Designad av en prisbelönt arkitekt, vi inbjuder dig att njuta av lugn och lugnande atmosfär i sitt snygga, moderna hem. Detta hus är bara en minut och en halv cykeltur längs vägen till de spektakulära, orörda vita sandstränderna i Rosemary Beach. Det är också bara några korta kvarter till Rosemarys fyra privata pooler, lekplats, tennisbanor, spa, restauranger och affärer.

Detta hus är utmärkt för en stor familj, två familjer, en grupp vänner eller ett företag reträtt. Det har en master svit med king size-säng / privat badrum / balkong, första gästrum med kung & andra gästrum med queen & delat badrum, samt ett loft som sover ytterligare fyra-sex personer. Även med ett fullt hus ger den stora uteplatsen / poolen * plus de nästan tusen kvadratmeter stora uteplatser och balkonger den här stugan gott om ställen att koppla av, läsa, underhålla, sola, eller bara fly.

Den har en stor veranda med en bubblande fontän i slutet, och det har utsikt över en gräsmatta, en bra plats för boccia. Det finns också en stor täckt trä balkong över vilken är borta från främre mästaren; plus en stor solterrass med utsikt över poolen är utanför back master.

Interiören erbjuder en atmosfär av ljus, glas, kalksten och trä. Den 1: a våningen är en öppen planlösning som kombinerar vardagsrummet, matsalen och köket. De stora vardagsrumsdörrarna vika tillbaka, vilket gör ett öppet flöde från verandan till poolen * / uteplats.

Good location

Good location but the kitchen is not well stocked. Management was quick to respond when the coffee carafe was broken. Light in the vanity upstairs was out, they came to fix it right away. Kitchen utensils are very worn and need to be replaced. The kitchen layout is awkward

Architectural gem in heat of Rosemary Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house positioned right behind main square in Rosemary beach. Relaxed modern design is well appreciated and offers comfort in style. Large multi bed loft bunk and three additional rooms offer plenty of sleeping space. Quiet street but easy stroll to shops and restaurants. Well appointed kitchen. Only negative was home and furnishing showing signs of wear and pool was not able to be heated. Consistent, timely information from rental agency made a smooth stay. Been visiting area for years, and once again, one of my favorite houses in Rosemary Beach.

Perfect location for easy access to the Square. Walk to the beach was short as well. Private pool was nice. Plenty of parking.

Family thanksgiving at the beach !

We have been coming down for thanksgiving for the past 6 years but this was the first time we had our family meet us down there. This house was great for multiple families. Lots of space. The kitchen is equipped nicely and the pool was the best part of course. I would recommend this home !

Beautiful home needs some updates

perfect family vacation!

Reviewer Comments: We have been to 30A a couple of times, but never stayed in Rosemary Beach, it was perfect for our family, as our children are ages 20, 25, and 28. this property was the perfect location, steps from the square and easy to get to the beach. The house is really fun, clean and well stocked. the second floor shared bath is a little bit odd, would be tough for 2 couples to share, but not a huge deal. Overall, I highly recommend this home and the service we received from the rental company was wonderful!

My only two complaints would be the inability to adjust the air conditioning upstairs and all of the bed mattresses need to be upgraded...very poor sleeping for all of us. But, we loved the house and would recommend.

Lovely home & Location

The house is in a great location to walk anywhere in Rosemary Beach & Seacrest. We are a family of 5 and had more than enough room. Our boys loved sleeping in the loft area. We had the pool heated during our stay & it was worth every penny!! The kitchen is well equipped. Easy access to the beach with a short walk through Rosemary. The property management company was easy to talk to & quick to respond to questions we had. We love this area of 30a. We will definitely be back!

Stylish and beautiful vacation rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here! The rental was spacious and so conveniently located, which we loved. You're right next to the main square, so you can walk anywhere you need. Very clean and well furnished! And the master shower is very fun! We loved the heated outdoor pool and dining area! Would definitely return! Only negative was with the open floor plan and all the wood floors/walls, sound reverberates between the floors very easily (kids lol), and the pool alarm on nearly all the exterior doors was annoying (can't open without pressing a button/can't leave open). Our friends from Florida who stayed with us said they've never heard of it, despite the rental saying it's state law.

Close to everything, short walk to the beach. While our check-out time was pushed back, it was totally understandable given current COVID guidelines. When we were able to check-in, the house was spotless. It came stocked with amenities, as well as a well-stocked kitchen supplies. Management was super attentive and came out to fix a door jamb. We had an amazing time, thank you for making it a seamless and perfect weekend stay in Rosemary.

A/C needs fixing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Like any rental home we have previously stayed at, wear and tear are present; however, this home was better than most. Having a small pool at the house was clutch with younger kids. The kitchen is reasonably well appointed. The air conditioning was” interesting”. The bottom floor was really hot until we discovered an open utility door on the exterior housing the a/c unit. Inside we found the control box that actually controlled the temperature. We were able to place this on the first floor so it could sense the real temperature. Then the home cooled properly. This seems sketchy to me when many controller systems allow temperature range locks. I understand they are trying to prevent excessive power bills, but 70 is all we were asking and getting 78.
