean, well appointed, VERY close to the beach, in a quite area across from the park and it provided lots of space to spread out. The pool was perfect and beautiful at night too. The carriage house was x-tra special and roomy.The management company was attentive and ensured our stay was wonderful.It's a very short walk to the "A" walkover to be on the beach quickly. Renting beach chairs in advance is a nice service provided by Beach Service and this area of Rosemary is not as crowded as other walkovers.We highly recommend this property. Perfection!

Incredible Vacation House!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach and Chloe's cottage was the perfect place to stay. We loved the layout of the house and the location that was a quick walk to the Big Bad Breakfast and also to the Donut Hole as well as going to main street. Really convenient with the bikes provided. Our kids loved being across from the park too. Only thing that would have helped was having beach/pool towels provided. For those who fly in from out of town, it is not easy to pack these and so we purchased some there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family of 5. So close to the beach, park and community pool. The only complaint I have is with the bunk beds. The top bunk mattress is too thick so there really isn’t a rail so my 6 and 3 year olds couldn’t/wouldn’t sleep there.
